It's been a great place to stay at when I go to conventions, I was very happy with the front desk staff, some of them really seem like they have fun with all the people there.
Will add a star depending on how my trip is this weekend.

Beautiful Hotel. Room was nice and clean. Water park area was very clean. Great service. Food was pricey all over hotel but that's expected. Overall great trip. Kids loved the experience.

We loved the pool/lazy river. The rooms were comfortable. The big major issue was the air conditioning for our rooms. You have to play around with the settings to make sure cold air is blowing. We had our ac setting to auto and it became super hot and humid during the middle of the night. Not what you want to wake up to in the middle of the night.

I went down to Dallas, Texas for a girls weekend and we stayed at the Hilton Anatole. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out it was nothing short of an amazing stay. We were greeted by extremely friendly staff and our rooms were awesome. We went out to the restaurant SER inside the hotel that night. The bartender, Colin Silva, made the best drinks. He is most certainly a fabulous mixologist. You can tell that he puts a lot of effort and care in to the cocktails he made. The next morning, we had breakfast at The Terrace restaurant inside the hotel. They offered a buffet and many different unique breakfast options. I opted for the Bread Pudding Benedict. To my surprise, it was delightful! I would absolutely stay at this hotel again any time that I find myself in Dallas, Texas.

Room temperature was not very comfortable, had to have a.c. u it worked on twice. We were a bit disappointed that the water park was an extra fee and the free indoor pool was under construction.

Nice facility. Staff is good. Food prices at the hotel are absolutely criminal.....just flat out not right. We assumed higher prices for the convenience, but seriously it's not right.

The hotel looks great and feels great stayed 2 nights but the a/c barely worked and at night we sweated (room 801 - Atrium / mothers day weekend 2016). The elevators in the atrium need to be timed better it shut and took my wife and kid from me in a matter of 2 seconds. Even when attempting to get out of the elevator the door will close on you midway through. The guest relations, concierge, and room service was spectacular. They did do everything possible in their power to make our stay pleasant, and I could not ask for more from the staff. (Hey Hilton, even Motel 6 has USB charger ports nowadays, I think it's time to update to catch up with the times.)

I never actually stayed at this hotel! I booked a room for June 22 of 2019, check in was at 3pm. I live 30 min from the hotel and booked for my sons bday but I heard we were getting bad weather and would be unable to swim that weekend. I called and cancelled my reservation on the 19th at 12:15pm. The girl that cancelled the room said thank you we have cancelled the reservation. The very next day I checked my account and a pending charge for $302 was placed. I thought this was strange since I cancelled 3 days before.. I called the front desk and they thought it was strange as well and transferred me to accounting. My room was $262 a night yet they were charging me $302!! I left a message for accounting. No one called me back! I left a message for the front desk manager.. no one called me back! The charge pended until today the 25th then hit my account for $302. This is insane to me that the Hilton is charging us $302 for a room we never stayed in and can t even call me back!! I will
Never stay at this hotel and make everyone I know who thinks about staying here aware of this situation. I would ve stayed in the hotel if I knew cancelling 3 days before check-in would get me charged more than I would ve been charged to stay! I ve reported this to my bank and will get this charge removed as I ve taken screen shots of ever call to the hotel which was never returned! Horrible business!

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed!

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed!
This hotel was amazing. It's huge and gorgeous. We stayed in a corner room in the Atrium... BEST view. It's amazing. There are multiple boutiques in this hotel as well as multiple restaurants.

We stayed there with a 3 year old and an 8 month old. From the time we arrived-from the bellman, to the cashier at the all night canteen, to the front desk-they did their best to accommodate and go above and beyond. We couldn't ask for more!

Our last night, we wanted something sweet at 1 am, and wasn't fond of the room service menu. I was disappointed that the 3 options listed was it-but said that was fine and ended the call. Within 5 minutes, Amy from in room dining was ringing us back-she'd called the kitchen and had MANY other options for us to choose from. When my 3 year old got on the phone and thanked her for finding her ice cream at 1 am, (it was her birthday weekend), they sent up a fruit bar and Starburst candy for her being so polite. Amy was GREAT.

We left a few bags of dirty clothes in our room upon checkout-within an hour of us discovering they were missing-the items were back in our hands. This was a GREAT stay!

Needed a place to entertain a few guests. The premier parlor was wonderful. Great view of the city. Wonderful staff. Seating for 15+ open space would accommodate at least 30 for an intimate gathering!

My son had to divert to Dallas on his Can Cub honeymoon due to the hurricane. We called the hotel and Katie got us booked for an unexpected Dallas honeymoon. Thank you for helping make a bad day a little better

My experience here was amazing. We came for a conference here but that ended up being cancelled. So they were super helpful and let us stay an extra day while we waited for a flight. The inside is so beautiful except the main lobby smelled like bleach because of the indoor pool. Keep up the good work guys!

Every thing was well done. Water park was great my child loved the water park. The lazy river was awesome. The Only negtive part was house keeping banging on the room door at 8am trying to clean room before check out was due. So if you're looking to sleep in beware of house keeping.

