I bought a certified used car (not a Honda) from Hendrick Honda and have been going there for service. This week I returned to have an oil change and a few other checks on my vehicle and Dave Thomas was my service consultant. Because of Dave's service, I will buy my next car from Hendrick.

I had a really positive experience at Hendrick Honda. The whole staff was friendly, informative and professional.

Possibly the worst dealership we have ever been to. We visited Hendrick Honda or Honda of Concord on two separate occasions trying to purchase a new Honda Civic. Our first trip left us waiting for over thirty minutes and no one had time to talk to us. If that wasn't bad enough, I tried their online sales department, this weekend, we already picked out the car we wanted to purchase, they told us it would be ready for a test drive when we arrived between 4-5 and Gerard would look after us. We arrive and waited another 20 minutes for Gerard, he took us out to see the car finally, it was missing a wheel and tire and he couldn't find the keys. Thirty minutes later he found the keys, by that time we were ready to leave. Not good business at all!!'

I've purchased several cars from them. Everyone is so nice from the general manager to the sales floor to the financing team. After the purchase, the service department continues to offer excellent and friendly service. On the weekends, they have hot dogs and hamburgers.

l recently visited the Hendrick Honda Dealership on South Boulevard and was impressed by the level of service and professionalism shown by the staff. Jackie was extremely helpful from the outset and Manny Dasilva and Jessica Johnson made sure that our showroom and test drive went off without a hitch.

l would recommend this location to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. The staff was respectful of our request to complete the paperwork in a timely fashion and did not detain us. We would use their services again in the future.

Usually I do not visit the dealership for any maintenance as I have had bad experiences in the past, but I have to say that the service I've received here has changed my perception. When I call to discuss possible maintenance on my 2009 Accord, I get honest answers and have no problem getting a price quote before my visit. Also, they've worked with me to provide the best service for my purposes and budget. I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.

Great experience working with CHIP CONOLEY and ANDREW PATTESON. Both are very professional, prompt and found the vehicle we wanted after a multi-state search. In addition to the deal, which was very good, both spent a lot of time explaining and demonstrating the features on the vehicle. Can't say enough good things about them. Thanks!

The sales department offered a care kit for sale, but I get hassle when I need a refill offer through the purchase I made.

Terrible experience with whoever the salesman was on the lot this morning. The man who was too lazy to go inside and get the keys to a car I actually was very interested in buying. Extremely apathetic and discouraging. I thought Hendrick was better than that.

On a scale of 5 being the highest rating, Hendrick Honda, South Blvd., Charlotte is an exceptional 10! I have the most kind and efficient service advisor (Juan Truque) who explains things in a way I can understand and patiently answers my questions. The entire facility is spotlessly clean. The lounge for those waiting for cars to be serviced Is very comfortable and has every amenity imaginable. Every employee is friendly and accommodating. This is an exceptional dealership that I enthusiastically recommend.

I met with Brad, at Hendrick Honda, he was absolutely amazing. I was a little on edge and cranky after being in dealerships for several days. Brad was able to find the exact car I was looking for and less than the price I had been quoted by several other dealerships. They do good work and they stand by it. They are not cheap, but it is less expensive than being lied to while being recommended unnecessary repairs. Which another (not Honda) dealership on South Blvd. did to me last week.

My experience from start to finish was amazing ! I just relocated from New York and needed to get a car, my husband and I walked into the dealership and was greeted by very nice people, I explained my situation and needs and was introduced to Matt. He is an excellent sales associate, never pushy, very knowledgeable and very accommodating. Matt was very patient and understood my situation. Matt is a honest and kind person. They really helped my mom out with a car even after drive time sold them a flood car that was rusted all the way through the frames the transmission was literally ready to fall out on the road and the only way they found out was going to have tires put on the car could have killed them both but drive time didn't care at all so they got a nice Honda CR-V from Hendrick and are being well taken care of.

I usually dread buying a car. But this was the best car-buying experience I ever had. Angel was great to deal with. When this new Honda wears out, I plan to come back again.

I bought my first car from Hendrick in the summer of 2008 and both my husband and I both felt we were treated with the utmost respect. Troy Rivens and Chris Carroll were the salesmen during our three visits and they never pressured to sell us anything we didn't need or want. Everything about the buying process was a breeze. I returned for every subsequent service with Hendrick and never felt they were anything else than upfront and honest. Troy and Chris always stopped to say hello to me by name and even my kids go on and on about how friendly everyone at Hendrick is!! Routine maintenance is handled with ease and factory precautionary recalls are quickly addressed.

