A magnificent museum, but unfortunately little consideration is given to visitors in a wheelchair!

Amazing collection, great location. The temporary exhibition Dutch Masters was very busy.

Beautiful exhibition about jewelry but it was very busy.
Everywhere there are stickers with how many people can enter a room and really no one adheres to it.
Such a shame, it gives an unpleasant atmosphere while the people of the hermitage try their very best.

Note that there are other exhibitions too, which is a lot more fun

The history of the last tsar is beautifully portrayed by greatly enlarging a lot of photo material. I found the quantity and the beauty of the displayed items rather disappointing. The entry fee was quite high contrast.

A large and beautiful museum. Given the rich collection of Hermitage, I wonder if I could bring a little more. Feeling slightly higher.

Worth to visit. The device is large and which is pleasant. The building overlooks the Amstel river. The exhibitions are variable. The staff is friendly. It is not too bad in comparison with other museums in Amsterdam.

Nice to be inside again. A very nice exhibition about the jewelry of the Russian court. Also drank coffee safely in a COVID19 way. In short, a nice short break.

The Hermitage is a beautiful museum. Only this time we have not been to the Dutch Masters. In addition to the museum year card at the entrance, we were faced with a surcharge of 10 euros per person. Ridiculous. I have never seen the allowance this high. We walked to another beautiful exhibition in Amsterdam.

Only 3/4 of the exhibition open still we paid full admission!!

This is a wonderful, light, well laid out, stunning objects. Almost didn't manage to fit this museum in but so glad we did. Only downside - no discount for the grey pound brigade

The Hermitage Museum of Sr-Petersburg collaborates with London and Amsterdam and offers these two cities a choice of works that may interest their audiences. The practical terms of these loans are not known but it is nice to see some treasures especially in the current context. The rooms are well developed but there are a lot of people and it is not easy to have enough perspective. However, it remains great.

Too Many rooms with just pictures or text!The spaces are too small...I came for the old masters,not pictures of bobo s(except the King of course)

Visited the beautiful jewelry exhibition. Enjoyed all the splendor of Russia at the time. The explanation of the exhibition was sometimes a bit too long for me, but otherwise it was really enjoyable. The rest of the museum is also worth a visit. A must to discover this museum at your leisure. The prices of the cakes are extremely high.

Not really a collection at home. 3 exhibitions gathered in an exceptional place. Quite expensive, we did not need to book.

Seat of the Hermitage in St. Petersburg. I highly recommend going to see it because it deserves the collections it houses.

A visit to the Hermitage is always special because how fantastic it is to be able to see the treasures from the Winter Palace in Saint Petersburg here. Make sure that you never miss an exhibition, but never :-)

the Exhibition on the golden age was very busy during the school holidays ...
And that was not because there were many children !!
Fortunately it is a great museum !!
Been in for about 2.5 hours
2 adults and 2 children aged 14 and 9 years old

It was my first visit in Amsterdam and I was received by this wonderful museum. The building is very nice and the exhibition Classic Beauty was a delight for the senses in the same way the exhibition Galeria de Retratos del Siglo de Oro took the way to show masterpieces to a superlative degree of perfection, using the most modern technology. Highly recommended. With views of the canals and with an explanation of the historic houses that are in front of it.

A calm place. Beautiful architecture. Exhibitions of artists known or not.

No books do justice to seeing the Grand Master's paintings up close!

Exhibition "Jewels" is a must. Perfectly built up, expanded. Everything excellent, hats off!

Beautiful building ... Impressive collection to look at and expensive sandwiches, but yes .... that's what I pay for.

Russian history. Clothing, jewelry. Nice building, nice atmosphere. Lots of interest. Good coffee.
