North Greece Physical Therapy Review

Place is great, I used them in 2010 for my back and now again in 2019 for frozen shoulder. AJ is great, patient and explains everything very thoroughly. Could not be happier!

Great place for PT. Jim C and staff made the atmosphere enjoyable. Also, they are efficient and knowledgeable in all realms of physical therapy. Highly recommend. Great job to them all.

I absolutely love it at Lattimore! My physical therapist (Niko) is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is very light and fun, so you can focus on getting better instead of feeling nervous or out of place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

This establishment seems really well run and the therapists seem to really care. I have only had 2 appointments so far so its hard to pass judgement just yet on whether the therapy is going to help me. Also I have not had the opportunity to understand how the billing works. No one has informed me and I have not gotten any written or electronic communications about it.

Lattimore is the best! I ve been there in the past for myself, and I am now bringing my daughter there for a back injury. She s an athlete so Niko pushes her to challenge her while still being cautious of causing her pain. He has taught her so much about her body, engaging her muscles and how to prevent future injury. The front office staff is amazing, they make you feel like family. Definitely recommend them!

I'm new to the area; when I came in for physical therapy I was greeted well by the front desk staff, then I saw a familiar face amongst the phys. therapists...AJ Hanaburg.
He is an exceptional therapist. My family had worked with him previously in the town we moved from. He is attentive and skilled.
We are also excited to begin using the new expanded gym facility with personal trainer access. How much more convenient could this be for us? We are less than 2 miles from the N. Greece site. An unfortunate injury for me turned into a fortunate connection.

Welcoming and friendly, but most importantly, effective treatment.

I saw Justin for vertigo. He was thorough, explained everything very clearly, and was able to diagnose my issue when an ENT doctor did not. He was very personable and gave me some helpful exercises to do to speed up my healing process. The facility is also clean and feels like a really friendly environment.

Tim and Brian have been excellent with their care and therapy. They've helped me get back to playing soccer again after knee and hip surgery. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

This is the only place I would go for physical therapy. Very courteous, genuinely compassionate and very clean! I especially appreciate the fun while learning correct strength exercises. Brian is one of the best! Awesome front end staff! Tim Ann is all class!

This the second time going to Lattimore on Long Pond Road in Rochester, NY for physical therapy. The first time was three years ago for a total knee replacement, and currently this time for major rotator cuff surgical repair. My PT specialist, Justin, once again is assisting me for this newest injury. He did a great job helping me fully recover from the knee replacement in a short period of time, and am looking forward working with him again for my shoulder. He explains everything very clearly, detailing how the exercises work the different tendons, ligaments and muscles in the shoulder. The entire Lattimore staff are friendly and the facility is maintained in a very clean manner, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic. I highly recommend Lattimore for anyone needing PT.

By the very nature of their jobs, Physical Therapists are caring and skilled professionals. It would be unlikely in today's word if a person didn't personally have one or more PT's in their family. And many of us have been, or are being, treated by a PT.

The staff at Lattimore PT - North Greece are prime examples of what excellent Physical Therapists can and should be. To a person, they are professional, skilled, friendly and a pure pleasure to deal with. Thank you Tim, Steve, Mike, Justin, AJ, Nicko and the entire staff for being the best around.

I feel quite protected from Covid at North Greece Physical Therapy. Justin, my physical therapist, got my once broken wrist back to normal in just a few visits.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful with insurance. The therapists are extremely knowledgable and have great bedside manners.

Tim Anne and the rest of the staff at North Greece Lattimore Physical Therapy are phenomenal! The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. They make scheduling appointments and dealing with insurance issues easy. Tim worked wonders on my wrist after surgery, and helped me to regain my strength and range of motion. He has also worked with my daughter since she was young, for TMJ issues with her jaw as well as a complicated recovery process following multiple knee surgeries. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. My daughter and I trust him completely and wouldn t go anywhere else for our physical therapy needs.

Brian and Tyler took the time to evaluate my issues first. Asked what my goals are and then proceeded to recommend stretches and exercises (included in hand outs) that I can continue to do at home between appointments.

I have used the North Greece facility several times after various surgeries and they have modern state of the art equipment in a clean and quiet environment and I've found the team to be very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

I m very impressed how detailed on every movement that is needed to perform during every visit Mike is amazing.

I have balance issues and Meniere's decease. I was pleased to hear Lattimore Physical Therapy at North Greece did Vestibular Therapy which is what I needed. When originally this was decided I was told I was going to travel across city for this so I googled it. The Therapists are always friendly, courteous and caring. The atmosphere is nice along with the front desk being friendly and knowledgeable. Young and old whatever you need they can handle. This is the 2nd time I've gone for physical Therapy and I'm very pleased.

AJ made me feel much better. The exetcises he gave me helped very much. You have the best staff around. I highly recommend Lattimore to all.