When it came time to buy another vehicle, I didn't hesitate to go to Hendrick. We just bought our second vehicle two weeks ago and this process was as seamless as the first. I was contacted by two people from two different departments to ensure I was happy with the vehicle and the looking/buying experience. I have no doubt that the staff at Hendrick has the customers needs and wants in mind and that will keep me returning for many years to come.

Had routine maintenance done on my 2008 Pilot last week. I checked in with one service consultant and then was immediately handed off to a 2nd service consultant. Finally, a third consultant, Jesus Cubero, was the one to follow-up on my service, tell me what additional items were recommended, give me a price for the work and finish handling my work. Jesus was very courteous, friendly, quick to respond to questions and to find answers for me. Good job Jesus.

From start to finish we had a wonderful experience. I never had so much fun buying a car before. Steve Bagwell took really good care of us and helped us find just the right car and they had a really nice selection of vehicles available to choose from. Gus Forbes, the sales manager was very entertaining, as well as, fair through the whole negotiation process. We couldn't be happier with the quick turn around with the trade/purchase. I didn't think we could drive home in the new car that day. I can't wait to try the service department next......

Met Sharath Nair some time ago and had a great experience while initially shopping. Went to purchase and he was out and Jeff Kirby took the reins and did a great job helping we seal a great deal. Both were first class people to work with and Jeff took pains during a busy day to make sure I received first class service. Everyone I ve met there was top rate and a pleasure to deal with. They were so professional, and worked to hard to make sure I received any help I needed. I would recommend them whole heartedly. I would also highly recommend Dennis Sanford, who made sure that my car got the best possible service. They had me in and out in under an hour.

I really liked them. They always pick up the phone instead of putting you into the long voice mail menu. They fixed my car very fast too ( first estimation was for my car to be in the shop for a week but than it took them 3 days to do all the work ) Jason Livingston was the one who took care of my car. And the best thing is the price - Caliber Collision offered me to do the same job but $300 more expansive.
I really hope I won t have any collisions and don t need their service but those who do definitely go and check with them

Just recently I had to bring my 2011 Honda Accord EXL Coupe in for a brake job. I REALLY did ever want to step foot in this Honda ever again due to passed experiences. So with so much hesitation, I still went in around 9am on a Saturday morning. Long story short, ended up costing $1600, got a full brake job, back rotators, the dreadful v6 repair that haunts 6 cylinders, very UNEXPECTED! During time we were working with Jon Sullivan. He was AWESOME and somewhat restored my faith but I had another issue with the AC and I knew that I had brought it in prior and knew that my extended warranty covered stuff like this and sure enough, all I had to pay was the $50 deductible and the $800+ repair was fixed. Leads me to my next hedge disappointment with Honda. I had brought this in prior for the EXACT same issue, Honda stated that my extended warranty would not cover it and charged me $175 diagnostics fee. I asked Jon about this and was furious but it was not his doing. I wrote another review, some lady commented on it and wanted me to call her, so I did. She got another guy to call me, I explained this thing and he said he d look into it but that was weeks ago. I have no faith in Honda, Hendricks Honda of South Blvd got me for $175. Be very careful when you go there. I do not trust them, very shady.

My next issue with them is my Honda is the 7th or 8th Honda Coupe that on the roof, the paint just flakes off. It has been brought in and all I want Honda to do is accept ownership of their horrible paint job and fix it. American Honda is a joke! I d highly recommend looking at another car brand. Honda USED to be great and take pride in their cars, that has been long gone. Their not quality controlled bc my white coupe is proof. This is happening on both sides of the sunroof and it s all gone around the back window. They do not care about their customers.

In NO WAY does this reflect on Jon Sullivan!!!!

Hendrick Honda was very good to me today. Starting off with Sam Reynolds sending me a letter, telling me 3 choices I could make. Went into the office and dealt with Nate Pearson, he allowed Brent Bell to take care of me (Whom I called a rookie). I was so wrong (sorry Brent). Walked out with a 2010 Hyundai Sante Fe. What a blessing and what a deal!! Went home to get check book, came back with home made Coconut cake and blessed Brent, Dorian Gordon (who also gave excellent service) the rest of the office, including "Matthew Ricks, General Manager" who took the time to speak with me, shake my hand and offer words of encourage. I am so greatful for all the guys and gals and Hendrick Honda for there honesty, and taking good care of this senior saint. Job well done. Very nice service per processor. But, I paid $138.00 to be told my control arm was causing the buzzing noise my car was making and they tightened a bolt to help but I may have to replace it if it makes noise again. Once I went about a mile away it started again. I took it somewhere else and it ended up being a loose pully. I paid $138.00 for NOTHING! I m am not happy with this at all!

