Worst experience ever with a spa service!Became a member in Jan and made my first appointment for my birthday, Feb 6th. They called a few days before and had to change my appointment time and therapist. I assumed it was an unusual occurrence; therefore, I accepted the change and rearranged my schedule accordingly. Next, I tried to book a couples massage for my husbands birthday but you are t able to book couples massages online. After going into the spa live to book the couples massage, it was confirmed for 7:45pm on Feb12th. However, shocker they called on Sat the 9th to tell me they could no longer accommodate my appointment. The person who called said it wasn t on the books. My question was how would you have known to call me if it wasn t scheduled??? At this point I m getting very frustrated and told them to cancel my membership! What good is a membership if you can t ever get an appointment?? Shocker I was told you can cancel over the phone!!! Needless to say nothing was done to accommodate me nor did I ever get a call back from anyone regarding the issue. My advise is that they better hire a better management staff if they plan to stay in business. I think it s a scam and that they move nonmember customers ahead of members to not have to give the discounted price. Next call will be a formal complaint to the better business bureau! Stay away from this place unless you want to add stress to your life!
