Found the car I wanted, gave them their requested deposit to hold it while I went to see a movie and one of their employees bought it, despite me being told that nobody could buy it as long as I agreed to a deposit.

We are just beginning our search for a SUV-type vehicle, and the nice folks at Herb Easley provided a comfortable, informative interaction without any high pressure sales tactics. We will remember this good treatment when we are ready to make a buying decision.

Collision Center Review: Geico suggested I use Herb Easley to repair my Honda CRV after a wreck. They returned the vehicle to me with dents still in the door and a missing lug nut. So, I took it somewhere else to finish repairing it and found out that the front end was damaged so bad it couldn't be aligned until repaired. These oversights make the fact that they just threw my spare tire and parts in the back, instead of putting them away, no big deal. I would expect better quality work from a driveway mechanic.

I purchase a used van from Herb Easley motors from out of state. It was a GREAT experience. Wayne Lary the salesman was very cooperative promptly provided me with everything I asked for knowing that I was not able to personally inspect the vehicle. James the used vehicle sales manager also did a great job in coordinating the shipping and answering questions. The van arrived as described and promised. I also appreciate that at Herb Easley they list the vehicles at a fair price as opposed to those "other" dealers that list everything high and force you to haggle them down. I highly recommend Wayne Lary and Herb Easley motors to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. Thanks, Steve J.

I had to stop in here to pick something up real quick. Yet in my short time there the employees were more than hospitable, everyone there was super friendly and had me in 5 in and out in a jiffy. So if your in the market to lease or buy a vehicle you should definitely stop by here & talk with one of knowledgeable salesmen.

We have bought several vehicles from this dealership over the past several years. Each transaction has been outstanding. The sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful! They have always gone above and beyond to find just the right vehicle for us. It is a pleasure to do business with Tommy Hester and Flynn Terry!

Herb Easley took good care of me! Took my vehicle to the body shop due to being in a wreck and got my vehicle back like brand new! They put me in a nice loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired. Would recommend this place for any repairs and buying a new vehicle!

Worst car dealership I ever dealt with. Brakes failed in 2017 Chevy pu when visiting relatives in Wichita Falls Tx. Repair was $1,700 and since I was stranded agreed to. Then they ripped front bumper off when they took it off the rack. Asked to talk to general manager could only talk to his assistant. Service manager would not meet in person. Was supposed to be ready by 2:00. Truck was undeliverable at 11:00 next day. Bumper hanging loose. Staff was rude. Management was scared and unwilling to visit. Stay away or bend over and take your medicine.

Scam artists. Never buy a used car here. If it not a chevy you won t be aloud to get a rental car during service. Just tried to get my ford serviced on the extended warranty. was told that I couldn t get a chevy rental because I bought a ford. Car still never got repaired. P.s if your service rep is named patt guy is a two faced liar.

Rip Off! I had to get an aftermarket key fob programmed. I was told it would cost $125 whether it worked or not. I said forget it. I wasn t willing to take the chance at that price. I was then told they would drop the price to $100 and that it is very rare that it doesn t work. I guess I happen to be that rare chance because it didn t work and they still charged $100. I feel that I was talked into this and taken advantage of. Then when I go pick up my vehicle and want to use a credit card I was told they charge a 3% fee! I definitely will not be going back to Herb Easley ever again!!

I'm so impressed with my entire buying experience. The sales team went above and beyond, not only with me but the other customers that were there. Even though they were busy they made me feel like I was important. I was really nervous buying my first car but Tommy made it a breeze. He and his whole team are great. I would send anyone to them!!!

Ordered a diagnostic on my car pre-trip. They wanted to charge me $120 for diag and $900 for the following (air filter, cabin air filter, new battery, spark plugs, oil change, coolant flush). The battery miraculously stopped working the day after I got it home, suspicious. Did most of it myself and the coolant somewhere else all for half the price. Never going there again for anything.

I took my car to the Geico office located within t...

