Quick service and mosr importantly they fixed noise and creaks on my car my car ia feeling new. I spent thousands of dollars on other shops looking for a solution for the creaks and shakes in my car, all they did is suggest changing new parts without fixing my compliant. In henderson nissan? They fixed noise and creaks even without me complaining about it. I am very happy woth their service

AWFUL and I haven't even set a foot in there.

Trying to schedule service on my car, I go to the website but it doesn't work. So then I get someone on the chat application they have telling me they'll call me as soon as I they open (it was before 9 am), they take my phone number and email but never called.

The worst was when I called, I am explaining that I bought the car from another Nissan in town and needs service, the guy says he cannot know what service it needs because they can't see it on the system UNLESS he calls the other store and gets the record, which I guess was too much of a hassle because then he tells me I should call them and get these answers myself... now I am not really good at cars which is why I take it to dealership to get whatever needs to get done, so I said "is it easier to take it where I bought it?" and plainly without offering to call or anything he says "yes" ... err I guess they're doing really good and don't need my money.

Also he said it was gonna be like 700, mind you I called the other store and it's only 325...

I don't want to go here EVER. I'll drive 30 minutes to get good service.

Chris assisted me with this entire repair. He was wonderful. He even loaned me a car when the rental agency was crazy and non-functional. My repairs were done quickly and easily. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris. I actually look forward to doing business with him again if and when I m in need of repair

I brought my 2019 Nissan Sentra in for oil change, recall, and flat tire. Nissan made repairs and services including replacing a low battery that was caught during a multi-point inspection.

All service was done professionally, expeditiously and with a smile.

I was very happy and confident my vehicle was road safe again.

I will return for future service.

This was my first time at Henderson Nissan. I took my truck in for a 60,000 mi. service and the experience was good from start to finish. The service advisor (Fabian) was very personable which was a big reason I chose to schedule an appointment. I asked him not to do the tire rotation/balance and he deducted a little bit off the total. That wasn't expected but was very cool. I received a ride back home and a pickup from home which was much appreciated. Good customer service is huge with me and that's exactly what I received. Overall I'd give my first impression of Henderson Nissan a big thumbs up!

Terrible experience all around. Purchased a junk vehicle for top dollar, got scammed on the warranty and finance, and now I am stuck paying for a car that I won't even drive. Management was almost useless and does not care about my situation or happiness with the purchase at all. I strongly recommend you stay away from Henderson Nissan.

Everything went well. I got an oil change and a rear brake job. Used the shuttle system. Great experience. One thing I have to mention, I have an extended warranty that I did not realize was ending Next week and all of a sudden the advisor tells me the tech said the o rings in the front tire/suspension were starting to fail and could be replaced with the warranty plus my $100 deductible. I was last there in February and they fail now. Been going there for over a year and obviously the techs do not check for little things like that but because they find something that they can push to me as an up sell as it will cost $1000 later but we do it now for $100. I will continue to go for oil changes but whenever the tech/advisor tells me I will get a second opinion on because for me credibility has been lost. Nice people and service just too coincidental that this happens all of a sudden. I have been going there for over a year and never heard about the o rings starting to fail. I go to Nissan dealers for all my car needs and to avoid getting up sold and services that may or may not be essential to driving safe.

My family and I pulled on to your lot on Saturday and were greeted by Troy. I told him I was looking for a Rogue and was immediately shown a used car. Troy spoke quickly and walked even faster once I asked to see a new Rogue. Troy assumed because I arrived in a 13 year old car, that he wasn't going to make a sale and was rushing me through his process. Never did I feel welcomed or that Troy had any intention of trying to make his customer happy. You didn't have my exact match on the lot, but Troy wouldn't even check another dealer unless I could guarantee I was ready to buy. I told him Rogue was at the top of my list, but really today was about driving cars and narrowing my search. He humored me and let me drive the used car, which I had no interest in, literally around the block. He was stand-offish and unfriendly. I am a teacher with CCSD with excellent credit and had every intention of buying a Rogue, if not today, then in the near future. Instead, I got a great deal at Carmax. I guess Troy was right, he was not going to be selling me a car.

