Shout out to Derek 1 & Derek 2, you know who you are. My boots have been, well, you know, falling apart & not doing their job as they should. Each time I wore them my feet kept hurting worse. I showed up & two hours later I had custom insoles, custom fit ski boots & two happy feet without pain. Great attention to detail, friendly and profesional service. Shout out to everyone else at the store, THANK YOU. Excited to hit the slopes.
