Despite the Pandemic my Husband and I was still provided with visiting the Ming Museum as a part of our stay which was absolutely Amazing. And Yes we brought our BuckeeBaabies since pets weren't allowed we will return when Jaded Falls reopens?

This place ALWAYS smells like mildew or mold on the inside where the rooms are located. Because the rooms are located on the inside. There is no ventilation or circulation. It is very stuffy and has an old smell. I mean you would think for the price they would come up with a soltuon to fix this. And this is every Hilton Anatole that I've been to. Its just the way they built them was poor.

I literally could not get a hold of anyone on the phone.... and I was literally calling from one of the rooms... not the front desk... not the operator.... not in room dining... this makes absolutely NO sense... this lasted for 20 mins before I just stopped trying

I was upset with the cleanliness. I was on the 23rd floor and I can see face and handprints all over the windows, just makes the rest of the room feel dirty when it's simple window cleaning goes a long way

Very nice hotel but they double charged my credit card and I'm have a difficult time getting that money returned. The staff is not apologetic for their error. A nice stay tainted by a battle over their accounting practices

Bad service been waiting for months to get a reply from them

The service is exceptional, so I can't say this place is over priced. The staff is responsive, friendly, professional, and exceptionally helpful. The room I'm in is beginning to show signs of wear, but is still in very good condition. And best of all, they have not adopted the super firm mattresses I keep experiencing at other properties!

Hotel suite had one large room and bed was pull out that wasn't comfortable. Water park was nice but some of it was dirty. For such a big hotel they should have another restaurant. Slow room service but nice staff.

Jade Waters (their water park) makes it worth the price for a hotel room. Fun for kids and adults. Has a swim up bar, waterslides, shallow area for little kids amd lazy river.

Very Impressive! Lots of interesting art work! Great ambience and food places.Nice indoor waterpark. Waterpark more suitable for small kids. Family friendly! Had an issue with the next door neighbors playing loud music. Apparently they were partying. The manager took care of the situation to our satisfaction. Thanks Ma'am!

Beautiful hotel! We stayed here for a wedding and it had plenty of space to accommodate all of the wedding party guests (40+ people).

Crap. Unmitigated...CRAP. Visited for A-Konfor the first time - could not believe that the A/C in the place could not keep the place decently cool. Add to the fact that registration was a nightmare and that the price was out-of-this-world; no, I would not only not recommend -- I will never recommend this organic repository of refuse.

I visited for a weekend convention. The staff was helpful, rooms were clean and amenities were aplenty. My only improvement would be to the parking situation - a bit hectic.

Stopped by for a meeting. The hotel is huge and you may get lost if it's your first time here. Valet was prompt and easy. Valet attendant Moe was very friendly and helpful.

i love Robert from the SER restaurant om the 27th Floor lots of knowlegde great stories on the history of the hotel. I am in love with the art throughout the hotel and the amenities.

We went for a "staycation" to their new Jade Waters Waterpark. The park is a good size for a day or two. The staff are very, very attentive and friendly. The hotel is huge with lots of great art to see.

Bottles of alcohol were way overpriced for instance their bottle of Bacardi was $160 for the same bottle that you could pick up at a liquor store for $20

Was a vendor here for a conference. This place was beautiful.

Not impressed at all. I booked room 2307 and then received room 7167 to just stare out the window at the Atrium. I called guest services in attempt to change rooms and was getting with a little attitude. I honestly will never stay here again.

Visited a friend who was staying at the Hilton. The room was pretty nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Lots of people there that night because of lights all night in Dallas

Extremely nice hotel. Right from the start, they are very courteous and professional. We got checked in immediately upon arrival. The rooms are fabulous, clean and roomy. It rained for this entire visit, but the hotel accommodations made it where we didn't have to go out to enjoy ourselves. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was there for a conference. It was well run, but they could have left the coffee out rather than taking it away after each break was over. Pretty good otherwise, but not spectacular.

Incredible lobby and facilities. It's a museum throughout the common areas and the grounds are amazing. The people are fantastic and location is great!

Great facility, new pool opening later this summer

When we first drove up, I was wowed. But when we got to our room...disappointment set in. I was expecting so much more. It was okay. Found hair on my bed...not mine. Stains on the furniture. Wallpaper peeling off in bathroom. The TV didn't work. Bed was somewhat hard. The room service was good, on a high note. I've stayed in much nicer places. Very disappointing I hate to say. I would expect more from Hilton. I would have rated 2 1/2 stars, but they didn't have that option.

I was here for a luncheon. The hotel seemed very nice and the event was catered well with professional staff and tasty food.

Such a fun family friendly venue. Perfect stay-cation place with the kids. Movie on the lawn was so fun and the kids loved it. Rooms are nice with cozy beds. Staff was warm and welcoming.

Was here for a conference. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Beautiful artwork and statues everywhere. Conference room was great. The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant on the 27th floor (Ser) had great views. Gym was a bit small/limited however I made due. The better gym cost money. Overall great!

Had a great stay at the Hilton for a 2-day conference. Everything went perfect. The food was excellent. The beds were comfortable. We choose this hotel again.

Long post alert but worth it. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel two weeks ago. I thought I lost my bag at the Terrace which is where we had breakfast daily( awesome breakfast bar by the way) and Manuel Santiago a manager went out of his way to help me find my bag, he even called staff that worked the morning shift at the Terrace to see if they saw my missing bag. When I say Manuel went above and beyond I mean above and beyond to the point where he gave me contact information and told me to let him know if I ended up finding it on my own. Manuel was confident in his staff stating "If they found something they will turn it in." Veronica the hostess at the Terrace remembered me and my sisters and helped look for my bag as well. Needless to say we ended up finding it in a place we didn't even think to check SMH. Shout out to the staff that waited on us at the Terrace Cafe from Manuel, Veronica (hostess), Delores (waitress) Jamie (Waiter) you all were phenomenal! Definitely will be back to visit again.

Absolutely love this resort! Its an exhale moment from the time you step foot onto the property. There are multiple restaurants, bars, and shops. Need relaxation and rejuvenation? Head to the VSpa that is located on the property. The Signature Massage plus the honey sugar scrub is epic! Be sure to relax in the Jacuzzi! They do an awesome eyebrow tint too! And the water park! Jade Waters is so awesome and is also on the property--hence, the 45 acres of delight. I love the lazy river. There is even a couple of water slides and a swim up bar. Did I mention that they have delicious funnel fries?! There is also an indoor pool available. My friends and I had a girls weekend so we had the 1 bedroom parlor suite. 3 beds and 2 baths! I have NO COMPLAINTS!.

I stayed here before for a corporate function and enjoyed it. The grand lobby was pretty cool and the interior atrium was nice. The elevators are glass backed so as you ride up you can see yourself getting higher until you reach your floor. I remember having a good room service meal. The conference rooms were all nice and the staff was helpful.

Its a great place to unwind with family, beautiful place.

Service good. However took water long time to heat up in my room and communication between check in / check out crew needs improvement. Overall clean rooms and environment with hospitable staff.
