I had great experiences with both of my service providers - Kimberly Bates for a facial and Bobby Hix for a massage. I've seen Kimberly three or four times and she's so consistently awesome. So relaxing and my skin always glows when I leave. It was my second time with Bobby and it was the most soothing deep tissue I've ever received. Got work done, but still so relaxing. Very pampered. Nice facilities. 10/10 would recommend.

Aleaha Kirkendoll has been doing my facials for the past couple of years. She is the best facialist I have ever been to. She is very knowledgeable about skin and how to take care of it. My skin has never looked better. I get monthly facials. Aleaha customizes my facials depending on the condition of my skin each month. The SPA is very clean. The Staff is very professional. It is also close to my home. I am so happy that I found Aleaha and plan to continue to have my facials and waxing done by her. She is the BEST!!!

It's really all about the massage therapist's ability to understand your reason for getting a massage and Maneisha is the best at figuring out what is causing your issues! Highly recommend.

Polite staff. Great, relaxing, affordable services. Calming atmosphere. Just had one not so great mani/pedi experience with one of their nail techs, but Denni did an awesome job with my mani/pedi! Tomicia never fails to provide an amazingly relaxing massage session!

Upon my first visit here I learned that I have been missing out on a hidden gem of day spas in my area. This spa had a very accommodating staff & a very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this spa to others who are not afraid to pay a bit more for the extra mile of service & variety. I will be back to try out different services & I am absolutely sure they will not disappoint.

I typically have a wonderful experience at Hiatus however I decided to end my hour and a half massage early because the newly added rooms near entrance were extremely loud. Throughout my service I heard people talking, walking up and down halls and loud cabinets closing. I have been going here for years and selected a membership here due to the atmosphere of the spa. Totally not the fault of my masseuse. It was not the same as before. -KL

I see Dawn at Hiatus and she is incredible. Best massage therapist I have seen in ages. Very positive personality and knows her business. I have booked appointments all the way thru December so I know I won t miss an appointment. She is a great addition to your staff!

I believe this is far a great getaway, every woman should have a spa day. I think I feel asleep during my massage and pedicure treatments. This is a must!!!

Everything is great about this place; the facility, staff, their products. Rebecca (sorry, can't remember her lastname) was my massage therapist and she was just great! I highly recommend this place, especially if you are like me and don't get massages often.

I ve been going to Hiatus for help with stress management - to relax, get loose and help my body as I get older. My wife signed us up and now I go more than she does. Trini Serpa is my therapist and she does an outstanding job every time I go - which is now about twice a month. She always asks me where I m needing the most concentration and the massage therapy techniques she uses are tailored to my body s specific needs at that particular time. I know that Trini will provide a quality massage every time I go and I recently increased my time with her from 60 to 90 minutes. My wife and I are both monthly members which is a great deal financially. I hope that Hiatus will upgrade their location in the future as their quarters are small and can feel tight in common areas - but they make the most of their space with nicely kept locker room, relaxation area and dry sauna. Overall though I m always excited to go to Hiatus as my visits always help me feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

Loved the spa treatment I received. It's pricey but worth it

I only recommend this place if you get an mani pedi with Nubia. She is an absolute perfectionist and have me the best mani pedi since moving to DFW.

This is a wonderful spa! The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities are clean. Carol is amazing with facials! She walked me through each step, answered all my questions, recommended some products based on the needs of my skin, and gave me skincare tips. Since then, my skin has cleared up and hasn t looked this good in ages.

Been a member for over a year and love it so much my husband is a member now too! From facials, waxing( Carol is the best!), massages(Al is fantastic!), to mani and pedis(Denni is a rockstar and has earned my loyalty!) I highly recommend Hiatus.

Great services and technicians - but logistics for booking appointments leaves a lot to be desired. There are several services you cannot book online and when you call the spa directly - 75% of the time no one answers the phone.

When you leave messages either on the recording or with an attendant - no one returns your call. You have to call multiple times at different times of day to find the right time when they are not busy and someone answers your call.

If you work and need to schedule appointments to fit your schedule, this is a challenge.

