They did a great job. The man who helped me not only completed the tasks I came in for but also had everything else checked and fixed that was still under warranty so I didn t have to pay for it later once my warranty expired. Very pleased. Thank you!
This maintenance/service shop is professionally managed by Mike. Never had a negative experience with this organization. Service Rep Ruben and the billing office personnel are courteous, knowledgeable and thorough.
I love Nissan Henderson. Highly recommend it to everybody! Supervisor Vinnie was very helpful and nice. I really like the manager (older guy, I don't know his name), he is very attentive to all customers, always respectful, smiles and says Hi.
Worst service experience ever! Took my truck in under warranty and parts had to be ordered. I was told 3 to 5 days. 3+ weeks later and nothing. I've called half a dozen times and I get transferred and the run around every single time. Will never recommend anyone or buy from this dealership again.
I had a very good experience buying a car at Henderson Nissan. I've been involved in about 7 car buying transactions with myself and helping family and this was the quickest and least painful of all. Yes, they did try to add a bunch of nonsense fees to pad their profit, but when they saw that I wasn't going to have any of it they quickly changed their tune and we were able to negotiate a price everyone was happy with without too much back and forth. The finance contract matched what was agreed to on the floor and the financing arrangements matched what was on the contract as well. I just set up my first payment with my loan servicing company yesterday and registered my car today. If you are a savvy buyer you will not have much trouble here. No funny business, just the usual inflated prices at the start of negotiations. I would return if I or a family member needed another car.
Jimmy is an excellent salesman. When I originally went to Nissan in order to just look at the car I was considering, the other salespersons were incredibly pushy, fake, they didn't care about what i wanted or needed, they were only concerned with getting the sale, which absolutely put me off from buying there.
I went a second time and that is when I met Jimmy. Jimmy is more concerned with what you need and fullfilling those needs than any other salesman I know. He was not pushy, he made sure to set me up with the car that was right for me, for my soon to be growing family, and for my wallet.
I not only enjoyed negotiating and figuring out what car was right for me with Jimmy, but I also learned more about the safety features, the different motor features, and how to use the car to the best of my advantage in five minutes with Jimmy, than I had in five hours of googling.
My opinion? Go to Nissan, get the car that is right for you, and go through Jimmy to do it!

Although I made an appointment and it took a while to long, their service is awesome. They are pretty busy but obviously for a reason. Complementary car wash after oil change, can't complain. Very friendly.
As always, my visit was extremely comfortable with Chris, my service writer. They did everything correctly and fast. I was there for less than an hour. I've always had my service work done at Henderson Nissan and will continue to do so in the future.

My family and I were looking for a new Nissan Pathfinder and so far we had a bad experience from a couple of other nissan dealers in town so we were very hesitant going Henderson nissan. Upon arrival we were greeted nicely and showed the exact vehicle we asked for. We were shocked to see how easy and fast it was buying a car. But most importantly they treated us like real people and not just another deal that day.

we had went in there to get a 2nd car. and man!! the nerve the "SALES" Person had. he goes by Bob or bobby. long hair white guy drives a yellow 350z . i really hope he got fired! or don't work there anymore.. because this company is loosing a lot of business referrals, because of him.
Social media, and word of mouth is huge when it comes to car business. if you treat your customers like they don't mean crap. when because of them is why, he and everyone else has a "job"
i hope Corporate really looks into this place. they need to invest into Training program for "Customer Service" and have a 1 to 2 year probation.
Took my car in for service and a pair of Michael Kors disappeared right after that. They are almost $500, it's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't been called for any reason. Who's being held responsible for this? Who will replace them if they aren't given up? They are prescribed for my vision. I need them, that's why i spent so much money on them. Just to have some criminal steal then from my car. They really looked for something of value because I had them in the sleeve behind the front passengers seat.
They have coffees, pastries, fruit, charging station, and bottled water while you wait. You have to pay for ice cream! What else can you ask for? And my car was fixed!
I wasn t happy after my oil changed service. They over filled my engine oil about two quarts and the exhaust start exhausting heavy smoke. This could lead to a big engine damage.

