I would normally play at the sun coast.Very comfortable environment but.... Customer service it s awful. There s several employees that s been there for a while that are very professional helpful and nice and lives up to Boyd Gaming Standards.But...the new hires are rude and obnoxious from management down. Back to Stations I go. I ll get more for my money anyway.To many places to play here to deal with the foolishness. No more Boyd gaming for me or my friends at all.

Complained about the mold on my toast.

After I started the meal I noticed mold all over my toast.

Disgusting place I lost my appetite immediately..

Of course they did not comp the ticket.
eldorado policy is you have to notice your moldy toast right away or else you do not get your meal comped once you've taken a few bites and noticed your moldy food then you have to pay for the mold.

This is the only the beginning of a nightmare full of bad reviews .. and posts... and complaints... and phone calls ...and emails.

Since you are such a disgusting place that you serve moldy food and do not comp tickets when people walk out mid-meal because of the food quality.

Not only did I go through the whole hiring process to be let go at the last second which is a waste of my time, but so did my husband. Waste of a company if you ask me. If you are being hired with this company, always, always, always have a plan B.

I wanted to let your consumer public know that your files may be accessed and personal info my be unsafe . I had tried to contact the corporate web address and experienced some unusual glitches during the process. After I had entered my game card # and personal info. I do know that your corporation has had some issues with shrinkage on the lower end involving your personal and customers . But this could be a issue that could be more important than one of your emplo0yees stealing from your patrons and corporation . I have already contacted N.G.C.in regards to this .Hopefully customers will be more diligent about any info given until this matter is researched.

Great way to treat out of town guest who eat at one of your buffets and is served food not fit for my dog. Very poor taste of the Fremont Hotel Casino. Shame on Adele for not fixing her problem. Her answer to my friend was "I went to check but they were already taking down the buffet and getting ready for Dinner.

Suncoast Casino It's a shame one can not enjoy football season at the Sports bar/lounge area during the game. I was approached yesterday Jan. 1st 2017 by your 2 Security Officers between 2-3pm because of a complaint by 2 patrons in THE CASINO because I was being TOO LOUD???? Hmm I guess I should have went to the library to watch my game? I am sorry I have given Your Casino my business for the past 11 years! I love the staff there from the bartenders, waitresses, dealers and pit bosses it is a shame you would really think a patron was being Too Loud during a football game? I was approached by a gentleman who stated he was a VIP there at the Suncoast and apologized for the way I was treated as he could see I was a little upset. As well as another couple who actually shot video of me cheering for my team because they thought it WAS GREAT how much I enjoyed my team! I am sorry I have brought my business to this establishment maybe you should put walls up around the SPORTS area!

Today I was harassed by a security guard named Mike at the Aliante. I was parked in my car on the fourth floor of the garage, waiting on some friends to go eat at the buffet when I noticed a white security truck parked angled in my direction. I didn t think much of it, but felt as if I was being watched so I moved my car closer to the elevator. Not even five mins after parking my car the security truck pulls up behind my car so I get out and ask if there is a problem Mike proceeds to ask if my friends and I were going into the casino and let him know that we were still waiting on a couple of people, he then begins to approach me while I m standing by my open door saying that he needs to search my car because he thinks I might have weapons, now I m a 23 year old girl and this man was armed so I start panicking and I let him know he was not a cop just a security guard, he did not have a search warrant, and I did nothing wrong. I asked to speak to his manager. Once his manager Charles Rand gets to the scene he immediately dismisses me and tells me to leave. Repeatedly. Again, I am taken aback and I ask for the next manager. Eventually someone comes out and listens to my side of the story and ends it with an I ll take care of this without giving me their name. The only one that would give me info was Charles Rand and he won t even return my phone calls. Hey Elma Pagaduan is this REALLY how a AAA FOUR DIAMOND RESORT trains their employees to act and handle conflict ?? Please do better.

My husband and I were at the cannery this evening ...

My husband and I were at the cannery this evening for the weekly drawing, the problem started when we tried to swipe at the kiosk for the drawing. All but one of the kiosk were down we had to wait for quite a while. Then after we played all evening and spent about $400 it started again. Kiosk are down. The clerks did not know why. I talked with the floor manager and he told me he could not do anything it was ITs problem. I asked him what was his job if it wasn"t to solve floor problems. He said everything else. I asked him about being a Saturday night and so many ticket redemption machines being down. He said that was cashier. I asked him what he did and he said all the other machines. My husband is a 100% disabled vietnam vet and has problems when things that should be fixed don't get fixed. You can check your records and see we have been coming to the cannery for years, this is the first time this kind of things have happened. Why can.t you hire people that fix problems instead of passing everything to someone.

The male server in your lunch time Fremont St Hotel Buffet should leave his personal life at home instead of standing behind a seated guest who is eating the lunch buffet. We do not want to hear his personal life for 10 to 15 minutes while he is talking to another female server. Maybe that is why our table was stacked with dirty plates like his other tables

I was staying at Fremont thursday 7/5/18 (boyd gaming) the food was the worst ive ever seen or tasted the workers cannot even work properly the lighting was poor,attitude was poor the wait in line was ridiculously poor this hotel will lose customers over food service...sooo i moved to California Hotel friday 7/6/18(Boyd Gaming) Check in rooms were not ready so my family and i went to Market street cafe waited in line hostess walked us in passing a table for 4 said there is no table available i said here is one she said it was taken sit at the bar till there is a table (i have a broken leg with crutches) So 2 people after us were seated at the table for 4 !!!! I told my wife lets be patient after several people after us were seated i had to let them know we have not been seated and we were being over looked after we ate we went to our room few hours later i asked my wife to pull menu up from online..the menu clearly say No to go orders for daily specials....i ordered a prime rib dinner and it said special but was in dinner category and did not say cannot have to go (mind you my leg is broken) so iasked my wife go down to order and they deny the order and she calls me i, i call front desk they transfer me to food and beverage mgr i explain my situation (broken leg) and the menu flaw and it didnt matter he was more interested in BEING RIGHT then hearing my issue so i called my wife back and told her NOT to order anything we will get food elsewhere and spend our money elsewhere im more then disappointed in the food service in Boyd gaming and will be going to higher corporate casinos on strip (not Boyd) where the standards for food and service are hopefully better....what a nightmare!!! I will copy and paste this to yelp after my nightmare ends.

Played Blackjack, tables and dealers were fine. Problem was parking. Free parking is some 3 to 4 blocks away, unless you are fine with Valet service. When I left, I had my ticket validated, but the computer system did not honor it and I was forced to pay $16 to stay at their hotel. Not sure I will ever stay there again. Waiting to see if Corporate will reimburse me.

Do yourself a favor and pick a Casino Group that wants your business. The Orleans has a rude little guy working security that gets down right out of control with his attitude when he talks to customers. Never coming back. We went to the palms where they know how to treat the guests.
