I initially rated the whole experience with Hendrick Chevrolet the highest. Chris the salesman, all of them. Then.... a hiccup but..the mark of a truly customer oriented organization is to remedy any mistakes . The Hendrick staff did just that renewing my faith in them. Chris Goodman never let my issue die, although I was wavering in my faith. I would recommend them especially Chris to buy anything from. And I am really enjoying the Malibu for my 100 mile round trip commute. Great ride, comfortable and good mileage.
