If you need physical therapy, they have some good people and some not so good. If you take benzos for anxiety, you won't get any. If you're on opiods, take all you're allowed or one of the staff will take them & make it look like you have a drug problem. Most of the aides are kind. Most of the nurses are not. I would prefer to give it no stars. Terrible experience.

This place is the worst. Do not put your loved one here. The staff does not care about the patients, they yell for help and no one ever comes. If it allowed I would give a zero. Absolutely awful.

Covid is rampant here and there s little to no effort to stop the spread. Don t send your loved ones here unless you want to sign their death warrant. They will be left alone all day. Your phone calls will fall on deaf ears. You will never get to say goodbye to your loved ones who are just alone, always. Staff will tell you they are stable, they are fine and then viola, they re gone.

The care here is terrible. The facility is in disrepair and my mother's room reeks of urine and it's not her that smells. They dope up their patients so that they don't cause the staff any issues. When you call, they hang up on you. Or you call and they tell you your mother isn't on record there so you have to go there to the floor she is supposed to be on only to have to wait 20 minutes to find a staff member who can finally find your mother (who is, in fact, there). The staff are unfriendly at best but mostly just rude. I went through the channels to report my concerns. I didn't want my mother to come back here but here she is again because insurance sucks.

I am saddened to hear how apparently the level of care has gone down to not acceptable Service to our elderly. I first was a Candy Striper and knew one day I would able to care for the elderly at as soon as they would accept me to work. I was able to work at Hill Haven Full-time at 16 years old as a nurses aide while attending high school 3:00-11:00 shift. I was trained thoroughly. I believe the care comes from the heart for the people. Bring Joy and Love!! Something I learned from my grandmother at an early age. All workers should respect and take pride that they serve what was the number 1 Nursing Home back in 1972. Hold your standards high!! I happened to look into Hill Haven for my Mother s care today that is how I was able to review these reviews. Until things change I will not consider at this point.
Something has to be addressed!! Hiring, training and Nurse management. I am now 63 and still serve in the community young adults and adults to prepare for a better journey in life.

Worst nursing home ever. What one has to do is show up unexpectedly and catch half of the staff on their phones, ignoring patients bells and lights. You will find loved ones in wet and/or soiled undergarments/adult diapers. State should be called on them.

I wanted to let you know that the service was horrible the nursing staff members were rude . I was for septic infection. My colostomy bag burst it took them 1 hour after she called for help the night nurse and aid had were annoyed. The food was horrible. The place was filthy. They refused to give me a shower or pain medication when ask for them . My husband came up to see me he just walked with in the biuilding there was no sign in sheets. The patient across the hallway jumped in my roommate naked . This is unacceptable. MY husband Will be calling the state about incident.