I went in for an oil change and Ruben was amazing!! He asked if I was waiting for the car or if I needed a ride back home. I stayed in the waiting room. I just did a walk in but I still got out in good time. I really like having the oil change package...please don't get rid of it : )
He texted me when the car was finished and I was off for the rest of my errands.

Very dishonest and gives you run around. They say one thing but never keep their word! We are forced to pay $1300 in repair work that IS covered by our GOLD warranty. It has been 2 months and we are still waiting for a check. This is beyond ridiculous! Pat said we would have a check for reimbursement within 14 days. Is no one held accountable for what they say here at Henderson Nissan? Very VERY disappointing!

Chris Polascik, the service writer, is great. My vehicle was ready when promised. While waiting in the lounges, I noticed signs had been posted explaining why only coffee was available. That's fine. However, if you're going to the trouble of making these signs, at least have someone who knows how to spell proofread them. 'Inconvenience' was misspelled two different ways, and 'complimentary' was also misspelled. Very unprofessional, and makes people wonder what other details are being overlooked by your establishment.

Actually found out what was wrong with my car. I have not had my car for a full year and I gave had to take it back for repair three times. The cooling system seems to have issues and I have not been able to drive far from the lot before it overheats. Yes I am given a rental but I am paying for a vehicle that has defects.

Henderson Nissan Service Dept provides excellent customer service from my Service rep Chris to the mechanics. I brought my vehicle in for a oil change and to attest to the thoroughness of the service team 3 nails were found in my tires. I knew periodically I would have to put air in my back tire but had no idea It was due to the nails in my tires. They repaired the 2 tires and I'm back on the road. Thank you Henderson Nissan Service team you are awesome.

Sales and finance depts don't offer any assistance after the sale. We were sold a totally worthless after market product from a company named Xzilon. No reputable dealership should be peddling a company who does everything to avoid taking care of a claim. The finance dept never said the exclusions far outlay what is covered. Henderson Nissan obviously makes big money on these policies. The finance man and our salesman no longer work at Henderson Nissan. The finance manager we spoke with is a joke. The sales manager didn't make things right either. We bought 4 vehicles there...that's the end if buying there again. On a positive note, there service deprdare really good. Mike Foote who is in charge of service is very conscientious and great to work with. Shane, our service writer is really good as well.

The service at Henderson Nissan is beyond outstanding. We own two Nissan vehicles and & they have worked on both of our vehicles at different times. They are very customer friendly. Fabian helped us this time. Carl helped us last time. Warranty recall item on one and regular service on the other.

Here's how it played out:
My sister got in an accident in my car - private body shop was fixing my 2012 Altima - It was only body work, NOT engine work they were doing - body shop did so much work that the computer in my car needed to be "flashed" - body shop took it to Henderson Nissan...

Henderson Nissan tried to tell my body shop guys that they (body shop guys) didn't replace a part on my engine with a Factory part and that it had to be replaced correctly, since it is a Lease. Too bad my body shop guys meticulously inspected their work before handing it over to Nissan (including taking pictures) and verified that NO WORK WAS DONE TO THE ENGINE. Who can you trust nowadays? Luckily my body shop guy is my neighbor and I would trust him with my life, otherwise I might not know who to believe. However, he runs a trusted body shop and taking pictures of their work before putting it in the hands of Nissan shows that they are trustworthy and aren't out to swindle or be swindled.

I'll just say at this point my car had been in the body shop for 44 DAYS and this Nissan fiasco did not help anything. My body shop guy, I'll call him Joe, went into Nissan and had fortunately worked for a Nissan dealership before. He asked to speak to the General Manager, and was given the run-around by the store managers/employees. One of them had the last name of Hussain I believe. Only until Joe mentioned that he had no problem calling up the Zone Representative and asking for security camera footage did he get anywhere with them. They put the correct part back where they had replaced a never-been-touched part with an old part to swindle my body shop guys.

