It was the first time I entered this shop. The interior was spectacular, very french. The clerks welcomed me politely at the entrance and one clerk was already to assist me. I showed him the specific type of oran sandals, then he walked me up to the oran sandals corner and asked me to wait on the sofas there. He came back with a pair of oran sandals to confirm they were the sandals I wanted, then he packed them inside the box then guide me to the payment counter. It was a very excellent yet polite service! Don't forget to bring your passport and credit card if you wanted a tax refund!

I told her am from India....after that she seems like not interested to show any bag thats what i feel...& just came with one black bag & said this is the only one i can buy but that was not my type of birkin....

A luxury store. Always full of buyers. Very high quality products. Big files in the morning to book, by appointment, a consultant for the purchase of a bag. Impossible, or almost, the purchase of birkin flagships, even if willing to pay the high price.

I read some reviews below and couldn't disagree more. Completely inattentive staff and terrible service, we went into the store and asked the first sales staff we saw about their men's leather goods and were rudely pointed toward the back of the store to ask another sales person. We went to the help desk (for lack of a better word) and were pointed in the general direction of the men's leather goods area. Stood around waiting for someone to serve us but were ignored by the next 4 sales people walking by and standing in the general area. When we asked when we could get service the sales staff looked blankly at us... A more senior looking staff passed by and we asked if we could get service, to which the lady responded we would have to go stand by the counter and queue up... It would have been nice to know this when we first walked into the store 45 minutes ago, thank you for ruining an otherwise perfect honeymoon.

It s the most important flagship store to go in Paris to buy Hermes bags however almost impossible to get a rdv soon. Recommend you guys who wants really to buy handbags go to the US it s even easier there rather than waiting an appointment with frustration for quite a longtime at the end not getting even the color you want ! (Dark chocolate it s really not the best color but I didn t have any other better possibilities!)