I took my car to the Geico office located within their service shop after a teenager ran a red light and hit me in August 2017. I was given an estimate, told it could be repaired by their "Certified GMC" mechanics and repair shop. When I got the car back, the headlight that was cracked in the wreck was only buffed out, not replaced as stated in the estimate. The hood is crooked, there is still a pinch in my front fender that wasn't even touched, and they put enough wax on it that it was still greasy. The grill was NOT chrome as previously had been on my vehicle, and the estimate stated CHROME GRILL. The front chrome piece on the hood sat up so high that you could see the foam pieces underneath it. So Wayne says to take the car. He will call us as soon as the right parts are in. Everyone leaves, and my husband and I start the car up.... the check engine light was on! It stated in the estimate they were to do 1 hour of checking the mechanics out. Guess they scammed Geico for that part of the estimate, too. I had to take it to my mechanic, who fixed the issue, which had to do with the exhaust, and they put in the estimate that I stated the car was running rough after the wreck. So, we take the car because now everyone has disappeared since it was 5:32 and they close at 5:30. Well, guess what.... 5 months later, and we NEVER got a call. We let Thanksgiving and Christmas pass, and our son's birthday. I shouldn't have done that, but I truly thought they would eventually call me. Nope. My husband and I went in to talk to them, and Wayne stated to just drop the car off because they couldn't order the parts without the vehicle.... Then WHY did you tell me to leave with it and that you would order the parts in the first place?! We went to pick my car back up yesterday after them having it over 2 weeks. The hood is still crooked, there is still a pinch in the fender. There are now chips in my hood that are down to the metal that I don't previously remember being there. The front chrome piece is still not sitting flat, the bumper is now 1/4 inch from the bottom of the headlight (which they did replace), and my chrome wheels are spotted from whatever they put on them. So, I'm still driving the POS loaner they gave me. I drive a Terrain, and they said the ONLY loaner they had available was a Chevy Trax. It's tiny, not close to comparable to my car, and they stated they will charge my insurance if so much as a scratch is on the car. I can't drive it 50 miles outside of Wichita Falls, and I'm only allowed so many miles. That's like 1980's style rental rules. I'm am beyond disgusted with Herb Easley, and they will NEVER get my service or anyone in my family's ever again. This place is a joke, and if my car isn't fixed properly this time, we'll be reporting them to anyone and everyone we can.

If I could give no stars, I would. Will never attempt to purchase a vehicle from this dealership in spite of being a an avid Chevy lover. Was treated absolutely rudely by a salesman after listening to him flat out lie about every thing from the year of the vehicle we were looking at, how many miles it had, etc. When we tried to check our possible payments on a different vehicle and decided that the offer was too rich for our blood the salesman's attitude changed completely and he began telling us we'd never find a better deal ANYWHERE else. We went to Four Stars in Henrietta and found a better vehicle and deal. It's too bad I tossed the salesman's card in the parking lot so I could put his name in this review.

Would rate zero if possible, three trips to their "service" department with an overheating issue, they had the vehicle for over a week each time, they:
Replaced the water pump
Replaced the coolant reservoir
Flushed the block
DID NOT fix the problem... it overheated within 15 miles of leaving their parking lot...

ONE trip to Lipscomb in Burkburnett:
Thermostat O-ring was blown out (replaced)
Thermostat installed and tested, new thermostat was not opening when it should (repaired)
Head was warped and the engine was not holding compression on 2 of the 4 cylinders (repaired)
Outlet valve was cracked (replaced)
Overheating had caused a minor freon leak in the A/C system that they caught early (repaired)

Now I know why they are called "Herb Sleazy," what a joke, "Certified Used Vehicle" my tail.

Customer service is nice. However, the service dept. To get my oil changed, everytime I take my car on for service, from oil change to fixing windows that don't up. With the oil they always forget something fluids rinse car etc. And when I got my windows serviced the motor was out. They said they fixed it but it only lasted maybe a week. So I've taken it in for my windows about 5x to where my passenger front & back don't roll down because then they won't go back up. Very disappointed

All I have to say is this dealership went above and beyond to work with me. I had an issue and called Tommy Hetcher on a Saturday and he assured me my issue would be resolved within the week even though he couldn't help me he directed me to Jean who followed through on her word to fix it! Tommy even called me when they were closed to follow up. I have purchased many cars from dealerships and never have I experienced such great service! Thank you for making things right! So impressed!

Found a good deal on a used truck I really wanted. They were willing to compete with some nearby dealerships that had similar vehicles. Detailing was lacking but I'm sure it was probably a fluke. Finance department was tough but reasonable. I didn't leave the car lot regretting my decision, so I would consider that my biggest win.

Second vehicle purchased from Jason Jinks in preowned. Very honest and upfront. He worked hard to find the perfect car for a new driver when my oldest got a permit, even driving one to the house when we couldn't get to the dealership. This time my husband wanted a bike, and by luck, they had the perfect Indian Vintage for him. Both processes were painless. If your are in the market for a preowned, go see Jason!

***edit, if you are looking for a service department, I have had consistently poor customer service. They don't communicate with you regarding time frames. Today was the last time I'll take my vehicle there, will look for another service department now.

Jason at Herb Easley was a pleasure to work with to help us find the right vehicle to meet our needs and budget. We would absolutely recommend Herb Easely - all staff employees we worked with were friendly and genuine.

They bait service customers by their so called "preferred customer" coupons. Coupons don't say you can only use one coupon at a time. So you go and get your oil changed and tires rotated using the coupons and you end up having to pay for the rotation when you pick your vehicle up. Don't expect service manager "Tony" to call you back after he goes for a two hour lunch.

