I purchased two matching chests from Hickory Park Furniture. I worked with Jerre Rhoney, and she was a delight. She stayed with the order from beginning to end. I was never given the run around, every time I called Jerre knew exactly who I was, and she knew all about my order. As a result, I always felt 100% confident that I was in good hands and that I never had to worry. Furthermore, Jerre always gave me updates as the manufacturing and shipping process went along. This is a level of customer service that is so rare today that it truly deserves a five star review! This morning, both chests and their tops were delivered (the tops are separate pieces that go on top of the chests). The delivery guys from D & D Delivery Service, Inc were wonderfully helpful. The guys asked if I had felt pads and, when I produced them, they took care to personally place them on the feet of the chests. Unfortunately, one top did come in broken, but the delivery guys were on top of it. They wrote it up, and assured me that they would bring a new top on their next trip. I then called Jerre, and she assured me that I didn't need to do anything else; that it would all be taken care of, and I have no doubt that it will be. I would absolutely order from Hickory Park Furniture again, and I would highly recommend them.
