I recently contacted Hickory Park Furniture to inquire about a replacement spring for my Flexsteel rocker recliner. Within a few days after corresponding back and forth with Tina, I was informed that the manufacturerer would send out replacement springs, which I received in a timely manner. Last but not least, I was pleasantly surprised that I actually received 2 replacement springs, although only one of my had broken. Tina went over and above any expectations that I had in helping me with my problem.
