I bought my used Lexus from Henderson Nissan. They sold it to me for the price I wanted to pay and their finance team was able to match my LOW pre approved rate I got from a credit union. Not only did they match it, they matched it through the same bank I bank with. The same bank that gave me that higher rate and forced me to shop around at credit unions. I was impressed and a little mad at my bank all at the same time.

Jack was my salesperson and he really made the transaction simple and easy. Every staff member I interacted with was respectful and courteous and they really made me feel at home. So much so, I found myself hanging out there even after the deal was finished! Thanks Henderson Nissan. I ll definitely be back!

My transmission went out on my 2013 Nissan Sentra (my own fault for negligence and 82,000 miles) and it was a $4500 fix that frankly I do not have to spare at this time. I took it into Nissan and the a diagnostic was done by Ruben Flores while I was looking at another cars with Brenda Martinez. I knew that the news wouldn't be good with the car and that my financial situation would not give me much leverage in any way. I felt extremely overwhelmed with the pricing of a new car versus paying the $4500 and it was just too much for me to take in but Brenda went beyond the scope of her job and helped me get a new car with an unbelievably low rate. I'm not kidding, this woman and the team at Nissan blew my mind with how they were able to help me. I am so grateful to Henderson Nissan, but especially to Brenda. I can't express my gratitude enough. She is an amazing person and her compassion and hard work deserve the highest recognition.

Been coming here 15 years but lately just horirble...

Been coming here 15 years but lately just horirble advisor service! Last week was quoted a certain amount only to come pick it up it was more than double for the same service without telling me. Been called a liar and technician ripped off the plastidip on my wheels, again, without knowledge or consent. Never even told me what they did. A month ago I went in to have safety-related issues fixed, picked it up only to find out they NEVER fixed it in the first place, They just let me drive off. Needless to say, and never come back. I am a Nissan owner now a part of the Findlay Toyota Service down the street. Good luck.

I come from California and I had nothing but excellent customer service. There was nothing in the customer service area. I barely got tea, no hot chocolate. I;m not a coffee drinker no complimentary anything else. The wait was long, but I called 2 days before to make an appt and they said it was walk in? That's why I had to wait so long. I always make appts and get in and out in a timely manner. My Rep was rude and very short with me. This is the 2nd time I had to deal with such unprofessional people. Only one person was there and I even asked if a driver can just take me to the nearest place to get some lunch and she said no, they don't do that. They drive people back n forth what was the big deal. Rude, Rude Rude. I wouldn't of asked but since I couldn't get an appt, since there was no complimentary items there, at least they accommodate. The machines there everything looked old and outdated. Never again.

Zach the Internet Manager was the most prompt and friendly of any of the dealerships e-customer service and was the reason I ultimately came onsite to buy the Altima rather than a Camry or Elantra that day. I was lucky that I get service here is amazing, Fabian is so helpful! usually helps me with getting my car serviced is been 5 times in the last 6 month I recently I have run in to medial problems and the last thing is dealing with every one in the car services when you are out of state Las Vegas know how treat customer Henderson Nissan you services people are great the best and also the young lady with the Services department I'm proud to see women on that department, always so kind, efficient, and welcoming. I had a great experience with Henderson Nissan. Paul, my salesman, was very pleasant and helpful to work with. I didn t feel pressured at all when we were looking at vehicles and I could make my decision without being forced into it. Then I worked with Luis, who was pleasant as well. The thing I really liked about my experience here was the familial atmosphere. Everyone introduced themselves to me which made me feel right at home and included in every way during the sale and financing. Great experience overall.

No complaints and much improved new management. Bought my Frontier here for pest control business.The Internet department made the experience haggle free. This helped in not being rushed by salesmen when I drove up. Paul the Internet Department head made me an appt, was outside awaiting my arrival and introduced me to one of his internet sales guys named Paul McGill to see the deal through. They showed me the invoice, a low rate and I was out of there in an hour with my new work truck! I like the technology and true internet Auto store experience they have in place now over my previous purchase here. Seems like the new management really knows how to treat their customers right. Really pleased overall.

Complete absence of customer service & lack of communication. I inquired on a vehicle online on Thursday evening, got a call from a sales person named Zack on Friday evening. Made him aware I wanted to purchase the vehicle cash but needed to travel from Texas so I needed a the price with all fees included to draw a cashier s check. He advised me he would get back to me first thing in the morning with what I needed. Trying to plan my trip to be there the next morning, and almost noon, still no word from him. Come to find out through other means thats its been sold and Zack is no longer answering my phone calls. Thanks a lot for getting back to me Zack, you re a real winner!