They basically stole our car for 6 weeks. We needed repairs that would typically take five days. And they had our car for SIX WEEKS AND DID NO REPAIRS. My dad (after about a week) started calling to get an update or see what was going on and no one would answer anytime he called or he would be told they would call him back later (they never did). Eventually he went from calling 3 times a day to showing up there and finally just sat and waited until a manager would walk in just so he could see our car. He found that no work had been done on our car (after six weeks, mind you) and that they had thrown some parts in the trunk. It eventually got done and we took our car home, although I'm not entirely sure they really finished the repairs. It was a nightmare just trying to find someone who would speak to us, let alone get them to, y'know, do the job they're paid for, and it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life and I'm surprised the place hasn't gone out of business. Up yours, Herb Easley Motors. Your a gutter tier business and I do whatever I can to make sure the people I know don't shop there because you're terrible to your customers.

I traded in my vehicle for a newer one, Wayne was wonderful. He provided great customer service, listened to my needs, walked me through the process and answered all my questions and concerns. Wayne went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with no pressure or worries for our new buy. Thank you so much for helping me along with our new car for my family! Highly recommend Wayne at Herb Easley.

First i"d like to say in the 40 years i've been in office work and customer service i have never written a bad review. I was totally disappointed in the customer service. I had several concerns about my car and questions i wanted answered. Alisha couldn't or wouldn't answer my questions. She was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was a very busy man. I understand that but i would think that would be a part of his job. When i asked if she would take my number and give him a message to call me back she said like i said he is a very busy man. I will give him the message but i doubt he will call you back. I never got a call back. It was suppose to take 4 days to fix my car and it took almost 3 weeks. When i picked up my car i got no explanation of what was done or copies of what work had been done to my car. Needless to say i will not use this body shop again nor will i recommend it to anyone.

Thank You once again for a Great Sales Experience, you guys make car buying easy!! I have been trading with Herb Easley for over 20 years, and even after moving 150 miles away I continue to buy there for the customer service. Charles, Russ, Steve H and Brad are awesome to work with!!!

Don't bother trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealer if you don't live in WF. They answer your questions several days later and then after you've agreed to a price, the vehicle is sold to someone else and they don't bother to tell you. Very poor communication.

Bought my first dealer car here. Derek did a great job showing us us our options and making sure we got a good safe car. They let us drive a few other cars as we got finalized which was really helpful and made us feel safer about buying from here. Keep in mind they are cars salesmen so they want to upsell but I didnt feel the same push I have felt from most car lots which made me feel more like they understood. They did a great job letting me read the full contracts and make sure I knew what I was getting. I would love to work with them again.

I had a great experience buying my vehicle and even got my in-laws to shop there also. About 3 years after I purchased my truck, I needed to get some maintenance done, but they told me my bumber to bumper was expired. After some digging, I discovered that Herb Easley had set up the warranty wrong and according to the sales contract I should have had 3,000 miles left on the warranty. This is not the part that upset me, its an eady fix. What ticked me off was the fact that Herb Easley refused to correct their mistake and add 3,000 miles to my warranty despite what the sales contract stated.

Bought a Chevy spark brand new in May 2018. The car works great and I love it. Dealing with this dealership however, was not worth it. We had been waiting for 4 hours to sign the paperwork and obviously were getting tired of waiting and being told just 5 more minutes.

The sleazy financial guy in the back added an additional extended warranty and tire replacement package and said that I was just signing the agreement for the regular warranty. I asked why there was an additional $5000 charge and he said that I was reading it wrong and that the $5000 was actually a bunch of deductions they gave me.

I had the money to pay it out right. I should have done it instead of financing it to build my credit. If I had, I would have caught the butt head in his lie before signing the paperwork.

The bottom line: don t trust them

I went back to explain my problem the day after I got the car. Of course they said that because I signed the paperwork, I m stuck paying the additional $5000.

It s their loss. I won t be buying anymore cars and trucks from this dealership anymore.

I bought a 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman from this dealership in November, March 17 the car breaks down, everything was fine no red flags, come out of the store and boom everything shuts down. Come to find out I have the replace my transmission, the car doesn t even have 50,000. Miles yet, and my warranty expired Feb 28. I ve had to take my car to a dealership in Dallas to have it worked on and and was told Herb Easley had to have known the transmission was going out before they sold it. I contacted my sales men from Herb Easley and haven t been had a response back. While I realize I signed and as is agreement, they still have a responsibility to take car of their customers not just make money off them. Looks like they truly earned the name Herb Sleazy. Don t buy a car from here!!!!

Awesome dealership and awesome staff!!! Bought my traverse from them a little over a year ago and it didn't even feel like I was buying a car because that's just how great the staff made my experience! Would recommend them to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle!