Edit: So immediately after getting my new truck, the speedometer wasn t working. They immediately got me an appointment to get it in. When they didn t have the part needed I was immediately given a rental and they fixed it. Eric was especially helpful and great to deal with.

Great service department. Would definitely recommend using the dealership for your Nissan service needs. Fast, honest and transparent and they even helped me with my warranty, to get some of the expensive repairs covered.
I brought a scratch card in there they took it in the back wouldnt show me the winning numbers That was probably one of the bigger ones and the salesman probably kept it Told me I'm only won $10 but they didn't have any I turn them in to BBB they lied to them said it was expired after that to try to get out of it They trying to lie about this that I was in in January 31st I have a paper from them which has December 27th on it I post it every day on Facebook and Twitter you can see it every day out there they are crooks do not deal with Henderson I bought a car from them and the braking system didn't work and cause an accident they are the lowest life people in the world at that dealership they take advantage of senior citizens they will cheat you out everything you got do not let this low life company do that to you you will end up in a casket if you drive one of their cars They take advantage of senior citizens are they sell badd cars mine has a badd braking system and they will not fix it which call me to have an accident they never did come through with that $10 that they said they would they are nothing but a bunch of low life people there I even have a paper with the December date on it and they lied to the Better Business Bureau saying it was January that I came in cars they're nothing but a bunch a low life people that lie and take advantage of senior citizens He can lie on the review all he wants but it's all lies that he Saying can I be going to the DMV and And filing a report about this whole thing with the braking system And they get posted every day on Facebook and Twitter And I even have signs in my car when I pick up people every day

Ruben is a great guy. He is very respectful and personable. I don't know what he gets paid, but he probably deserves a raise! Mike is also an awesome service manager. He seems to keep that place running well and he seems genuinely concerned about the experience of his customers. I was also really happy with the cleanliness of the car and the tire shine. Nice touch!

Sales people have their one and only method. They don't listen to the customer's needs, etc. Every customer is NOT the same, but these folks only have one way to sell.

Came in for an oil change 2 weeks ago and I ve got a pretty good oil leak happening now.
Service Manger. would not sign off on fixing out second rear wheel bearing. Had to make two trips to get it fixed. I live 70 miles from the dealership. I do not know the Manger name as he wouldn't come out of his office.

I was promised and 100% guaranteed that my financing was approved even signed paperwork, took the car home and was told I will get a call when the green slip was ready, couple days later had to return the car because the banks couldn t approve me and they couldn t give me a solid reason why, And I was willing to put even more down payment. Made me waste my time. They couldn t even give me my down payment back right away when I PAID IN CASH. This place is just nasty the sales guys are pigs, and the managers are unprofessional pathetic liars. I will be taking my money elsewhere. DO NOT BUY A CAR AT

The only good thing about this place is the service department.
It was a little bumpy in the beginning but towards the end of the transaction everything seemed to have turned out okay.
The service manager was great and the young man that helped me was Sal he was very professional, courteous and friendly.
My car battery died and I pulled into service at 4:58 pm with service closing at 5. The service manager still took my car and had a tech stay late to put in a new battery. This is why I only do business with Henderson Nissan