I've offered this feedback to the spa multiple times, but nothing changes. if Keiko and Jacqueline were not so great, I would have moved on by now as it is inconvenient

This spa is located inside the Willow bend Wellness Center. The spa is clean and relaxing. I have a monthly massage membership which forces me to take the time to care for myself. The massage therapist are professional and thorough. I occasionally get a mani. and pedi. which are super relaxing because they give you an eye mask, earphones and blanket.

This was a great facility with a knowledgeable and experienced staff. My daughter and I had a massage, mani and pedicure. The services were wonderful in spite of a plumbing problem outside of the staff s control. My only complaint is that the gel polish on my nails has started to peel off in 2 days. That has not happened before and it is disappointing.

Good facials... very nice spa. Need consistency with all providers otherwise they would be a 5.

Had an incredible experience at Hiatus when my wife and I were there this past weekend, highly recommend it!

"Money can't buy happiness" is not true because for $69 a month, you can get a membership for Hiatus Spa. I love their zero gravity chairs for Pedicure. I don't want to go back to regular nail spas ever again. Although Hiatus will cost you a little more, it's worth it. I like the ease of scheduling online, changing into a comfy robe, laying in the zero gravity chair and falling asleep.

i have been a Circle H member for over a year. For the past 6 months Aleaha has been my esthetician . She is wonderful, knows what my skin needs and allows me the quiet time to be pampered. I highly recommend her services.

This was one of the best massages I ve had in a very long time. We did different massages and facials and it was fantastic. I ve tried various spas and this one ranks in the top three in my book period. The fact that they offer an amazing waiting area and have a phenomenal staff that is on top of their game was a blessing in disguise. Usually places just try to rush you through but here you don t encounter that. It is quite relaxing as it should be from beginning to the end.

Aleaha gave me such a wonderful and relaxing massage - MUCH needed after my 30 hour flight home for the holidays!

The service was great. However, had specifically called to check if Spa Finder gift cards were accepted or not. It was confirmed they were. And when I had to check out, they were not and I had to use my Credit Card to pay for the service. No apology was given until I said that this is inconvenient as I was planning on using my gift cards. Good skincare service, bad customer service. Sakina

I went to Hiatus for the first time today and I was fortunate enough to get Denni and can I just say she was amazing!! I will be back for sure. Everyone was so nice. I m very happy that I booked an appointment with Hiatus, there will be many more to come!! Thank you so much Denni for doing such an incredible job!!

I could go to the closer one in Dallas, but I get the best service with everyone in Plano. Every visit has been wonderful from the staff, services and the way you keep everything neat.

If you re trying to get your skin smooth and healthy, or looking for great eyebrows look no further than Carol Zollicoffer! She s worked her magic on my acne scars and hyperpigmentation and now I can confidently walk around without makeup and get compliments on my skin.

Very relaxing and personable service from Aleaha! She is always prompt, thorough and personable during my wax services. Recently, she serviced my teenager for a facial as well. Her skin was vibrant and glowing afterwards.

I have been going to Hiatus for over 5 years at the Dallas location and have spent hundreds if not a thousand dollars over that span of time. Their services have declined rapidly and is very much so at their new location. I had the WORST massage ever the last time I went! I specifically told her i wanted to focus on my hips (i have sciatica) and feet and that I DIDNT want her to touch my legs (i didn't have time to shave that morning and was very uncomfortable with her touching my legs). She did the complete OPPOSITE of what I asked! She did not touch my hips or feet, and even after reminding her about my legs she ignored me and continued. On top of all that, she totally forgot to do my left arm! Afterward, I asked to speak with the spa manager. She was busy, so I asked for her business card and told her i will be emailing her as soon as possible and to please look for it. I sent the email and NEVER heard back. I should have demanded my money back .

Both Kimberly (facial) and Vita (manicure-pedicure) are kind professionals and I always leave feeling pampered.

I love everything about this spa but what I love the most is my therapist Andrew Dade. He is always professional and courteous and he focuses on exactly what I ask him to focus on. I have never had anything but the best massage from him.

Hiatus is always a relaxing experience for me and the ectiticians are very knowledageable . I am recovering from surgery and my face was dry from it. The facial I choose, she said was too harsh right now and she changed it too a moisturizing facial instead. I was glad to have her professional opinion and was very happy with the results.

