Shout out to Derek 1 & Derek 2, you know who you are. My boots have been, well, you know, falling apart & not doing their job as they should. Each time I wore them my feet kept hurting worse. I showed up & two hours later I had custom insoles, custom fit ski boots & two happy feet without pain. Great attention to detail, friendly and profesional service. I have been skiing for over 50 years, and this was my best ski boot buying experience. Just back from Jackson Hole, and my ski boots fit perfectly! I don't know if I have ever have said that before. The custom foot inserts made an amazing difference, for my typically difficult to fit feet. Would Highly recommend Hi Tempo. They dedicated time, and education into my fitting experience. I am a delighted customer.

I am a ski industry professional and have been a Hi Tempo customer for many years. I don t buy a lot of new equipment, but when I do I go to Hi Tempo. It s helpful to be able to work with people in a shop that actually are skiers. You ll be able to get good advice on equipment and all topics ski related too. I have high expectations and Hi Tempo has consistently met and exceeded them for years.
