I have the opportunity to speak to Jenny and she was AWESOME!!! She went the extra mile to help me and resolved all my issues, I was truly luck to get her on the other side of the line, she was knowledgeable, professional, and most of all she show the ability and willingness to make sure I end the conversation as a satisfy homeowner. If everyone in the office is half as great as Jenny we as homeowners are in great hands at Heritage. Once again Jenny was Awesome!!! and I cannot say it enough.

Heritage is the management agent for my residential HOA. I rarely have occasion to contact your office, but I had an great experience this week with Jenny Hertz. I worked in property management for my career and supervised a large portfolio spread across the Southeast. I say this to explain that I understand the importance of quality customer service to a successful business and I can easily identify someone who has the right skill set and personality traits. Jenny was amazing in her communication and listening skills, attention to detail, follow through and follow up, and was from start to finish so very professional, helpful and friendly. My problem was not huge, but it was important to me and Jenny made me feel that it was equally important to her. Jenny definitely is an asset to Heritage who represents you very well and she deserves to be acknowledged for her outstanding work on your behalf. I am happy to share this feedback with you and bring my experience to your attention. I have owned my home for nearly three decades and we homeowners and our HOA have worked with several management companies over the years. If every person I encounter within Heritage is of Jenny Hertz's caliber and professionalism I will continue to be a very happy customer!
I got an email from Heritage a few months ago regarding a request I put in. I was told to respond within 2 weeks if I was still interested in the request being granted. I responded within 2 hours. I reminded the sender a week after that I had accepted the offer but I had not been contacted. 3 months later l got a letter stating I will be fined for the same issue they granted. I forwarded the email thread and also picked up the phone and called. I was transferred to Katie. I explained the situation she looked through the email chain and resolved the issue - with one phone call. That was exceptional service
I gave them a 1 star due to their poor accounting. They had my account in collections because my account was not being credited properly. I have this bill set up on auto payments and it showed on my statement that my bill was coming out on the 27 or 28th of each month for the beginning of the next month. Whomever was over my account would send payments back thinking, I don't know what. I will take blame for not checking my account, but everything was on autopsy. I still had to pay the lawyer fees; which I am still not finish with that due to people not calling me back. Unprofessional but I am not finished
In 12 years of doing business as a Property Manager, I have never come across a more wonderful person than during my call today with Jenny Hertz. Jenny is the kindest, most professional PM professional I've ever come in contact with. She's just a delight. I could go on but Jenny is the best!!!

I have it 4 stars because the system or portal is terrible and the canned communications from it need improvement. It is unclear and not easy to navigate.
Most unprofessional organization ever. Heritage is the worst property management company ever. They are unethical, incompetent, and rude. Contacting them is the hardest task you can come across. You can email them or leave messages all you want and you will never get a response. They are an absolute rip off. I strongly believe SEC of State s office needs to conduct an investigation into their business practices. Any help regarding how to get these guys to do their job would be appreciated.
We had a very bad experience with this company back in Nov 2020. We had some leak and mold problems in our basement and submitted a service request with high urgency, but our property manager didn t respond to my multiple emails and messages on the customer portal nor return any of my voicemails for a couple of weeks. She finally responded with an unpleasant attitude and sent someone out to inspect, and this guy seemed nice at first but became very rude and unprofessional.
I originally was going to give 1 star for this company, but decided to add 2 stars only because of Jenny Hertz and Jack Turner. When my service request was being ignored for weeks, and the leak and mold were getting worse each day, I kept calling the company many times and talked to many different agents to no avail. One day, I thankfully came across Jenny when I called. She was super professional and helpful in escalating my request so that I finally got a response from our property manager that same day. Jenny even called back to make sure my issue was addressed. What a great lady! And Jack was the contractor they finally hired. He was very nice, responsive, and went above and beyond trying to fix our leak.
If everyone in the company had the work ethics and customer service like Jenny and Jack did, it would ve easily been a 5-star company for us!
