I came here with a friend looking for some coffee and pastries to enjoy while we caught up and the ambiance, decor so airy and welcoming & bakery items so delicious! We ordered fruit cake, pistachio roll (so good) & the main reason I came, their Kunefe. I first had it on the Efes restaurant side for $9 & the reason I m not rating 5 stars is beacause I was taken back when I went to pay and the Kunefe on the bakery side is a whopping $12!! The price just hasn t sat right with me. So if you want to enjoy this delicious dessert pull up to restaurant side so it doesn t feel like a rip off.

This is the best coffee place in New Brunswick, do not waste your money in other places. The costumer service is great, the staff is very kind and clean. But the coffee is the best, good quality and preparation. The different pastries and cakes makes the experience even better. New Brunswick is an awful place but efes cafe is my oasis.
Totally recommend

Everytime, I go because I crave one thing but end up buying a bunch of things, some to try some just can't resist. I love their plain pogaca it is really really good. I wish they had acma as well. Their simit is also good. Those are my two favorite breakfast starches. The almond cookies and the little tartlettes are also favorites for snack size dessert. It's covid times so I've only gotten pickup but the inside looks really cool, though I bet when students are back on campus there's no way I'll be able to find a table.

A must visit cafe in New Brunswick!!

A must visit cafe in New Brunswick!!

A beautiful cozy cafe with delicious drinks and desserts.

We ordered the Chai latte and Creme Brulee latte , both in Oat milk. The drinks were made to perfection and tasted very rich.

For dessert, we ordered the chocolate pastry with pistachios. The look 100% justified the taste. Very different than the regular chocolate pastries, and very delicious. Not too sweet, not bland, just perfect.

They were out of their popular dessert, the 'Profiterole', so will be visiting back to try the same.

Cheers!!
