We had our vehicle serviced and repaired at Hendrick Monroe this Thursday. It was an incredible experience. The staff is phenomenal! Dave Thomas welcomed my husband and laid out a clear game plan of what to expect with our repair. He followed up with him promptly and made a personal connection. He talked us through the appropriate repairs and gave us full disclosure before beginning any of these repairs. We certainly felt like we were more than just customers that day. A huge thank you to Hendrick Monroe and Dave Thomas!

Wonderful experience last weekend at Hendrick Chevrolet Monroe. I leased a 2018 Traverse from them 3 years ago and my lease was up this month (March 2021). Within an hour of being on the lot, Chris Goodman had already found and showed several options for another SUV for me to consider. We left with a Yukon Denali that was perfect for our family!

I initially rated the whole experience with Hendrick Chevrolet the highest. Chris the salesman, all of them. Then.... a hiccup but..the mark of a truly customer oriented organization is to remedy any mistakes . The Hendrick staff did just that renewing my faith in them. Chris Goodman never let my issue die, although I was wavering in my faith. I would recommend them especially Chris to buy anything from. And I am really enjoying the Malibu for my 100 mile round trip commute. Great ride, comfortable and good mileage.

These are the most wonderful men to do business with. The whole place in general was beyond caring, knowledgeable and willing to help and work with you. Absolutely no pressure at all whatsoever. They made sure you get into a vehicle that you can afford. Not just sign here, bye, and good luck like all other car places...they actually care.

Worked with Robert Phillips on a rare Chevrolet performance car I own. It s a very special car to me and Robert stayed on top of all the details to make me ultra comfortable leaving the car with him. Work performed was above my standards and I m very picky!
Had the pleasure of using their shuttle service and Dana was the shuttle driver. EXCELLENT service, care, kindness, and professionalism with the shuttle experience. Dana is a huge asset and excellent representative for the Hendrick organization. Hope to leave a other car with them soon and have Dana as my shuttle driver again!!!

On February 23rd, 2021 my husband and I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Suburban through Madison at Hendrick Chevy in Monroe. I honestly can not say enough good things about Her and the team there. Things were smooth the night of purchase and the next day they had the vehicle cleaned, gassed up, and delivered to our residence. Due to it being a used vehicle it needed a few things repaired, I found them once it got home. With absolutely no hesitation Madison was on it. She organized for someone to bring me a loaner, pick up the Suburban and got it in the shop ASAP to get the repairs started. When they were complete, she organized the return of it. There was very minimal inconvenience on my part. I have sung her praises to my friends and family. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle go see her, you will be happy that you did!