I finally got my car back but will NEVER take my car there to be serviced and I've already told my friends with Nissans to do the same. I think the collection of similar reviews says it all. Also, my body shop guys had ordered ALL of the factory parts used in the rebuilding of my car from HN and you would think that giving HN business like that would make you a valued customer.

I purchased my vehicles ( Rogue and Versa) at United and I refuse to go back!!!. My 2015 Versa has had 2 transmission replaced in 2 years by United. Last week, my transmission went out again, #3! Went to Henderson Nissan, by far a better experience! Not only did we get the car back in a few days, no issues and no drama! Henderson Nissan just won over this customer! Thank you!

Their service person are rude and bad attitude they won't help me so I told the guy to call your manager they won't even call the manager told me to wait then ask me to leave premises. I went to main office to get manager to talk to me for airbag recall and complaining their service person and manager said can't understand me. My car was under warranty and did not repair airbag recall. If im going to buy a new car it will be different story nice and friendly. They are racist people there. I'm going to sell my 2014 Nissan Sentra. That's my second car I bought from Nissan dealer with warranty. They always declined service if warranty is involved. I will never buy their car.

It was just ok because I was suppose to get my back end fixed and they did everything but that. They did the oil, tire rotation, 15k mile stuff checkup but didn t address the back of my car that is falling off and how they sold it to me with an on record collision to the back. So bugged with Nissan. Next car I guess I ll go to Ford.

Your service department is an absolute joke.

I made an appointment to bring my car in for a coolant leak. Upon arrival I was informed by the adviser, James, that he wasn't sure anyone could look at it as he stated his guy called in sick today. Later that afternoon, I received a voicemail, from James, stating that someone had looked at my car and there wasn't a leak at all. He fed me a line of BS that my system was contaminated with the wrong kind of antifreeze and it caused the air pressure to be incorrect, thus causing my problem. He also said that the caps for the radiator and overflow were switched around and that also was part of the problem. (Who knows if that was even the case) He quoted me an estimate of $380 for the repair, even though I have the remaining of the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty and I also purchased an extended warranty. The vehicle has 16,500 miles on it. I'm not an idiot and I know Nissan recommends their OEM blue coolant, but when there isn't any coolant at all in the radiator, other coolant can be used that will not void any warranty. I explained to him that the radiator cap was removed to fill with coolant to be able to drive it to the dealership, but the overflow cap was never removed. After speaking with him on the phone, I told him I wasn't buying what he said and I would come pick up the car. His response was "OK, buddy" and hung up. Extremely unprofessional. When I arrived to pick up the car I asked to speak to him and he mysteriously wasn't available. I drove home and sure enough, as soon as I pulled in the garage, you could see it dripping all over the ground. I have pictures and video of both before taking it to your service department and after I brought it home. To tell me that there wasn't a leak, is beyond comprehension.

I have since taken the car to a REAL mechanic, who within 30 minutes, called me to let me know he found the leak and would have the problem fixed the same day. The cooler gasket was replaced and I was on my way, $180 later.

Your service department is fraudulent and completely unprofessional. I will be submitting my report to the BBB and also contacting Nissan headquarters as this service should have been covered under warranty.

I will also be sharing my story with everyone I can, up and down the strip and through my industry.

My daughter bought her first vehicle with them in ...

