We had a very bad experience with this company back in Nov 2020. We had some leak and mold problems in our basement and submitted a service request with high urgency, but our property manager didn t respond to my multiple emails and messages on the customer portal nor return any of my voicemails for a couple of weeks. She finally responded with an unpleasant attitude and sent someone out to inspect, and this guy seemed nice at first but became very rude and unprofessional.
I originally was going to give 1 star for this company, but decided to add 2 stars only because of Jenny Hertz and Jack Turner. When my service request was being ignored for weeks, and the leak and mold were getting worse each day, I kept calling the company many times and talked to many different agents to no avail. One day, I thankfully came across Jenny when I called. She was super professional and helpful in escalating my request so that I finally got a response from our property manager that same day. Jenny even called back to make sure my issue was addressed. What a great lady! And Jack was the contractor they finally hired. He was very nice, responsive, and went above and beyond trying to fix our leak.
If everyone in the company had the work ethics and customer service like Jenny and Jack did, it would ve easily been a 5-star company for us!
