Absolutely wonderful , Very friendly staff they help my girlfriend relocate , was having trouble to find a place on our own since we are young with little work experience , Most places wanted at least 2 years of prior work and rental history , which we did not have since we lived at home , Marilu did not give up on us , And found us a great place ,This will be the only Real Estate Company for all my future needs
Not a good company charged me for I background check found a few places that where already rented and now I can't get my realtor to still help me continue to search they don't care to help anyone.
I was having trouble finding a place to rent , I went to other companies and no one would seem to take the time to help me , They would just take my application fee , and then say they could not find anything , I do not have good credit due to a divorce as I always explain . I walked in without an appointment , And met an Agent Marilu , What a difference !!! she called me every other day to tell me of new listing , and did not give up , finally after 3 weeks , She was able to get me a place , I am forever in this company debt , I was living in a hotel spending a fortune

DO NOT AND I MEAN IT AS STRONG AS I CAN EXPRESS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE A REALTOR UNDER THERE BROKER NAMED HERNAN ANDRES SANCHEZ HE IS MEETING UP WITH PEOPLE SENDING THEM TO PROPERTIES TO VIEW THEN COLLECTING APPLICATION FEES AND SHUTTING OF THE PHONE HE CONTACTED YOU WITH. I VERIFIED WITH THE COMPANY THE DAY BEFORE I HANDED MY MONEY OVER IF IT WAS THERE REALTOR THEY SAID YES AND YO VERIFY ID, SO I DID HIS LICENSE AS A REALTOR MATCHED HIS FLORIDA DRIVERS LICENSE IT SEEMED LEGIT ESPECIALLY CAUSE HE IS UNDER A LEGIT COMPANY. HE STOLE MY MONEY I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM AND HIS PHONE IS OFF I HAVE REPORTED THE BROKER/REALTOR OFFICE TO THE BBB AND TO THE FLORIDA REALTORS LICENSE OFFICE BY MAIL.HOPEFULLY THEY WILL HANDLE THIS PROBLEM SO THEY CAN NO LONGER SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THERE HARD EARNED MONEY I HONESTLY CAN'T BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED! BEWARE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND LOSE YOUR MONEY IT WILL BE STOLEN. ALSO HE LISTS ON CRAIGSLIST WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND NAMED ANGIE AND THEY SCAM TOGETHER.
Please stay away from this company especially this realtor named JOSEPH OLIVIER he is unprofessional lied throughout the whole process I was selling my house he was my buyers realtor lied throughout the whole process he is not honest for two months he was saying we were closing every day and never happened worst experience of my life. I lost thousands of dollars Please do not do business with them stay away I feel like they are doing something illegal. After giving them numerous extension of the contract he still doesn t want to return my deposit I am in the process of taking it to court !!! Stay away please !!!!
Do not do business with this company. Mirla Osuna is the Realtor on a house I am buying. She is also the Manager on the house we live in. (Same house) She lied to my Realtor and told her that the house was Appraised by an appraiser and that is how she got the market value. I asked her in writing 2 times for a copy of the Appraisal. She never even responded to my email. The owners told me there was never an appraisal on this house. She is not professional and she is very rude. She refused to take my offers to the sellers. She flat out told my Realtor she would not take the offer to the owners. She called my loan company and yelled at the agent for not returning her call when he did and left her a voice mail.She has been nasty to my realtor and her Broker. There will be more I will be posting soon after I buy the house.
The house we rent under her management has no windows that open, the septic was coming out of the ground, the pluming is so bad and the bathroom and the kitchen has bad pluming. She is well aware of it being a fire hazed. She has not protected her clients, the owners of this house, and we are in danger if this wood house with a gas system catches fire. There are no fire extinguishers, or alarms installed in this house. I have contacted code enforcement and I will follow through with this.
It took us 6 months to close on our house because of Mirla's careless behavior. I had to hire an attorney as she refused to return my mortgage companies and my calls and emails. She lied to my attorney and told her my loan had been denied, I lost my deposit and our contract was in forfeit. This caused so many problems. I called my mortgage company to find out that she was not told anything like my loan was denied. She lied! I will be making a complaint to the Florida board. This was the rudest unprofessional Realtor I have ever dealt with.
I worked with very nice realtor and gave this company a deposit toward renting and apartment. I was unable to rent due to pet policy. They deposited my check and kept it for over 3 weeks. Don't do business with them John Sanchez unprofessional and unreliable.
I was a customer for years , I have bought and sold properties . and always a great experience , never any pressure always on my side . I have learned so much with them that I have now just received my license , and it was a no brainer , this is the only company I would ever consider working for . Greatest people ever !!!!!
Dionis Perdomo was the worst experience I ever encountered. Please avoid going into their Lake Worth office. The male receptionist was very rude. He treated me as if i was the lowest of all humans. Ms. Dionis actually told me she had a nail appointment to go to. We decided to change our move in date. And that did set too well with her. She said "that date doesn't wirk for me." Also I waited in my car from 12:15pm until 2:45pm. After she agreed to meet me between 12-12:30pm. She was as nasty and disrespectful as the receptionist. DON'T GO THERE.

