I dont normally write reviews hell this is my first one but their service is terrible,they take forever with anything they do hell it took them 2 days too tell me that my warrenty wasnt "active" which is BS because it was active the day i bought the car and they didnt even call me i had too call them twice,then they tried to charge me for something that was under warrenty and when i called them out on it they kept my car for 2 or 3 more days plus this isnt the first time this has happened i gave them multiple chances and they've still failed i will highly recommend you go somewhere else for your cars or service like libscomb chevrolet or even a shade-tree mechanic they've ruined an entire week and inconvenienced me like no other plus im pretty sure the guy whos lied to me multiple times about my issues is lying to people and pocketing the cash completely unprofessional and rude never had worse customer service in my life

Wayne, Steve and crew did an amazing job helping me get a car for my mom. Her old car broke down on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon I was able to have her back in a very nice vehicle. All of this was done by Internet, phone, text and email, since I live 4 hours away. I highly recommend Herb Easley for anyone looking to buy a vehicle and wanting an exceptional buying experience. Great job guys and thanks a million!

Service stuck in the 80s way of thinking where customers are replaceable. Advisor tried to use testosterone to intimidate into submission for unfair charges after manager refused to address concerns that initial advisor couldn't. Make the consumer pay for their mistakes and incomplete repairs. Had vehicle combined total of 60+ days and still not fixed. Luckily the aftermarket has trustworthy caring people to help fix dealers mistakes. If you own a GM recommend professional auto for your non-warranty service needs.

Even when I thought I decided on one vehicle and they had the papers drawn up and everything, I changed my mind and decided to choose a different vehicle on their lot. We have bought 2 cars through Herb Easley. We recently suffered a house fire and one of our vehicles were lost along with our home. We called Herb Easley and talked with finance who stated that we purchased GAP insurance and that they would handle it all. Fast Forward about 3 weeks after our insurance paid the vehicle off and now we were told that we handle everything with GAP. So we have been scrambling to get it all together and get GAP taken care of which Herb Easley dealership has made an absolute nightmare. We can never get through to anyone on the phone we just get voicemails. Nobody ever calls back we have been trying to get an answer from Jim for days with phone calls and emails and even leaving a message with the front desk with absolutely no luck. We try all management and still no luck. This is a huge problem as it is delaying our closing date of our house until we can get this taken care of. We live about 2 hours away being a military family it s not easy to drop everything and drive up there to get an answer and explanation out of them. To say the least we will never purchase another vehicle from them as they are only helpful and answer when your buying from them not when you need them to hold up to their word and do their job. If it s no commission in it for them they do not care!

Slow, misquoted so paid more at check out. The windshield was supposed to come in, so I went in for appointment, the front desk had no idea why I was there even after giving my name. Dropped off vehicle only to turn around and pick it back up. No one called to reschedule my appointment in the first place. All around terrible communication and customer service. Won't be going back. I've used chevy dealerships for everything, this is the absolutely worst one I've been to.

Dont recommend anyone purchasing from here.. I attempted to buy a vehicle here a while back with a terrible experience. I purchased a slightly used malibu that was one year old with 12k miles on it. The vehicle had an airbag light on that I was promised would be fixed before we would take acceptance of the vehicle. After all the finance side had been taken care of they put us in a loaner vehicle while the malibu was to be repaired. After two weeks, they called to say the vehicle couldn't be repaired at this time and wanted us to bring the loaner car back and take the malibu with us. When we arrived they had drafted up some paperwork saying they were not responsible if the airbags inadvertently exploded, or did not explode in the event of a crash. We did not feel comfortable taking a vehicle that had a safety issue with the airbags and denied to take the vehicle with us on the premise that we were promised it would be fixed before we took acceptance of the vehicle. After another week of driving the loaner car the used car manager called to ask us to come in. When we arrived they explained they wanted to cancel the deal and give us our trade in back and refund our financing. The issue I had with this, is that was going to leave us without the ability to get another car as our credit had already taken the hit for this purchase and it would take a while for it to fall off our credit even though they were going to repay the financing. After much debate and heated conversation we were left with no choice but to purchase a new malibu from them. (This came with much regret but had no choice as we traded in an avalanche that was eating us alive in fuel traveling). After purchasing the new malibu, we were promised tinted windows and floor liners like the used malibu we had attempted to purchase, but that never come to fruition. It was excuse after excuse till we finally gave up. Buyers beware and cautious dealing here..

