Just received my furniture......and I love it..... lazyboy I clean fabric... absolutely perfectr..Jerre helped me and I would recommend her anytime... she is very professional and certainly knows her business... the cost of the loveseat is what our local store had quoted me for a recliner... I purchased 2 loveseats and one recliner...excellent purchase... . very happy