Was there for a national conference. Also other conferences taking place. Typical over priced restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Refrigerator in room, no microwave. Typical Hilton property. There is a water park that would be fun in summer when it's open.

You would think that a location that caters to conventions would know how to handle a large crowd. I had a horrid experience and I wish that I had stayed at the Omni instead. I've stayed with them many times and they seem far more experienced with large crowds.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. It's massive & more like a "complex" than a hotel. Gorgeous inside and out. It has a nice little water park with slides, a lazy river, swim up bar, etc., as well as a heated indoor pool on the opposite side of the hotel. It literally has everything; restaurants, shops, a spa, a gym, large business center, tons of conference & ball rooms, etc. You can spend the weekend here, never leave the hotel, and have plenty to do. I would definitely go back!

We visited in July one weekend. The place was very busy. If you want a lay down chair, plan to arrive early. If your check in time is that afternoon, you can arrive at 9am for the water park, check in for access to the water park, and then get a room key later in the afternoon.

The waterpark had an amazing lazy river. I also really liked the lay down chairs that sat in the water, this helped keep us cool.

Good hotel, no complaints on my stay. However extremely sketchy how they decided to charge me. I was charge my first nights stay at booking which was fine, but then my second night stay was randomly charged to my card a month after booking and prior to me staying at the hotel. I called to ask why that would have happened and they told me someone must have called to process the full stay in advance. I questioned how someone else besides the cardholder could do that and I received no good answer. I don't appreciate businesses having access to my card and deciding to randomly charge it whenever they feel they would like to. My second night should not have been charged until my actual stay as agreed upon at booking.

Hotel was fine, just frustrated in their approach to business.

Received an email directly from the Anatole couple hours ago advertising from $99 during spring. Chat/spoke too 5 different people, no one knew about the email. REPEATEDLY asked what days were available for that price (I figured that price was too good to be true). Supposedly spoke to a manager, he hung up on me transferred me to someone else that had no clue. Was given prices over double,
Honesty goes a long way, didn t expect that from the Anatole. ...... On another note, after multiple calls to the Anatole this year, it is a STRUGGLE almost every time to understand the people on the phone. I understand having an international staff but fluent English/communication should be priority

The room was small and not very clean, constant problems with the elevators and air conditioning. Was very disappointed with the helpfulness of the staff, the only good experience came from the valet staff. Would not stay there again.

The stay was ok, but that 169 rate quickly got up to 269 real fast after taxes, parking, etc...
They totally try to nickle and dime you, until your bill is $100 over the rate! I really dont believe i had the sharpest front desk representative! It took over 30 min to check in because she was new or just slow! Our room never got quite cool either! I constantly sweated my ass off all night while trying to sleep! Save your money and go to the omni or the Fairfield for the price!

The Anatole is a GEM in the heart of Dallas. Room was clean & spacious, though the bathroom was a tight fit (but we just stayed in a standard room & who really spends time in the bathroom anyways?) Absolutely lovely all around. A museum within itself! So many Asian inspired paintings, decor & statues. Serene walking area behind the hotel. My husband & I walked around it at midnight & there was lounging areas with heat lamps keeping the patio spots just warm enough. Lots of spots inside to shop & eat as well. Staff were friendly & helpful. self parking was great, close by the entrance. We stayed in the atrium tower & my only complaint was being near to the elevator (which I specifically asked not to be located near), I am a light sleeper & could hear everytime the elevator dinged to open up. But I always carry headphones to cancel out noise & we arrived later than we thought & had to quickly get ready for put event & leave so I couldn't change the room. I do feel as if they would have accommodated me if I had asked though! Love the late check out of 12 (though you should be sure to put your DND sign out the night before, housekeeping was at our door at 10 a.m. & we were still snoozing.) We will definitely stay here again!!

Very pleased with our stay here. I don't care who you are, the bed makes the hotel good or bad, and the Anatole has great beds. Everything was clean, room smelled great, the whole stay was awesome.

This place is enormous and the every bit of it is great. It's full of amazing art pieces and even has a website dedicated to an art scavenger hunt. I attended two conferences here and each time the amenities were great. The conference rooms are nice and the catered food is delicious. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom needs a fan, smells a little musky. The concierge is very helpful with all the little questions you might have.

I loved my stay both times and would definitely stay again.

Nice staff and beautiful inside. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The bartender at the bar close to the doors to go to the pool provided great service. However, our floor (9th) smelled funky and was humid.

The only thing I'd give this hellhole 5 stars in is racism. So much for our executive reservations; most of the hotel's meager facilities were inaccessible most of our stay and all of them closed earlier than advertised, at least when faced with the prospect of having to provide service to us. It was a hellish nightmare; we are switching our corporate preference to Marriott.

This place is absolutely breathtaking. If I could give it 10 stars I would. From the time you check in you are made to feel as if you are in the most luxurious place every. The staff is friendly and it has everything at your convenience from a Starbucks to FedEx. It is located right in the heart of everything but honestly you don't have to leave the hotel for anything.
