One of the best upscale hotels I have been to.

One of the best upscale hotels I have been to.
The interior is quite well designed and looks really great.
Is quite big and a good place to check in.
Only thing that I did not like about this place is that i could not find non valet parking and looked like all areas were valet parking only. I prefer to park my car my self and was surprised that they do not have that option or that option is really minimum.

Had dinner in the lobby bar, food was good, service was decent considering how busy it was. So noisy one could not really carry on a conversation, but that was expected with wall to wall people.

The hotel is first class. Accommodation are great. Customer service in the pool area was lacking and it is more geared towards kids/families. The Media Grill and Bar restaurant service and food was not up to the standards of other Hilton properties I have visited (I am a HH gold member). Ordered a salad and soup plus the main entre and the soup and salad arrived after the entre when we specifically asked for them to be delivered first. We returned the soup... There was no apology or acknowledge of their mistake. The entre was nothing to write home about. On the other hand the check in desk was unbelievable and provided magnificent customer service. We arrived early and our room was not ready so they kept us informed via text until check in time. I wish the pool and restaurant service would have been at the same level.

Hotel is nice but there was a roach the size of Texas in my bathtub. The food options inside the hotel are scarce and over priced. My room didn't have a microwave or enough outlets. I couldn't find a place to plug in the coffee maker. If you like convenience I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.

Ok

Amazing hotel, but I have to say one of the worst customer service I ve ever dealt with in my life. They never answer room phone calls and had to go through multiple rooms to find one that s not smelly or dirty.

We come here every year for Easter weekend for a church event. The rooms are always nice. My only complaint is the elevators get very busy, but that happens when there is this many people at the hotel.

Valet services were very kind. Wish free wifi was more plentiful for non-conference goers in the lobby though, and that offerings at Counter Offer were actually counter-offerable as they're pretty expensive for what you're getting.

Very Noisy hotel. Can hear adjacent room conversations and ambient noise from the atrium. Severely overpriced beer, wine and food. I will say the staff is the only positive attribute as they are very friendly and accommodating

This place has a resort vibe, love the decor. You must try the restaurant on the top floor, fine dinning with a beautiful skyline. Perfect place to sit down for a date or network with colleagues.

I was here for Vitamin Shoppe's annual Product Education Conference. The hotel was amazing. If you have any issues or need anything, you can text the front desk and they will help you out. Since I was with a large event, there was a lot of work that went into our meetings and meal times that the hotel employees worked really hard on. The food was delicious and everything was was set up and cleaned up very nicely. Thank you for making my first PEC a memorable one!

Spectacular property with convenient access to downtown Dallas and Irving. We enjoyed their water park, indoor lap pool, and especially, the breathtaking collection of artwork from the Far East. Upgraded rooms were strikingly appointed and had great city and river views. My first choice when I visit Dallas.

I was staying with a group of people at the hotel and one of our rooms was found to be infested with bedbugs. We are regular travelers and in thousands of combined hotel visits none of us have ever experienced such unwavering indifference and unwillingness to right the situation. We were so grossed out and upset by the way it was handled, we cancelled the duration of our visit and booked another hotel in town.

I felt really comfortable, only thing that really angered me was that waiters just say "yes" if they didn't understand you or don't know what to say.
Ruined my stomache with Rye bread, I am allergic to that and asked if their bread was rye free.

I can not say enough about the hospitality, character, standard this hotel sets in all aspects of running a Business.
First off I had a Maintance issue in my room causing me to be relocated. The staff handled everything wonderful as it could be done.
On top of all thing I received a e-mail a day later
Stating me room charges will be full refuseded
And had apologized for any inconvenience.
Class Act on there part ! 5 stars

For as popular as this hotel is, I've stayed in hotels in the ghetto that were nicer and that may be harsh, but it is the honest truth. Went there for an event (which was awesome) and got a cheaper rate of $110 to stay the night.

Upon arrival there were no signs indicating where to park so had to guess. We then walked to the opposite side of the hotel for check in since there were no signs there was a check in desk closer to the entrance we used. Apparently there were multiple events occurring that evening so it took 30 minutes to check in. From there it took 1 HOUR to get to our room as there were only 4 elevators available for the entire hotel and there was a massive line to get to the elevators while people were just walking up and cutting others off. Total chaos that I have never never witnessed anywhere in my life and I've been to plenty of events.

Once in the room, we realized that there was no light switch, just lamps so I had to go around touching all of them to figure out how to turn them on. Put my bag on the couch which was disgusting and covered with stains. Went to plug my phone in and the there was no outlet nearby, but was in the lamp. I then pulled the mattress from the wall to find the outlet didn't have a cover and was wobbly when trying to change out plugs. So sketchy I changed my mind and switch the lamps around just to charge my phone. When my husband went to plug his into the surge protector it would turn everything off that was plugged i to it, yes, just by touching it, so I told him to stop to not electrocute himself. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and water poured out from the shower onto the floor.

Upon checking out the employee at the front desk was incredibly rude for NO reason as we didn't even complain about our horrible stay. Will never stay here again even if you paid me!!!

Nice rooms. Huge place. Front desk staff is wonderful. Very little open during corona but nice nonetheless.

Post-stay customer service is lacking. They refused to provide me with a copy of my folios.

I had a great experience during my stay, and after leaving, realized I left my expensive gown on the backside of the door in the room. It's very special to me. They had a designated person for this and called me back shortly. I was able to go and pick it up or I think they'd ship it if you were already too far. As far as the hotel goes, the hotel's food I had was excellent. The service was above and beyond. The room was very nice and no little spots or anything out of place.

Beautiful hotel, mostly great service. They charged over $20 a day to self park. Our group had an agreement with the hotel but they did not honor it. Everything is such a long long walk. The grounds are outstanding, clean and some of the artwork is absolutely breathtaking. Do not walk yourself out to your car alone after Dark. It is not safe in that part of Dallas at night. The meeting areas are really nice.

This was a very large facility and was a bit difficult to find the location of my event. Thankfully the hotel staff was kind and directed me to the proper location of the event. The atmosphere was friendly and nice.

I was there for a conference. The "signature fragrance" piped into the lobby and common areasgabe me and several of my friends migraine headaches. It was a rough 10 days because of The headaches. The staff was courteous and vey helpful.

Great hotel, friendly staff and great service. Not too much in the way of restaurants with in walking distance. But there are 3 good restaurants in the hotel. Also they have a water park attached to the hotel. Open dureing the warmer months.

Awesome, massive hotel with literally all the amenities you could ask for. I used the business center, bought a coat at one of the stores since I forgot to pack one, enjoyed the bar and coffee shop, and used the gym to get a workout in. The location was the only downside, as there isn't much in a short walking distance (<15 min). The closest food is the Rodeo Goat and Slow Bone BBQ, both of which are awesome, but there's not a lot else outside of that.

Hotel was fine, but nothing special. I was stuck eating here, because of a conference and felt the food and drink was RIDICULOUSLY PRICED. $5 chip bags and $7 Naked juice!?!? Stop price gouging us, I'm a teacher and I can't afford this stuff.