Fantastic service, and a very safe waiting area in light of the Covid-19 era. I only wish more patrons would wear masks while waiting. Maybe create an area for the non-masked to share their germs among each other, since you have two Customer waiting areas. Otherwise, my experience with the Service Dept was great.

I rolled in there this morning with a blown alternator. I literally had nowhere else to go as I'm from out of town, and boy did they take advantage. I mean you expect the dealer prices on parts and labor to be at least 25% above what you would pay elsewhere, but man do I feel like the took advantage of me and my situation. $730 OTD for a new alternator and battery.. I mean WOW.... That alternator price is 300% higher than the highest after market part out there, and the labor couldn't have taken more than a half hour. Stay away unless its for warranty work, man-oh-man!

I don't own a Nissan car but Nissan Henderson is where I go for oil changes. I always purchase and use Living Social's e-oil change offer of 3 oil changes for $30 so it comes out to almost $10 per oil change plus their extra $2+ charge. The staff/technicians are friendly and courteous. There is always a bit of a wait but haven't had any problems/issues (yet), and of course who wouldn't appreciate a complimentary carwash that comes with the oil change? One time, I went for an oil change and realized when it was time to pay the extra $2+ that I grabbed the wrong wallet and so I had no cash or card with me, and they said it was ok and not worry about it. Now, THAT's customer service :).

Brought car in for warranty on a failed 84 month Nissan battery that was only 33 months old. Yeah, a real quality product.

I called Parts dept. first to find out how much it was going to soak me for. Parts looked up my account, and told me it would be a free replacement. I asked twice to verify since it was over the 24 month period. I guess the guy was not good at math, and he still said it would be a free replacement.

I expected to pay something given the battery (priced at $119 new) was dead at 1/3 of it's life but not a price tag of $88! AND there was labor added? On a warranty replacement???This was totally unacceptable. I can get a 3 year free replacement interstate battery for $96. This is why I hate dealerships. The service rep took off $30 and I agreed, but there is no trust here. Just another dealership being a dealership. Can't wait to see how long this new 84 (ya, right) month battery is going to last. I already know I'm headed to Costco.

I took my card at Nissan. I literally had to wait two weeks for the work to get done. When I drop the car off I literally asked them to do the high pressure line in the power steering fluid. Nissan called me and told me it was a switch. I had to replace another shop because it was less than one-third the price Nissan wanted. When I got my car back oh, my high pressure line was still leaking. I took it back to Nissan who again misdiagnosed it. I took a back to the other shop who took a video of the leak. I physically had to show Ruben the leak was not coming from the switch. He in turn had to show his mechanic. What kind of a mechanic needs to be shown a video when you've already been told where the leak is. Mike, the service manager, was kind enough to do the repair for me for free as it had been three weeks since I dropped my car off originally. I will never take my car there again Mike if you're reading this, let me know, and I'll be glad to change my review for you. But I gave Ruben the same opportunity and he didn't bother to reach back out to me

AVOID THIS PLACE. The service department is a joke. I took my 2016 (15,000 miles) Altima to them due to a vibration/howling noise at high speed. Well after paying around $160 for they're diagnostic (said suspension parts had been replaced that they were not original may or may not be true I'm 2nd owner wouldn't cover under warranty ) well Jon calls me saying noise is coming from transmission and will cost $4,000+ to replace. Little did he know I work on cars as a hobby and in my experience hubs cause that. I ordered part on amazon $55 installed in an hour and it's good as new. Makes me wonder how many people get ripped off every day there. Thanks for nothing Henderson Nissan!

Overall not a good car buying experience at all, wouldn t reccommend anybody to come here or purchase a car here . I ve owned multiple vehicles outright, this was my first time financing . I have the vehicle I want so hey that s a positive , I guess . the only positive . I work in sales (not car sales thank god) so I understand . I don t screw people over to make a quick sale but hey everyone is different . My sales agent was in no way pushy, but at the end of the day I felt very much lied to and taken advantage of for being a young buyer . The original loan I had signed ended up being wrong , had me resigning about a week later with completely new terms . (Maybe because we started the process late that night ? But at least be HONEST) Complete Bs . I m giving two stars because Stratton in finance was the only one straight forward with me , working with me , and giving me good tips for the future . Richard in finance was also nice but that s about it . Just be aware !

We had an awesome experience with Brandon and also sales manager Rod! From the beginning Brandon listen to our circumstances (down payment, trade in, monthly payment.) Brandon was very attentive and was very knowledgeable about the buying process.
Sales manager rod was incredible. He explained not only what the bank position was but also explained what we could do in the future after buying this car. He negotiated with the lender to the point we were very, very surprised that he could make this deal go through.
After everything was said and done Brandon and Rod went above and beyond getting us into a brand new car. They both made the process easier with little anxiety.
The facility at Henderson Nissan was exceptional. Professional, clean.