Wish I'd never walked in. I don't feel like I can trust them. Since I was passed off between three sales people, some of my needs were lost in the discussions, and by the time it all ended, I was exhausted and didn't inspect the vehicle as closely as I should have.
I didnt even want to give 1 star this place has rude salesman that treated me like i didnt have money.. I ended up yelling and screaming at this man cause he treated me so bad......i got up from the table and said u have a good day and he had nerve to say u dont have to get so defensive..he had the nerve to say so ur telling me u dont have the money all i had to do was make a call to my parents..i asked about wanting something between 10000 and 15 and i had 10000 to either put down or buy. He kept say sonu dont have the money.u dont have the money.i know it sound stupid but if u were in my shoes everyone of u would have went off. No one should be treated that way. This saleman was rude ..unprofessional...just cause i was there by my self i didnt need to be treated that way...we i got a great car that day with Sahara....go there best place ever ask for Bryan or deshawn. This was my first car buying experience, and it was GREAT! I found a beautiful pre-owned Ford Focus well within my budget and I couldn't be happier. Purchase a new rogue here. First thing when you stop the car vibrates a lot they tell you that's normal wish I would have known that before I bought it. Then one of the tires hade a blow out and I have to change it after 12 k miles I went to sears and they checked my 3 remaining tires and they pointed out that all of them had chunks of tire so I decided to get all new tires cause of course the tires don't come with a warranty even though I only had the car for 5 months. Will never come back to this dealer for a new car or used I can only imagine what those car must be like.
I waiting on my daughter and a lady pulled next to us, she got out and went inside leaving her dog locked in her Jeep with no windows down and it was about 105 degrees

My problem was not advising me anytime during or after oil change that filters were dirty and wipers needed to be replaced. I asked before we left and was told at check out everything was ok. Got email message but was home when message was received.
I decided to come back to Henderson because of how well I was treated the last time I bought a car from them, we needed an extra vehicle and I couldn't think of dealing with anyone else. Left very satisfied once again and it was all because of their customer service. Great people and I highly recommend you make Henderson your next stop when looking for a new vehicle.
Henderson Nissan is the best dealer in the Valley! They have consistently provided exceptional customer service and taken very good care of my car. We have had problems with our transmission on our previously owned Altima and with our new Ram truck from Towbin Dodge. Nissan did not play around, after having it in three times they put in a new transmission and I did not have to ask. Unfortunately Towbin has had our vehicle over 10 times and we have had to fight for a new transmission even though all of the diagnostics say its a transmission issue. Now the transmission is on back order for 4-6 weeks. Henderson Nissan is amazing and I will be owning Nissan's from here on out. We also bought a Nissan Rouge and love it!

I scored Henderson Nissan service as 'meeting expectations' because 1) the oil change was complimentary but 2) it took over an hour to get the oil change and this was with virtually no one in the waiting room. So, will I return to have my car servcied there? Probably but will also seek out competitiors who can do the same vehicle check + have the oil changed at a quicker pace. By the way, what synthetic brand oil is put into Nissan Oil bottles.

The worst company ever! I can't believe they are actually a Nissan company!!! The worst experience in my life was with Henderson Nissan! DON'T EVER BUY A CAR FROM THERE! THEY have very little knowledge of what they are selling. Plus the managers that work there lie to their customers. They promised me things that wete missing to be replaced or to be installed such as a sunroof then ignore you for 3 months and still going...so that they could make a sale!!! Bought a used Leaf and just had the traction battery replaced under warranty. People are nice, service was decently quick, free coffee and doughnuts and they shuttled me to work and back. I am happy with Nissan and my Leaf.

I initially brought my car in at the recommendation of SiriusXM because the radio signal was not working and they said it was a hardware issue. The customer service agents at Henderson Nissan refused to look at it and told me I would have to contact SiriusXM. A few weeks later, I contacted the service manager Mike and advised what had happened. He had me bring it in so he could look at it. Well, he determined it definitely WAS a hardware issue. They replaced the satellite antenna. Once I started working with Mike, everything was great, but it was poor service when customer service wouldn t even look at it. I ve always had hood service here until this. I hope Mike counsels his staff on how to provide proper customer service. I probably will not purchase my next vehicle here unless something changes.
Service was probably comprehensive and professional but it took so long I missed my grandson's baseball game. Next time I will go across the street to Big O and get it done quickly at half the cost with free tire rotation.