People of WF; buy your vehicle local! Friends suggest shopping out of town, but I will tell you Herb Easley Preowned has great/competitive prices, a competent sales staff and the Herb Easley Promise (an amazing bonus). Ask for Brenlan "BA" Allen...he's super knowledgeable, patient and a no pressure salesman. Also Jerry, in financing, was super easy to work with (I'm not the easiest person to please when it comes to $). A great buying experience and I will definitely return for future purchases!

almost one year after buying a "GM certified" vehicle, I am full of regrets. They sold me an overpriced 2013 malibu ($15k) that has had a constant loss of power problem since. DO NOT BUY (used) FROM HERE! That said, the staff is friendly and easy to work with.

Service is horrible. I had lived this town for 15yrs and never had a chance to go to this dealership until this month. This dealership made me think that I would not buy any new vehicle they carry: Chevy, VW, Mazda. So I don't have to go there for repair service.
I received $600 labor charge for connecting wires from door to mirror x2. They charged me $600 because the mechanic said $600 work. I complained why 2 hour labor is $600. They said "it is complicated work and their mechanic finished work earlier than what it should have". ,,,, on and on,,,,,, They were very good at making up the excuses under any circumstances.
I wasn't able to win their argument, received dirty vehicle with a new problem, waited 5 days to be fixed, found minor scratches, and received no apologies.

If you need to go to this dealership, you'd better had a connection Or Well be prepared.

They don't push you into to anything but help you know what you want and then they do all the rest. They don't want you to settle for a vehicle, they want you to get what you want. My wife and I were in the process of moving from Colorado to Florida and were driving through Texas. We woke up in the morning and our tires were all bubbling up and warped. Very strange and dangerous. Herb Easley Motors was right across the street from the gas station we were in. Went into the service department and Christie Cook was quick to greet us with a very polite and positive attitude. We told her what the problem was and our situation and she immediately had our car pulled into the garage. They didn't have the correct tires on hand as we were driving a Saturn in a GM dealership. Christie was quick to reach out and have the tires delivered to the shop and we were back on the road 2 hours after pulling in. Thank you Christie very much for your great customer service and salvaging our travel day. I highly recommend Herb Easley and if Christie takes care of you. You'll be very happy with your experience.

Overall, customer service is ok. It can be difficult to get the service department at times, but staff is cordial and helpful. Prices for some services are lower than that found at other mechanics.
I have had some negative experiences. I Iwas told that my brake pads were low after an inspection. I had these changed a few months before that inspection at Firestone and had a warranty, so I returned the vehicle to Firestone and I was told the pads were fine and given the measurement for my pads. The very same pads lasted about a year after that and I saw them, so it's impossible that they were low when Herb Easley staff reported I needed to change them. I was also told the company only provides a 90 day warranty for replacing brake pads, other places have better warranties. I had to return my vehicle after a job was completed. Staff was great and apologetic about the fact that the problem persisted when it should have been fixed.

One great aspect of the service was the fact that staff actual brought samples of fluid (coolant) from my vehicle and a sample of what it should look like as a comparison. That helped me know that these changes were absolutely needed.

Overall, if you want great service, ask questions and be vigilant of what's going on when you take your vehicle in.

We bought a new truck from Juan Sandoval @ Herb Easley. He was the awesome luck of the draw, as we dont know anyone working there. We are an older couple and have bought numerous vehicles in our lifetime. Our experience with Juan has definitely been the best vehicle purchase EVER! He has been there before, during and after the sale, with such kind, caring, informative and patient help. If you are reading reviews before you go vehicle shopping.. KNOW, no dealership could match the price on the truck we bought, for one. For two, if you want to make sure you have a pleasant experience please make sure and request Juan to be your salesman. He went above and beyond to take care of us, like he was taking care of his own grandparents. You won't be disappointed.