This company has been holding a check I put in escrow for weeks. I let them know 2 days ago I would be in to pick up the check and when I got here the refused to give me it stating that the landlord needs to give approval for the check since a contract was signed, even though I wasn't approved by the HOA to move in. They are refusing to let me speak to a manager and are speaking to me in a very condescending tone.
Very disappointed in this company. I was recently in contact with Sophia, about renting a condo in our area. I had made an appointment with her in the morning to view it, and she texts me back a few hours later just saying, "I need to cancel". No explanation, nothing. So I responded asking her if she would like to re-schedule, or if I need to contact a different realtor to view the property. She responded, and let me know someone else sent in an application. Cool, no problem. My problem is, if you already have an appointment to show it, then you should still show it. That application needs to go on the back burner. Very disappointed. My husband and I probably would have put down a deposit, we loved the property so much. She ending the conversation with, "I'll let you know if the application falls through". Well we won't be purchasing from her, so there's no need for that. I'd go with someone else.
Do not ever use this company. Especially Marrit Forsbom. You will be treated like dirt. No care for the renters. She texts rude emojis and will not communicate like a mature adult.

Rented a condo from realtor Helena Forsbom, she acts like a child. Doesn t do a proper walk through of condo and will ignore your calls. I payed an extra months of rent in which I didn t even stay. She refuses to get in contact with the actual landlords and will literally make up fake problems to charge so you don t get the security deposit. Make sure if you rent from you do thorough walk through and take pictures of everything. She will make up fake things to charge you with. Be careful with this lady, terrible services. It s been over a month and still haven t gotten any word on security deposit.

People be aware, this is not a reputable company to do business with. I used one of their realtor and she basically was working for the Seller instead of us. It was all about her commission. We ended up not closing because the sellers did not do the necessary repairs we agreed upon and the so called Realtor, Leslie Ann Ellis was hesitant in helping me to get my $5,000.00 deposit back. She is unprofessional, ignorant, confrontational, and hateful. I encourage everyone to find a Realtor that is knowledgeable, honest, dependable, and trustworthy to do business with and stay away from Highlight Realty and their unprofessional and desperate Realtors. They are shady and money hungry. Once again they are all for the commission just like Leslie Ann Ellis. She is a very dysfunctional individual, and I am not saying this with any malicious intent, it is a fact. I have never seen a Realtor that goes against their client. She knew the repairs were not done, yet she was forcing us to close on the property and when I retaliated she cursed me out terribly and stated that she has never been so close to a closing and now she cannot close the deal. She went on to say she is not working and her husband is not working and called me things outside of my name. Wow! my so called Realtor (Leslie Ann Ellis) treated me like that just for her commission, instead of having the Sellers do the necessary repairs we decided upon. This woman knows nothing about Real Estate. Her license needs to be revoked. Now she is taking sides with the Sellers Realtor against us. I serve a living God and wickedness can only last for a while because God is in control. Please people be careful of her. Very pretentious and cunning individual Leslie Ann Ellis is.

They sent me several properties , with an estimated rent role , And figured out the CAP rates for me to see which ones were the better investments . I just bought one last month and rented it ,VERRY HAPPY !!
SCAMMERS, UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL & CROOKS. A realtor at this company by the name of CAIXIA QIU, (Alias: Lisa Qiu, Lisa Caixia Qiu or Lisa Quo) was the listing agent to a property SHE owned along with someone else. Very difficult and unreasonable person to negotiate with. She and the other seller signed a contract for this deal, the night before the closing, she decided that she was no longer okay with the fees from the title company. She made the buyers pay for the sellers closing fee. She said either the buyers pay for these fees or she would not close on this deal. This is a practice used by unethical individuals to extort the other party of extra funds. It is no wonder this property was on the market for nearly a year. The other seller was an older gentlemen who was very kind and told us at the closing table that he would NEVER work with Lisa Qiu. We tried calling Highlight Realty to complain and the broker did not care. Impossible to get a hold of. Unprofessional.
TRULLY , One of the best experiences I have ever had . I am now a first time Homeowner YEHY !!!!! . I initially went to The Lake worth Highlight Realty Location looking for a rental , as I was have a hard time finding a rental myself ,since I had n eviction on my record 5 years ago , But still made it very hard to find rental . After talking to their agent , they recommended that I buy place instead of renting. they negotiated an offer for me , Seller contributed 3% towards my closing costs . So I only paid 5,420 at closing ,(practically the same for renting FIrst Last and Security ) My mortgage is 940.00 per month , Rentals for this same type of property were 1200 to 1300 per month , so not only am I paying less than renting , NOW I OWN IT !!!!!

Selling our home was a hard decision but they truly made it a great experience .
realtor Paula Legarra is very new with NO experience and her english is very hard to understand, asked for her advise for a purchase and she could not respond. Company is only for hispanics and John Sanchez is not professional.

Worst experience ever with Realtor Juan Valencia, he gets back to you whenever he pleases. I can call him today and he gets back to me within a week or two. He is very lazy and does not like to work. Not making any more real estate transactions with him. Very disappointing he was the one to get paid on my home loan closing. I was wish someone else who is really hardworking and dedicated would have get it instead of him.
I have to express my horrible experience with corinne Barack she is no professional and she is only working for her commission if you contact her for selling property be careful she asks for buyer contribution for 10,000.00 at the beginning and she never advise inspection and appraisal coming after of course buyer contribution no come out of her commission is coming out of your pocket she can have review for people who buy but no people who selling is very bad experience a lot os lost money be careful if you need more let me know more than happy to give my personal experience be careful remember they work for commission she don t worry about you

Last year I rented an apartment that was being represented by Gustavo Cepeda. He told my realtor the landlord agreed to fix many things in the apartment before move in. On the day we loved in, nothing was cleaned or taken care of. Paper work was never returned to my realtor. Come to find out the apartment was infested with termites. Neither the landlord or Gustavo (who was a friend of my landlord) did nothing. I ended up having to break my lease and loose $3000. None of the repairs were ever made to the apartment. He never called to schedule move out. I had to call him. Communication was non ecosistema. Absolutely disgusted with this company and very much considering taking the broker and realtor to court.