Thank you Brandon and Rod for making this experience exceptional! We will definitely send our friends to you should they have a need for a vehicle. And also we will think about Henderson Nissan when we need to purchase another vehicle.

*vehicle was not clean when picked up. water spots all over outside and windows. (I do understand it was later and close to closing time but this should have been rectified on the follow up visit)
*Was told by salesman that 2nd key fob was locked up and could not be delivered at the time of pick-up of the vehicle and to return the following Saturday to complete the walk through/vehicle inspection and FOB would be provided at that time. At that time salesman stated it was on order and not available. (To me this was a waisted trip as my main priority at that time was the collection of the spare FOB)
*After the vehicle was professionally detailed by myself several water spots were found in the paint. ( I will have to address this issue at a later time with vinegar to remove the spots) A small chip was discovered in the hood and 1/2 panel that were noticeable before the detail. Also found dirt in the paint on the front bumper.
*Had 2 different issues with warning lights on the vehicle with just under 150 miles on it. Was explained by service that this is normal in the heat of Las Vegas.... (Possible but still worrisome on a brand new vehicle) Also was disappointed that service did not even look at the vehicle much less run a diagnostic on it.
*Was told that a second tank of fuel would be provided upon my return by salesman. (When I was suppose to pick up the FOB and go over the vehicle inspection) No big deal but when someone states something, it should be followed up on.
*During the vehicle inspection prior to the detailing that I completed there were two diffrent "fit/finish issued" that I brought to the attention of the individual that was preforming the walk through with me. The gap between the right rear bumper and the body is slightly larger than the other side. Same thing on the front bumper on the left side. Was told nothing would be done as it came from the factory this way. Again, very minor issue and not that worried about it.

My ratings would have been much higher and the small stuff that I stated not even an issue if I was not mislead on the FOB, the fuel, and even the initial cost of the vehicle prior to arriving to the dealership. One number was agreed to and came back $1.5 K higher. We did not pick that vehicle and purchased a different one.

The staff was polite and initially very helpful. The facility was clean. But the lack of follow up on verbal agreements and not knowing that the FOB was not even on the premises and had to be ordered is frustrating along with returning to the dealer under the pretense that all issues would have been resolved at that time. Yet as I respond to this survey I still have no FOB let alone any of the other issues that I have discussed here. Yes I'm quite aware that I did not get some of the items in a writing, thus not making that big of an issue about it. But I will be honest in this response even if it was not in writing that the expiations of the service during my new vehicle purchase and the follow up that were provided was subpar and disappointing. (To me, a mans word and handshake should be binding. It is in my world but also understand that it is not the standard for everyone)

This comment is not directed to Henderson Nissan but to Nissan it's self. The Nissan Rouge SV that I purchased.... Disappointed with the road noise level in the vehicle. I know it's not a Lexus but thought it would be better than it actually is. Otherwise the vehicle seems to initially be pleasing to our family.

I will return for service on the vehicle as I do understand that one experience does not fit all occasions. I just hope it goes smoother.

I went in for a simple oil change and their diagnostic inspection showed that I needed a new transmission. To my surprise it was under warranty. Working with Henderson Nissan was a true pleasure. The repairs were do quick, the car runs great and we are very happy how Henderson Nissan handled the whole thing.

There hasn t been a single visit to this dealership where I ve received nothing short of exceptional customer service. The service drive writers, to the technicians, to the porters, and even the cashiers ensure an unrivaled experience whenever I have done business at Henderson Nissan. Shane is a phenomenal service advisor and the service manager Mike is always cordial and eager to help in atypical situations. I will continue to do business with this particular dealership before any other Nissan dealer in the city.

Vehicle quality is Excellent. We checked on several web sites and also checked the consumer reports regarding the vehicle we purchased. It rated above average through consumer reports and when we test drove it, it performed outstandingly. The appeal of the facility is nice. Clean, and well organized. The customer service is the only service we can comment on since we haven't had any vehicle maintenance done yet. The customer service was very good. We went through the internet pricing person and did our negotiating prior to our visit. They were helpful and fair in achieving the price we had discussed.

This was the worst experience of customer service ...

This was the worst experience of customer service I have ever had. The most dishonorable and dishonest people you will find.

I went in originally to test drive a vehicle and eventually buy. The sales rep and I negotiated prices and finally we agreed upon a price. I told them I would come in in a few days and he said he would still honor the price.

I went in with my down payment cash in pocket, ready to finance through them and purchase the car that day. They were so incompetent that they could not even pull my credit score. This forced me to get financing somewhere else which I did overnight at a great rate.

