When you're in Paris you need to visit this flagship store of the iconic French brand Hermes. Diana made my visit special & memorable - she is very knowledgeable about the various leather goods/products (bags, wallets, clutches). She was so nice and helpful as I selected a couple "souvenirs" for my trip!

Crowded. And didnt get what I would like know. Coz it's actually needed to make a booking in advance before you visit. Accessories is fine, doesn't need to make appointment. But if you like to look for bags, please do a booking at least one day before you go .

I love Hermes but I have rarely experience such an unhelpful attitude. As chaotic as the big shop in nyc.

I knew exactly what I wanted to see and I knew they had it in stock but they refused to help me.
I had to call my sale s rep and come back the next day.
I guess the old bitter woman couldn't bare the young customer. And so much passive aggressiveness for really no reason.

She reacted like I was asking for vegetables at the butcher shop. Some of the entry post got to realise they only work for Hermes and not that important to the common mortel.

At the end I was presented the bag on the smallest table in a corner tight by the door. It felt crampted rushed and ABSOLUTELY not luxurious.
Remember you only go here if the stock forces you to.

I lost my eyeglases but i can't remember where & when the last time i wore them. Hermes St Honore was the last place before i realized i lost them. Mr. Joachim, the Head of Security (im so sorry if i misspelled the name) went thru all the trouble looking thru the cctv just to see if i came into the store with my glasses or not, even though my glasses' price was not even comparable with any of Hermes' item. I wish i could give him a token of appreciation but he was so professional, and i must respect that. Bravo to Hermes, its security employees, and its staffs for their hospitality

Although I am a huge fan of Hermes products and on my last visit there I bought 2 carres I must confess the experience was not without a glitch. I understand the new security measures put in place for screening people when they go in, however this should not be carte blanche for the security staff to mistreat you and talk to you rudely. After all this is a 1st class brand which you more than handsomely pay for and the experience starts at the door. This was a blotch in the chic-ness fabric. We were helped by Dexter Ng who was admirable on all acounts.

My most favorite Hermes store in Paris in terms of their elegant interior design with double stories. When I was there, I was told to must make an appointment in advance one day earlier. Otherwise, they can't service you on spot. So make sure you make an appointment first.

beautiful products but lack of customer service and attention to clients needs. Hermes staff has this sense and feeling that, however they treat their customers, they can get away with it. For example, they will not provide proper after sale service, when jewelry pieces need repairing and fixing. I was so appalled by the way I was treated, when I asked for after sale service, 7 years ago, that I never went back to a Hermes store since! Why can t they keep their superb creftsmanship, but completely overall and imprive their customer service, and customer facing, skills?

Update: we upgraded our experience at FSH from 3 rating to 5, thanks to Sales Associate Vincent. We went back to FSH same day to exchange the scarf for the right Color. Unfortunately he color we selected this morning was stock-out. Vincent patiently assisted us with the refund and accompanied us throughout. Vincent went the extra mile which really helped turn an average experience into a wonderful one.

Had been registered for appointments for days and got it just in time for my birthday! I did have to wait for ages even the appointment supposed to be quite early. Was 4.10pm but the timing keep changing and finally got a sale assistant at 4.45.
She was very nice. Didn't ask her name but from Germany. Told her what I want and she managed to get me something suit me. Not what I was thinking of but it was great enough. She got the brand, colour and size that suit my size. It was a great birthday gift!

Purchased online Hermes US site. Absolute worst customer service of any "luxury" brand I have ever experienced. 2 months later and items have never arrived. Having to dispute with credit card company. Hermes non responsive. Director of Hermes US customer service should be fired. It's a total disaster! I'd expect this level of low end service from KMart.