Terrible service. Go to Lipscomb Chevy in Burkburnett! I took my vehicle in to fix a radiator leak. They told me they would need to replace the radiator. Being under warranty, they said they put a brand new radiator in - but they didn't replace a thing! I have the same old radiator - thank goodness mine was under warranty, otherwise I would be paying for anew radiator and not getting one.

They also make point to whisk your car away where you can't see what they are doing to it, and the reason above is probably why.

As long as a sale can be made they are so kind and considerate . But, for any reason a sale can't be made or an offer is not accepted then no one cares about you. I explained some embarrassing issues I had with another dealership and was told not to worry I would never be treated like that to end up being treated worse. I won't blame anyone for my personal car or financial issues but still , let me know something . That much I do deserve. I never received a phone call back. Every time I call to check on things, they would tell me I will call you back. It has been three weeks now not one person has taken the time or respect to call and explain anything. My SSN and deep personal information was given. You would expect any type of professional business to try and make sure things are followed through. Even with credit issues I and every one else deserves to be treated respectfully. I will not consider or recommend you looking for a car here if you have any type of credit or financial issue. You will not be treated respectfully.

Herb Easley took care of my car and fixed it up in less than 3 weeks. My car was in need of a lot of work and my insurance adjuster told me that it would take at least 5 weeks. At some point in the process my windshield was cracked. Herb Easley didn't try to shuck responsibility, they fixed it and made sure my car was ready to go. Sometimes these things happen during a repair and some dealerships will leave you holding the bag. Herb Easley took ownership of it and made me whole by fixing my windshield. I had no additional out of pocket expenses and I didn't have to go through my insurance. Not too many places will do that and I really appreciate the hard work they did to get me back on the road. The manager Wayne Goff kept me in the loop throughout the process and followed up with me to make sure everything was running smoothly a week later.

Another great experience with the guys at Herb Easley Chevrolet. This makes vehicle number 3 from them and this truck is the one that really meant a lot getting into. Thanks a bunch Cory and Charles who I always deal with here. They work hard to make it happen. Whole dealership is really family oriented. I will not go to another dealer. It s worth the drive from metroplex or anywhere. And their vehicle always come with features that others don t. Thanks again guys for this one. And the wife loves it too!!!!

Great dealership for new car purchases. It s all about the customer service here. Worth the drive from the metroplex. They treat you like family. And want you to return. Good prices and discounts avail. Only one downside is they need more selection of duramax trucks to choose from. Not many in stock. Other than that. Great employees they work hard to get your business and to keep it!

After dealing unsuccessfully with MANY other dealerships, I found the nicest folks at Herb-Easley. Michael from Internet Sales got the ball rolling for me. He acted very promptly after my initial contact. Salesman Derek was laid back, down to earth, always in touch and just a phone call away. He answered ALL the questions I had. And absolutely, NO haggling here. Unlike other "only-in-it-for-the-money" finance departments, Harvey and Tyke made the financial portion of the sale understandable and seamless without the typical talking down their nose to the customer.
It is typically difficult to find a better dealership as friendly, courteous and yet remaining professional as Herb-Easley whether in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas or New Mexico. Like I said, I've dealt with SEVERAL. I drove 4HRS to this dealership and it was worth it without a doubt. Trust me, Herb-Easley is where YOUR next vehicle is waiting!

Called in to look at a 2019 Chevy Silverado. Was feeling it was going to be a long shot trading in my 2017 F150 but went ahead and tried. The workers were awesome. Joseph Morton did a great job explaining everything to me, from the vehicle I was test driving to the Herb Easley promise, etc. He frequently asked me if I was doing good, if I needed something to drink or a snack while I wait. Dylan Milne also explained things to me and asked me what my budget looked like on what I wanted my payments to be and in the end it all worked out great. Steve Hott & Jim Vanamburg in financing also did a great job in giving explaining the numbers to me and working on getting me the best deal for me. Thanks to the Herb Easley crew what I thought was going to be a long shot really ended up with me driving off the lot in a 2019 Chevy Silverado thanks to them. Definitely going to make future purchases from them and definitely recommend.
