It's lovely in the spring/summer time but it is also a beautiful light garden during the winter. A nice walk through that will keep you looking.

I love visiting botanical gardens wherever I travel, but I don't get to my local one nearly often enough. This year we took the entire family to the blossom of lights at the gardens and it was spectacular!
Alert Managers! Japanese beetles on your grape vine send certain rose plants. Please look into this!
So beautiful and a nice outing for the socially distanced.
One of my favorite places in Denver! So beautiful and has many different displays to enjoy all year- even in winter.
Simply the best botanical Gardens I have been too. Well set out, plenty of shady bits with benches and seats dotted around. Restrooms, gift shop, you can even have private functions here too.
They do a great job! In the winter, the green house is cozy
amazing place with sprawling grounds and well kept displays.
So gorgeous, worth every dollar! We only got to spend about 3 hours there and we barely scratched the surface. Wonderful flowers, plants and environments take you from the tropical rainforest all the way to the african desert. If you're a photographer this whole place is a playground! A Denver must see.
Extremely friendly staff! Great family fun or a perfect place to take that special someone! Food is good price and you're fine to walk around with what drink and food you got. Make sure you take some allergy medicine!
Always nice to go here. Lots of room even when it s busy
Beautiful flowers and plants. I got 10,000 steps in effortlessly. Lots of walking.
One of the best botanic gardens I have been to. Well worth the price of admission. Would be a great place for a picnic.
Beautiful location, and an excellent venue for concerts. The acoustics are great and every seat is close to the stage.
Being legally blind, I could still enjoy this place. It smelled fantastic.
Great place to take the kids during the week. Also amazing botanicals.
Beautiful gardens with a lot of peaceful sitting areas and walking paths. We ended up getting a membership at the end of our visit.
Nice place to visit on a weekday, very crowded on weekends.
Beautiful environment, always something new to see and learn.
Oh my gosh, this place is huge! So much to see. However they could do a better job identifying all the plants. They're were so many that were not identified. But there place is absolutely gorgeous.
It was busy when I visited but this place is so big and beautiful I hardly noticed. It doesn't seem like you are in a city, it's definitely an escape. The gardens were extremely well maintained and full of a variety of healthy flora. The indoor areas were tidy and had a lot of interesting life in them. A lot of art throughout that blended nicely with the landscape. I could have watched the birds on the pond all day long. There was some live music playing when we visited, which ordinarily might bother me while I'm trying to absorb my surroundings but it really heightened the experience in the garden center. Many informative plaques around the gardens. Kudos to those who run these gardens because the love for their art is visible. I cannot wait to go back here.
Absolutely beautiful! Loved the colors, smells, vibes, cool chill spots, water features! All of it!
Lovely gardens with all kinds of tucked away quiet spots to relax and enjoy it. Cafe in the middle has great food but a little pricey.
I'm not really into plants or gardening, but I like going here occasionally just to enjoy some time outdoors. It is very much an outdoor place, probably not worth visiting in unpleasant weather. Recent building projects have added to the experience.
One of the best spots in Denver for an afternoon, whether your a local or tourist. Regardless of if it's spring or winter there's always something to do and see.
It was so relaxing and calm even though it was packed with people today. I can't wait to go back.
Fun to walk around and look around. There's not really any main attraction though.
The lights were perfect. I'd recommend getting tickets online to skip the crowded line.
This was a great experience with many things to do and see! The restaurant was very nice with bagel inspired creations!
Love this place! A few lungfuls of fresh oxygen., delicious food and knowledgeable staff!
beautiful Gardens!! Great place to take the kids! Don't miss out on the outdoor concerts either!!
Blossoms of Light - Always Awesome! I have been going almost every year for most of my life and have never been disappointed! They change up the lights somewhat each year, and I never get tired of going. It's reasonably priced and enjoyable for all ages, whether going with family, friends, or a date. It's one of my favorite holiday traditions.
Wonderful place beautiful no surprise there was a wedding there and unfortunately we weren t able to enjoy that space but I will be going back. Went in the winter and enjoyed the tropical areas indoors I can t wait to see the grounds next time!
The Denver Botanic Gardens used to be my favorite place in Denver. After over 10 million in renovations it has lost the charm it once had and is often too crowded. The parking garage is now always full to capacity and there aren't many other options near by. The onsite restaurants offer delicious food.
definitely not the season to go in January, but appears to have potential for more plant-friendly months... very clean walkways and staff was pretty nice too
This is a beautiful place with extensive outdoor spaces. There are numerous places to sit and enjoy the wide variety of plants and terrain.
Amazing place! Beautiful landscaping, lovely plants, butterflies and bees everywhere. My kids (2 & 10) enjoyed both the botanical garden and the children's a lot!
Such a great trip, the plants are so pretty this time of year! Be advised reservations must be made prior and on Saturday they get booked up quick but I completely understand the precautions and felt very safe overall.
Nice place to get away with out going anywhere. Be warned many exhibits are closed.
Very pretty, must be beautiful when all the flowers are in bloom!
Favorite place to go on a sunny weekend on the city!
We went when it was out a season, but it was you're still really cool and beautiful and informative.
The lights were beautifully set up and offer amazing picture opportunities.
The most beautiful place you can go . I suggest you make a trip there it's absolutely beautiful in the winter spring summer and fall you can't go wrong
A very relaxing and enjoyable place to go with your family. We loved the cactus room and seeing all the bunnies running around.
A wonderful experience for children and adults. The cafe is a simple menu choices but the food is good especially the tuna salad.
Great place to take visitors who have an interest in plants!
Beautiful garden with gorgeous plants, make a perfect date for your succulent loving girlfriend!
Even in the winter time, the gardens were gorgeous!
Recommend to visit this oasis in Denver. Large open spaces good to walk around. The resturant has a good selection of meals and helpfull staff..
We always come for one or two plants and leave with more. We love City Floral and their staff. Don't forget to say hi to their chickens in the trees section!
Fantastic opportunity to spend time with our Awesome Mayor Michael Hancock who invited us to attend his Inauguration Ceremony. Denver is blessed to have him represent our state once again. The concert starring Baby Face was the best ever. Thanks Mayor Hancock keep up the great work. The gardens were beautiful as always.
Was under-impressed by the winter lights show after hearing many shining reviews. Would like to give it a try in the summer.
Beautiful grounds that are clean and well-maintained.
I mean..it's lights. It's a nice 45 minute stroll. The end it the best part. Dancing lights. All in all cool.
Beautiful with lots to explore! I came with my siblings and we had a blast exploring the gardens and enjoying a warm fall day. There's lots to do, interactive indoor exhibits, a full resteraunt (expensive but looked good), and lots and lots of beautiful nature. I will for sure be back soon!
Winter visit always fun. Lots of orchids during the orchid showcase.
This is a nice place to spend some time with kids. It is so interesting for them to see all those plants, and thrives their desire to learn more about them. There is also a large grass area where they can run around to spend all the extra energy.