The crooks here continued to call me, leave me voicemails, TEXT me, email me etc running me in circles about the price. I went in after work to try to get them to honor the original price that they quoted me which I had gotten approved for, and they wouldn't even come close to it.

About the 4th salesman I dealt with, (oddly enough, the same sales rep was conveniently never in when I went in at the same time each time- right after work) I simply told him that they gave me a price and I wanted them to honor it cause I had the down payment in hand, and the financing lined up. He continued to run me in circles and I told him I had no problem leaving the company a bad review for their dishonesty and horrible customer service.

He had the audacity to say "YOU GAVE ME YOUR EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION, I WILL DO THE EXACT SAME TO YOUR COMPANY AND LEAVE A BAD REVIEW FOR THEM". He literally told me he would slander my company because I let him know that the company I was trying to do business with was exhibiting terrible customer service and dishonesty. Completely disappointed.

I don't like to leave negative reviews. I believe that, sometimes people have bad days and they deserve a second chance. This is not one of those situations. I went there and talked with Chris. I really liked Chris, it seemed like he really want to help me. The problem came when I sat down to talk about the finances. He brought his boss, I think his name was Randy. He is extremely dishonest and flat out lied to me. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. I don't know how a reputable company could employ someone like that. They do a lot of shady tactics. They asked for my key to my car so they can get it looked at for trade in value. I sat by the window where my car was parked, no one ever looked at it. They kept my key while talking about finances, and when i got to the point where I wanted to leave, they wouldn't give me my key back. I asked at least 6 or 7 times before they gave it back (maybe more, I was kinda angry at that point). I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Thank you for replying to my review. It was not credit rating or financing that prevented the sale (After I left, I went to a neighboring dealer and bought a car). It was deceitful sales tactics that left me feeling like I was being scammed or taken advantage of. I will expand on these deceitful tactics that your employees are using.

I was looking at a Sentra that cost about $19,500. I only discussed the car with Chris. We NEVER talked about any other additional products or services. I was concerned with my credit rating, after going through a tough divorce, I fell behind on some bills, but I am at a better point in my life and expected a higher interest rate. I just wasn't sure how high the interest rate would be. When we sat down to discuss the numbers, Randy told me it would be $535 a month with a $2500 deposit. Simple math will tell anyone with common sense that something isn't right. $535 x 72 months is $38,520 plus the $2500 is $41,020. There is no way I was getting a loan with 100% interest rate so that means that about $8,000 to $10,000 of additional products and services added on WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! I don't know what they were trying to added on, but I don't play games and I don't like the dishonest tactics so I wasn't going to try to find out, I just wanted to leave.

I would advise everyone to AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

Also, I would like to point out that, instead of just apologizing for their horrible customer service and shady tactics, they tried to spin this situation to make it look like I have horrible credit, high interest rate, and I am bitter about not making a deal. That is not the case. The car I bought was about the same price, but it is costing me almost $200 LESS per month then Sentra they tried to sell me for $535 a month. This is not good customer service. Henderson Nissan, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Second time I've made an appt online and STILL end...

Second time I've made an appt online and STILL ended up waiting TWO HOURS. I'm sorry that's ridiculous for an oil change. I was told by the guy when I pulled up that the appt didn't matter and the oil change was first come first serve. I asked them to check out a rattling noise in the back that was there after they did my brakes. There is STILL a rattling noise. On my way out the guy who drove my car up yo me essentially told me to take it easy on the energy drinks. (Had two that barely were drank out of and not that it matters what I drink or eat, they need to keep their personal opinions to themselves!!) Will be going somewhere else for service from now on!! Awful!!

Fourth service visit for same problem, each time told it was fixed, and it is STILL not fixed. Someone in service dept said waiting for parts but later phone call with service manager said don t know what s wrong. Talking to engineering to determine problem and what to fix. FYI my platinum Pathfinder has only 8800 miles! ALSO I m handicapped and my Pathfinder has handicap plates and rear lift for my mobility scooter. This most recent time you have my car Thursday am and say it will be the following week sometime before I get it back. Talk about having my mobility restricted!

I had a great experience with Henderson Nissan's service department today. From the phone call to get details on cost and availability to dropping the car off and renting a vehicle to picking up the car and paying for the service, EVERYTHING went smoothly. The service advisor was knowledgeable and efficient, the service team accurately and quickly completed the service, and the rental car they had for me was a nice new Sentra to boot.

Special shout out to the service advisor (Becca I think?) for making the whole experience hassle free, and another shout out to the Cashier for moving everything along smoothly and letting me know about the rewards program.

I will definitely be bringing my car back here for service, and I would absolutely recommend anyone else do the same.
