Possibly the worst dealership we have ever been to. We visited Hendrick Honda or Honda of Concord on two separate occasions trying to purchase a new Honda Civic. Our first trip left us waiting for over thirty minutes and no one had time to talk to us. If that wasn't bad enough, I tried their online sales department, this weekend, we already picked out the car we wanted to purchase, they told us it would be ready for a test drive when we arrived between 4-5 and Gerard would look after us. We arrive and waited another 20 minutes for Gerard, he took us out to see the car finally, it was missing a wheel and tire and he couldn't find the keys. Thirty minutes later he found the keys, by that time we were ready to leave. Not good business at all!!'

When I call to discuss possible maintenance on my 2009 Accord, I get honest answers and have no problem getting a price quote before my visit. Also, they've worked with me to provide the best service for my purposes and budget. I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.

I bought my first car from Hendrick in the summer of 2008 and both my husband and I both felt we were treated with the utmost respect. Troy Rivens and Chris Carroll were the salesmen during our three visits and they never pressured to sell us anything we didn't need or want. Everything about the buying process was a breeze. I returned for every subsequent service with Hendrick and never felt they were anything else than upfront and honest. Troy and Chris always stopped to say hello to me by name and even my kids go on and on about how friendly everyone at Hendrick is!! Routine maintenance is handled with ease and factory precautionary recalls are quickly addressed.
When it came time to buy another vehicle, I didn't hesitate to go to Hendrick. We just bought our second vehicle two weeks ago and this process was as seamless as the first. I was contacted by two people from two different departments to ensure I was happy with the vehicle and the looking/buying experience. Had routine maintenance done on my 2008 Pilot last week. I checked in with one service consultant and then was immediately handed off to a 2nd service consultant. Finally, a third consultant, Jesus Cubero, was the one to follow-up on my service, tell me what additional items were recommended, give me a price for the work and finish handling my work. Jesus was very courteous, friendly, quick to respond to questions and to find answers for me. Good job Jesus.

Steve Bagwell took really good care of us and helped us find just the right car and they had a really nice selection of vehicles available to choose from. They fixed my car very fast too ( first estimation was for my car to be in the shop for a week but than it took them 3 days to do all the work ) Jason Livingston was the one who took care of my car. And the best thing is the price - Caliber Collision offered me to do the same job but $300 more expansive.

Just recently I had to bring my 2011 Honda Accord EXL Coupe in for a brake job. I REALLY did ever want to step foot in this Honda ever again due to passed experiences. So with so much hesitation, I still went in around 9am on a Saturday morning. Long story short, ended up costing $1600, got a full brake job, back rotators, the dreadful v6 repair that haunts 6 cylinders, very UNEXPECTED! During time we were working with Jon Sullivan. He was AWESOME and somewhat restored my faith but I had another issue with the AC and I knew that I had brought it in prior and knew that my extended warranty covered stuff like this and sure enough, all I had to pay was the $50 deductible and the $800+ repair was fixed. Leads me to my next hedge disappointment with Honda. I had brought this in prior for the EXACT same issue, Honda stated that my extended warranty would not cover it and charged me $175 diagnostics fee. I asked Jon about this and was furious but it was not his doing. I wrote another review, some lady commented on it and wanted me to call her, so I did. She got another guy to call me, I explained this thing and he said he d look into it but that was weeks ago. I have no faith in Honda, Hendricks Honda of South Blvd got me for $175. Be very careful when you go there. I do not trust them, very shady.
My next issue with them is my Honda is the 7th or 8th Honda Coupe that on the roof, the paint just flakes off. It has been brought in and all I want Honda to do is accept ownership of their horrible paint job and fix it. American Honda is a joke! I d highly recommend looking at another car brand. Honda USED to be great and take pride in their cars, that has been long gone. Their not quality controlled bc my white coupe is proof. This is happening on both sides of the sunroof and it s all gone around the back window. They do not care about their customers.

I came in on Saturday, November 10th to test drive a 2017 Honda Accord Sport that I had seen on Hendrick s website. Ned Hindi was the only salesman available when I got there early in the morning, so simply by chance he was the salesman I worked with. Boy, was that a lucky break. Ned is the absolute opposite of what we all hate about car salesmen. No heavy pressure tactics, no rushing, no determined sales mentality; instead, it was clear from the outset that he simply wanted me to be happy with the car (and deal) that I got.
It turns out that the car I wanted to test drive was at a different Hendrick, so Ned was able to have it transferred, I test drove it, and we finalized a sale in the most comfortable way I have ever experienced at a car dealership.
I will only ever come to Ned when I need to buy a car. He turned what has always been an unpleasant experience for me into an enjoyable one. I couldn t recommend him highly enough and would urge anyone that is looking to buy a new Honda or used car (doesn t need to be a Honda) to give Hendrick a call and ask to work with Ned.

The service technicians were able to locate and fix the source of the clunking sound to be Honda Part 91547-tz5-a02 - engine cover retainer clip, changed the oil and filter, did the MULTI-POINT INSPECTION and found out the left rear wheel bearing needed to be replaced under warranty. And throw in a free car wash when I picked up the Ridgeline!

Had an awesome experience untill it came down to getting an exact loan structure. Buyers Guides conflicted with window tags and I was given the run around when it came time to settling the deal. Pulled up competing cars listed at $5,000 less and was told it was due to different trim but the cars had the same exact mileage carfax and specs. It's every dealers dream to at least make $3000-$4000 on a deal but when it come to honesty/integrity on deal making this is not the place to go.

Was an unpleasant experience. We drove in with an emergency and asked them specifically to give us an estimate for that service. We had to leave the car. Received a call later saying that the service would cost almost 1k. Later, we realized that they ran a complete diagnosis, including services that we didn't ask for and charged us $70 for that .
We took it to our mechanic and got is fixed for $150.
Deeply disapointed and felt ripped off. Never going back.

As a woman who didn't know much about cars, I've always felt that Andrea was honest and she explains services well (in terms that I understand). Bought the new Ridgeline, but did not like the sales guy and still trying to fix where they registered the vehicle in the wrong city. They have also failed to follow up on a trim piece that was installed improperly when I received the truck.
You cannot find my record because they recorded my name incorrectly. Took 3 trips to the DMV to get it corrected. Just got the trim piece fixed. The part that had to be special ordered was double sticky tape. It has been the most frustrating car purchase of my life. At 55 and into cars, I have bought quite a few.
