beautiful products but lack of customer service and attention to clients needs. Hermes staff has this sense and feeling that, however they treat their customers, they can get away with it. For example, they will not provide proper after sale service, when jewelry pieces need repairing and fixing. I was so appalled by the way I was treated, when I asked for after sale service, 7 years ago, that I never went back to a Hermes store since! Why can t they keep their superb creftsmanship, but completely overall and imprive their customer service, and customer facing, skills?