I had a very positive experience working with Chris Robinson. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, made sure it was immaculate inside and out on delivery, and also provided a tutorial on how to sync phones, use the touch screen, and demonstrated the features and benefits of the car.

Chris is very personable and really has a passion for his work. It really shows and my wife and I were very pleased with his help. We've bought 4 cars from Hendrick Honda and the reason we keep coming back is they make car buying a pleasant experience.

I came in on Saturday, November 10th to test drive a 2017 Honda Accord Sport that I had seen on Hendrick s website. Ned Hindi was the only salesman available when I got there early in the morning, so simply by chance he was the salesman I worked with. Boy, was that a lucky break. Ned is the absolute opposite of what we all hate about car salesmen. No heavy pressure tactics, no rushing, no determined sales mentality; instead, it was clear from the outset that he simply wanted me to be happy with the car (and deal) that I got.

It turns out that the car I wanted to test drive was at a different Hendrick, so Ned was able to have it transferred, I test drove it, and we finalized a sale in the most comfortable way I have ever experienced at a car dealership.

I will only ever come to Ned when I need to buy a car. He turned what has always been an unpleasant experience for me into an enjoyable one. I couldn t recommend him highly enough and would urge anyone that is looking to buy a new Honda or used car (doesn t need to be a Honda) to give Hendrick a call and ask to work with Ned.

Andrea Bedoya-Perez, Service Advisor... .performed professionally, promptly and with a great attitude with attention to all service work details. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Hendrick Honda for service.

The service technicians were able to locate and fix the source of the clunking sound to be Honda Part 91547-tz5-a02 - engine cover retainer clip, changed the oil and filter, did the MULTI-POINT INSPECTION and found out the left rear wheel bearing needed to be replaced under warranty. And throw in a free car wash when I picked up the Ridgeline!

Ryan Johnson and the Hendrick Honda team were transparent and efficient. I received an oil change, courtesy inspection, and free car wash. The only thing that would have made my experience better is if I received a free shuttle to the Carolina Pavilion and back so that I didn t have to walk to grab a bite to eat.

We came in for maintenance on a crv and came out w an additional crv. From service to sales to closing business the whole experience was fast and painless. The whole team listened to our needs and was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Hendrick Honda @ South Blvd.

Had an awesome experience untill it came down to getting an exact loan structure. Buyers Guides conflicted with window tags and I was given the run around when it came time to settling the deal. Pulled up competing cars listed at $5,000 less and was told it was due to different trim but the cars had the same exact mileage carfax and specs. It's every dealers dream to at least make $3000-$4000 on a deal but when it come to honesty/integrity on deal making this is not the place to go.

Was an unpleasant experience. We drove in with an emergency and asked them specifically to give us an estimate for that service. We had to leave the car. Received a call later saying that the service would cost almost 1k. Later, we realized that they ran a complete diagnosis, including services that we didn't ask for and charged us $70 for that .
We took it to our mechanic and got is fixed for $150.
Deeply disapointed and felt ripped off. Never going back.

Hendrick Honda is a very reliable clean and comfortable place for all your Auto repair needs. we recently took our car there for 60,000 mile service, everybody was very respectful and pleasant, especially Don gunn was very helpful he took care of everything and explained everything nicely, thank you Don!

Ronnie Russell will be the person to contact. He helped my wife to surprise me with a beautiful Corvette. He even had a bow made for it to put on top. He also helped with getting my daughter a Honda Accord as well. GREAT customer service.

We had a terrible experience shopping at this dealership. We visited earlier this year. Chris Robinson was a great salesman but the Internet Sales Manager put a terrible taste in our mouth with his condescending attitude.

I work with Andrea Bedoya-Perez every time I take my car in for servicing. I've been working with her for years now. As a woman who didn't know much about cars, I've always felt that Andrea was honest and she explains services well (in terms that I understand). I feel more informed about my servicing for my vehicle, and because of Andrea, I wouldn't take my care anywhere else to be serviced.

Bought the new Ridgeline, but did not like the sales guy and still trying to fix where they registered the vehicle in the wrong city. They have also failed to follow up on a trim piece that was installed improperly when I received the truck.

You cannot find my record because they recorded my name incorrectly. Took 3 trips to the DMV to get it corrected. Just got the trim piece fixed. The part that had to be special ordered was double sticky tape. It has been the most frustrating car purchase of my life. At 55 and into cars, I have bought quite a few.
