We purchased a switchboard, it was wonderful at first! Then we wanted to break away, just a horrible and unpleasant feeling, transferred us from customer service to technical service, and so on and on, until after a few days of feeling disrespectful to the customer, we called and answered a guy who helped us, in short, unpleasant, and unreasonable, a feeling of disrespecting a client . not recommended!

I was given a very tempting tomorrow to make calls out of the country
And receive calls from the country at a local cost to stay in Israel
Start with me at $ 15 a month and after six months without warning raise to $ 50
Who called me told me they don't announce a raise and that they should call them every 6 months and make sure they don't raise the price
Who has the time and power to deal with it?
Better low-cost Avatars calls are better but without the costs and worries
I called to log off trying to give me a cheaper price

They said another representative would come back to me that they couldn't cut me off
It's been a week and a half yet to detach me and charge me for another month

I would not recommend this company

On May 17, we purchased SIM-only browsing to Spain. At first we couldn't connect. The company's customer service was able to explain what to fix in order to activate SIM via writing (you can not talk to them in software like Viber or WhatsApp), the problem was solved, from that moment on for 8 days everything worked fine and excellent quality without fault

Too bad I did not read the reviews before we started with them! The switchboard has been down since we started at least 10 times, leaving us without lines for times of 1-3 hours! When calling customer service it is said that a server has crashed and that this is a known problem and until they purchase a new server it happens from time to time !!! Seriously this is truly a company and customer service answer! Just a disgrace, a loss of thousands of shekels! And angry customers who fail to call and write negative reviews about us as if we are to blame. We started looking beyond another solution that would at least be stable

Poor customer service, provided no support while we had problems with Sim overseas.
They lied about the volume of the internet package (they said it was 4 gigabytes but it was 3 in total).
We were unable to make or receive calls to Israel.
Better local sim.