Worst experience ever with a spa service!Became a member in Jan and made my first appointment for my birthday, Feb 6th. They called a few days before and had to change my appointment time and therapist. I assumed it was an unusual occurrence; therefore, I accepted the change and rearranged my schedule accordingly. Next, I tried to book a couples massage for my husbands birthday but you are t able to book couples massages online. After going into the spa live to book the couples massage, it was confirmed for 7:45pm on Feb12th. However, shocker they called on Sat the 9th to tell me they could no longer accommodate my appointment. The person who called said it wasn t on the books. My question was how would you have known to call me if it wasn t scheduled??? At this point I m getting very frustrated and told them to cancel my membership! What good is a membership if you can t ever get an appointment?? Shocker I was told you can cancel over the phone!!! Needless to say nothing was done to accommodate me nor did I ever get a call back from anyone regarding the issue. My advise is that they better hire a better management staff if they plan to stay in business. I think it s a scam and that they move nonmember customers ahead of members to not have to give the discounted price. Next call will be a formal complaint to the better business bureau! Stay away from this place unless you want to add stress to your life!

Had been to Hiatus Spa before and the experience was great, but my last visit was meh. My 90-min deep-tissue massage turned into a 60-min massage of some kind since the young lady who checked me in never bothered to show me to the locker room. So I sat in the lounge for 30 mins until someone came to get me. The masseuse I had scheduled with was unavailable on the day of my appointment so I ended with someone else and didn't get the deep-tissue massage I wanted. All in all, not the best experience. Now I'm ready for another massage but can't bring myself to go back.

Love love love this place, Best pedicure ever!!! Pricey but worth it.

This spa is the pinnacle of relaxation whether you are enjoying a massage ( I highly recommend Dade) or getting your glow on with one of the many exquisite skincare options, you will always leave feeling rejuvenated.

Check in is awesome, therapist is awesome but the facility is still not as nice as when it was Hanna Isul. The lounge is not soothing and the tea is never hot. The locker room is usually ok. So many times the toilet tissue is lacking in one of the stalls. Robes, towels, shoes are always plentiful and neatly kept. The dressing area/vanity usually has empty bottles and tubes of the product offered; probably some idiot takes them when they leave. All in all it's a good experience each time.

Dawn is a fantastic massage therapist. I've already booked monthly massages with Dawn through the next six months. Highly recommend!

Y all, Dawn is the single most gifted massage therapist I have ever visited, hands down.... And that s really saying something, since I ve sought maaaaaaaany a massage over the last twenty years, in locations all over the country, to help manage my chronic back pain.

Dawn s technique is amazing, but what really sets her apart is her passion for the job and her deep empathy for others. I ve simply never met another soul who is more gifted as a caregiver, healer, and friend. She always leaves me feeling nurtured and restored, in both body AND spirit. And while she will always offer product suggestions, she s never pushy about it, which has not been my experience at other Hiatus locations.

Dawn is truly a gift, and I hope Hiatus keeps her for many years to come!

My first time going to Hiatus, and there were positives and a few misses. The first big miss was scheduling, they scheduled the wrong service. I requested the Glow Getter, mani and pedi. They scheduled The Body Glow instead of the Glow Getter. Apparently they are supposed to send email confirmation when services are booked (I booked over the phone), but I never received one. The front desk staff were nice, as in they weren't rude, however they are also lacking in customer service skills. If you schedule something wrong, you should at least say 'I'm sorry' for the mistake, but no apologies given. They seemed clueless as to how to handle it beyond we're booked, so we can't do the service you wanted today. The difference between the service I requested and what they booked is a massage, which I wanted but didn't get with the Body Glow. I decided to go ahead and go with what was booked, since it still involved the vichy shower. I will say The Body Glow was a wonderful service, Kara did a great job and was both very thorough and very thoughtful. I would highly recommend Kara. The mani & pedi service itself is very relaxing, however the polish they use (SpaRituals I believe) is disappointing. It chips rather quickly. I had a chip on a fingernail within a day and on my toes within 3 days. I know we can be tough on our fingernails, but there is no excuse for a pedicure lasting only 3 days. As much as I enjoyed the service itself, I couldn't see paying for it again knowing their polish won't last at all. The spa facilities were nice, but not amazing. I will go again to Hiatus, only because I still have an additional gift card to use. After I use up the gift card, undecided. We'll see how the next trip goes.

