scott porter Review of Herb Easley Motors

I had a great experience buying my vehicle and even got my in-laws to shop there also. About 3 years after I purchased my truck, I needed to get some maintenance done, but they told me my bumber to bumper was expired. After some digging, I discovered that Herb Easley had set up the warranty wrong and according to the sales contract I should have had 3,000 miles left on the warranty. This is not the part that upset me, its an eady fix. What ticked me off was the fact that Herb Easley refused to correct their mistake and add 3,000 miles to my warranty despite what the sales contract stated.