My daughter bought her first vehicle with them in January 2020. Due to the pandemic, school and business closures she has only driven her car 4000 miles since date of purchase. Being a single parent and her being a college student we don t know much about cars, so we opted to go to a renown car dealership to buy a used certified vehicle. We took her car to get it s first oil change this past Friday June 5th, 2020 and they told us that the car needs the rear breaks replace. We spoke with the service team, I asked him why are the brakes needing replacement after she had only driven the car very few miles. He said that when a certified vehicle is sold the brakes should have a minimum of 50% and that it is unlikely that they wear out completely in the miles that had been driven. He told me he couldn t do anything and he referred us to the sales rep (who is no longer working there) someone else tried to step in and said there s nothing he could do. He spoke with the sales manager, then was referred to the certified vehicles sales manager, he didn t even looked at us either and said he could not help. Then we were referred to the General Manager who we were told would review the information. They told us to sit and wait for him. We sat in the lobby for over 1 hour, we were neglected, ignored, no one bothered come and gives us an explanation. We got tired of waiting and decided to leave, on our way out the General Manager saw us leaving and didn t bother to come up to us. We were told he was busy closing a deal.
We will never go back to them! Don t trust their Fake certified vehicles ! They are all over you when you are buying a car but once they seal the deal they no longer care about the customer or doing things right. Everyone heard our story and no one has reached out. Shame on them.

Just wanted to give the service dept. here at Henderson Nissan a big shout out for there excellent customer service, and for making this my # one Nissan dealer service center. They didn t stop until my issues where resolved. Yes they did go the extra mile for me and my repairs to get fixed on my car. I m a first time customer, but I was treated as if they were my service center for years. Thank you, Thank you to everyone, service advisor Carlos, service manager Alexandria and there boss, sorry I forgot his name I m thinking Joe. Job well done.

Instead, Ruben from the service department explained in layman's terms what needed to be done and did everything he could to keep the price fair. I am very impressed with him and his whole department. I've never been treated better by a dealership in my life. Highly recommended.

Overall, not a good visit, somewhere between 2-3*s.
Pros...service completed timely, friendly service advisor, and text status communication.
Cons...had to go back in because the tech didn't reset the TPMS sensor after the oil change and tire rotation. And, I'll knit pick...didnt remove the floor mat, the plastic covering the seat, and didnt wash the vehicle. And very minor, only apple and micro charging cords at the charging station.

At this point, I'll drive a bit further to United Nissan for service, as I cant recommend Henderson Nissan.

About a year ago I brought my car in for service. I was told, to quote the salesman, that my price was "$585 out the door", which was no problem. When I returned, I was told my price was $585 AND $160+ for parts! Flustered and upset by this obvious bait and switch I forgot about the 15% coupon I had for this service. I called back 10 minutes later trying to apply the coupon and was told that it could only be applied when I paid, which may be true but seems pretty ridiculous. So if you like being lied to, cheated and treated like excrement by folks, please check out Henderson Nissan. (And, to be fair, the shuttle driver was very nice.)

Mike in the service department is a class act, he made my experience seamless.

His professionalism and attention to detail are enjoyable as your customer. He is pleasant and he easily demonstrates how to make the customer feel appreciated and respected.

Let me add to this review - I took my Altima in for an oil change and once again the whole crew overdelivered.

They work together seamlessly, you re greeted warmly with respect and admiration. And they all function with the speed and precision of a NASCAR Team, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Debbie in the service department is a rockstar, and this woman validated why I love owning my Nissan. Best of all, the service is fast, efficient and worth every single penny.

And, to top it all off, they wash the car upon every visit , gratis.

Well deserving of a rock solid 5 Star Review, each and every visit , they excel at the customer service experience.

Thank you , to the whole entire team at Henderson Nissan, top to bottom a class organization....

The Service technician Fabian was very Knowledgable he listen to my concern about the same malfunction notice I kept receiving in my Nissan Sentra. It has been in for the same issue various other times, this time he said he would make it a priority to get it resolved, so far it is working no issues and he went the extra mile to clean my breaks so they would not squeak. Super nice guy! Nissan is Lucky to have Such good Representation with Fabian.

We were coming into the vegas area for vacation when my wifes nissan started having trouble, we called up henderson nissan and chris from the service dept took care of us instantly. They dropped us off at our resort and picked us up when the car was good to go the next day. I couldnt ask for more, great service and friendly staff.
