This was my first time ever buying a car and I had the most amazing experience. From the moment I walked thru the door to the moment I left with my new to me car, everyone was so nice and open and helpful! Jose was my salesperson, and he worked with me to get the price and monthly payments in my range.The process could not have been any easier, and now I'm the happy owner of a Forester! Honestly, 10/10 for Subaru of Concord, you can't go wrong with these folks!

Daria was great to work with. She delivered on everything she said she would along with the sales manager Trey. And a shout out to Paul, who patiently, and professionally answered all my questions. I, along with my husband, have never had an experience like this when purchasing a vehicle. We will be back.

Bought an incredible Subaru Outback from Michael Tranumn and the Subaru Concord team yesterday. Michael was helpful, yet never in too much of a rush, like it feels many car salesmen are. He was kind, yet not pushy, helpful yet not obtrusive in our time deciding what car was best for us. We walked in not thinking we'd buy a car, but left knowing we were in good hands, well pleased. After being ripped off and not listened to at Randy Marion, we decided to go to Subaru Concord. Best decision! Please go see Bruce "Trey" Hood and Jalen McDonald!! Super friendly and really listened to my needs! They got me the best deal and spot on to my asking price. Everything was straight forward and nothing was done behind my back. Every time I signed a piece of paper, it was explained what I was signing. They didn't have my car on the lot, but they put in the effort to get it delivered as soon as possible. This was a big help since I was told at the other dealership there were no more cars anywhere else. I am so excited to get my new car! Thank you so much for making it happen even without an appointment!

Just bought a new car there Monday. Started my day off on the phone with Earl who helped me get approved and then ended our day with Jose. Both men were awesome to work with and we love our new car. Outstanding customer service. Paulie was amazing too!

I have some back pain issues and she was knowledgeable and extremely kind when finding me the perfect Subaru. Friendly, patient, explains everything in detail answer all your questions not there for hours in and out in 2 hours only have one issue limited colors in the cars ...we the color of our car. I recommend Daria Robinson she was Great!!!

He was super knowledgeable and friendly and worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the service and the car I got!

Joe, Trey and Taylor were amazing! I drove over 4 hours to get my new WRX from them, and it was worth every minute. This was the best experience I have ever had with a dealer - from start to finish. They are honest with you from the beginning. Highly Recommend!
