I got an email from Heritage a few months ago regarding a request I put in. I was told to respond within 2 weeks if I was still interested in the request being granted. I responded within 2 hours. I reminded the sender a week after that I had accepted the offer but I had not been contacted. 3 months later l got a letter stating I will be fined for the same issue they granted.
I forwarded the email thread and also picked up the phone and called. I was transferred to Katie. I explained the situation she looked through the email chain and resolved the issue - with one phone call. That was exceptional service