Derrick and the massage were excellent. Derrick is the 1st masseur to ever understand and do exactly what I requested. Nothing bad just felt like the fro.t staff were ready to go and not as friendly as they would be 1st thing in the morning.

The massage was amazing, the customer service was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, & the facility was clean. PERFECT spa experience!

After getting facials over the years at many different spas, Aleaha at Hiatus is definitely one of the best. My skin is in very good condition, in spite of spending a lot of time outside. This is because of the excellent facials and recommendations from Aleaha. She always is looking out for the best for her clients.

Hiatus is a nice, comfortable spa and everyone there is very welcoming.

I received the 90-minute knockout massage, and Kara D. was terrific! I felt much better afterward. She knew exactly where to hit the sore spots. The front desk staff is always fantastic from welcoming all clients to making them feel comfortable from walking in to check out. I always enjoy the sauna and relax in the lounge while enjoying their hot tea. I loved the tea so much that I ended up buying some to go. I highly recommend the Plano location. They have me spoiled, so I had no problem signing up for the monthly membership. Well worth it!

Due to my great sense of timing, I signed up for a membership here approximately the day before COVID hit. Over the next months I managed to accrue a large number of unused credits. Amazingly, they let me spend all my credits on products, so that my money would not be wasted. Now I have a nice supply of some wonderful spa goodies to use at home. I thought this was an especially client-friendly policy and wanted to give them a shout out. Also, a big thank you to Elena who helped me pick out the products and patiently rang it all up using my stockpile of credits. A++ for customer service!

This was my first time visiting the Hiatus Spa and Retreat and I decided to get the Body Glow. It was wonderful ! I felt like I was on the beach, so tranquil, i almost fell asleep. I would do it again. I'd recommend it to anyone! The people were so friendly and helpful.

My first facial experience was phenomenal, thanks to Aliyah. She was professional and systematic in her approach and kind and welcoming in her demeanor. Excellent overall experience!

Got the Sports Buff massage and it was awesome! Kaitlyn worked through some knots in calves that have been bugging me for years. The Spa itself is nice - clean locker room with towels, robes, slippers plus a dry sauna; nice relaxation room to rest in before or after; massage room was nice and she took care to ask whether I wanted to have a quiet room or chat, whether I wanted more energizing aromas or calming, massage intensity, etc. Note: I said to be intense and it was definitely all of that!

I just got home and looked at my eyebrow tint ...it s uneven and sloppy. I wouldn t ever go back.

I gave Dallas a 5 star rating but Plano 3 because my most recent manicure the girl definitely shortened me on a lot the treatment I signed up for but charged me for the epic manicure and pedicure. I think she was thinking I wouldn t notice but I definitely did. Sorry but I shortened the tip. Disappointed. I still gave a 3 star review bc I had 2 other treatments done the same day and those gals did great.

Absolutely amazing spa. They have zero gravity chairs for mani/pedis, a sauna to relax in after your service, and an amazing relaxation room with hot tea and fruit infused water. Sometimes wish I could just come and sit in the relaxation room and read a book. They have comfy robes and those amazing spa sandals that feel like you're walking in those gel shoes you had as a kid only without the painful blisters and with all the awesome squishiness underfoot. They have monthly retreats which almost always incorporate the Vichy shower. If you have not gotten a massage under a Vichy shower, you are missing out. Can't recommend this place enough for a quick retreat.

Unfortunately the lowest star rating I can give is a 1. I ve had a membership at Hiatus for a few months now. This place is like any other spa, I ve had memberships at other places and Hiatus is similar. However, Hiatus differs in that they decide to overcharge you for no reason. I ve had this happen more than once. Unfortunately, last time I did not notice until a few days later. Today was different, I called back because the total seemed odd and did not make sense and the phone representative informed me that I had been over charged. This is called fraud. I urge everyone who goes to this place to check your receipts and make sure you are not being deceived. I will be canceling my membership and looking for a spa elsewhere (there are over 20 others in Plano).

Great spa! I've been a member for 2-3 yrs. You pay a monthly fee and get one free Essential service per month. Had an excellent massage with Trini today. And the pedis in the the zero gravity chair are THE BEST!

Derik was amazing! At other places, I've experienced deep tissue massages not being very relaxing. He created a relaxing environment while massaging deep into my tissues. Felt amazing after the massage!
