We had our vehicle serviced and repaired at Hendrick Monroe this Thursday. It was an incredible experience. The staff is phenomenal! Dave Thomas welcomed my husband and laid out a clear game plan of what to expect with our repair. He followed up with him promptly and made a personal connection. He talked us through the appropriate repairs and gave us full disclosure before beginning any of these repairs. We certainly felt like we were more than just customers that day.