Niko is very knowledgeable about my condition of frozen shoulder. He was able to show me exactly what was going on with my shoulder. He knows what stretches I need to do to get better. I don't think there are better trained therapist anywhere. I am very happy with Lattimore Physical Therapy.

I have only been attending Lattimore for 3 appointments for a separated shoulder. The initial appointment was to evaluate my movements. Mike Hughes then was able to list a series of scripted home exercises. He explained to me the textbook description of my injury. So far I have been very pleased with knowledge and his professionalism. I have also been able to get appointments that are convenient for me.

We work with Tim Anne, very knowledgeable on sports therapy.

I have been treated at Lattimore Physical Therapy North Greece several times - always with excellent results. They are very professional and knowledgeable and make each experience there pleasant - and even fun! Thanks to all of the staff!

I had a great two sessions with Julia, and after my second session yesterday, I went back to the front door to ask a question. They were locking up for the night - the three of them: my PT Julia, one of the very straight physical therapists, and the woman who does a lot of the support and cleaning in the office and gym. All of them were very nice to me - except the male PT who was notably overly curt and gruff bordering on rude.

And I asked my physical therapist a question about being rear ended and could that exacerbate depression and we talked for a few minutes and she said it might. While I was standing there I noticed that they had this look of trepidation on their faces which I thought was very odd.

And leaving there I left looking forward to my next session the following Wednesday. After wishing them all a nice holiday weekend.

Today, the day after, I got a call from their office saying that my doctor wants me to see a neurologist before continuing with Physical Therapy and that my upcoming sessions were canceled

I went by my doctors office to find out about this, because I really was finding the Physical Therapy useful and helpful, and nice, I expressed that I didn't understand why he would not write the prescription for the physical therapy to continue despite the fact that he referred me there originally officially.

My doctor was gone for the day and the staff give me a message that they wanted me to go to an emergency room and that was what the doctors message was to me. And I asked why, and they said well he was just very concerned. And I said why? And then finally the receptionists continued being very vague about it, and they did say he does want you to also go see a neurologist, but he wants you to go to the Emergency room...he's really concerned. And again I asked "why"?

And asked if there was a way to contact him, and of course there was not, and then I asked well is there another doctor with whom I can speak about this. And then they just said, "he'll just tell you the same thing." Finally the doctor who had not left yet told me said he had talked to my doctor who told him that someone (my PT?) from Lattimore Physical therapyhad called up my doctor today and said they were very concerned and that I had thrown the heat towels down in a violent way. And they were "concerned".

I didn't do anything of the sort. I actually was very pleasant and all the conversation with the various people was completely pleasant. I did observe and mentioned that the towels smelt a bit rancid. She just said it was the smell of the sand and the water in the heat in the heating pads, and that all the towels are cleaned. So in less it was because I am mentioned out of consideration that there was a off smell, which I would think that their business would want to know about, do not understand why they made up a very hurtful lie and slandered me to my doctor.

While I was receiving treatment on the table with the heating pad on my neck and my back, when I was cleaning woman was talking about this and that and asking things and closer to the general chatty way, I think I did make a remark that how nice it was to have this kind of care, which I'm afraid of losing with Trump in the White House. We spoke about how helping others heal is one of the most special

Or perhaps because I was gay and I was talking about my partner in my plans for the weekend. I mentioned I was a Tibetan Buddhist. So I'm not sure which one of those they found the equivalent to being a violent act.

I'm absolutely dismayed by the dishonesty and the lack of professionalism because that's really did not happen. And nor was I in anyway threatening to anybody there. I'm at Tibetan Buddhist, we don't work that way! That's more the so-called Christian thing it seems these days! Christ would be appalled as well.

First appt. w Justin, and was hoping he would let me know if PT would help with my condition. After an evaluation w Justin it was his recommendation that I obtain a second opinion...for which I did. The second physician's evaluation confirmed Justin's opinion that PT would not help with the treatment of my condition, until I received further surgery. Very happy with the honesty and recommendations I have gotten from Lattimore.

Everyone is EXTREMELY Nice from the front desk to the physical therapist.

Gave me a progressive set of exercises to do. Suggested that my last sessions should be the one I thought too. Meaning, they didn't push in any way to continue my sessions beyond what was needed. Very friendly people. Nice facilities.

Everyone at Lattimore is very helpful. Justin is great and compassionate and committed to helping you get back to normal. Justin and Tim always seem to make you laugh. The light-hearted staff makes some tough days better. Great place to help you recover.

In just a few short weeks, Lattimore has increased my mobility and decreased my pain levels. I had multiple broken bones in my ankle/foot and could just barely walk when I started therapy. Kudos to Tyler for getting me mobile again in this awesome, clean, inviting and friendly atmosphere!

It s hard enough recovering from an injury or surgery. Let alone going to a PT facility that seems to not care much. If you don t want THAT type of place come to Latimore they care like your family. Great help and even greater caring staff.
Don t make a wrong choice and go to the other place!
