live going here and taking my little girl. It's even a great place to go out on a date. They have lots to see and even great food as well.

Loved it. Visit even if it's winter, there's so much to see.
We went in the off season, but it was still such a fun time walking around.
I have severe Asthma so I wore a face shield to the gardens so I could still breath and still do my best to comply with the face covering order. They were very rude, they wouldn't allow me in. When I informed them they were discriminating against all those with breathing problems they did not care. I guess the American Disability Act doesn't apply to them.
Very nice gardens! Love the layout and different areas to explore. Definitely lots of forethought went into planning the gardens. Excellent water lily display.
Well laid out. Lots to see. Diverse groupings of plants. And a restaurant.
Beautiful place to explore. It was very peaceful and enjoyable.
This place is pretty flipping cool. My family and I have been there a few times and always has been a good time. Parking is a difficult part of the experience.
There is so much here to see, it's really hard to take everything in in just one trip. Decent admission fee that's not too heavy on the pocket book. Plus your contribution will be used to support conservation efforts and general upkeep off the grounds.
Gets crowded early. Recomend an early start as it opens. Tulip beds are stunning.
Went for the holiday lights and it did not disappoint! We loved the grand finale that has interactive lights coordinated with music.
A must go for anyone loving the front range. If you're looking for something fun, educational, affordable, and just frickin awesome for all ages go to the Denver Botanic Garden!
This and the Wild Animal Sanctuary are my go-tos after living hear for almost a decade.
Bring your kids and teach them about plants, nature, and everything awesome
Tldr: go for the Japanese garden, or go for a guided tour.
Technically, this botanical garden is great (or that's the impression I got). The exhibits have a wide variety of plants from around the world and the arrangements are aesthetic. When we visited, there was an exhibit which shows how to set up a garden for optimizing water use and another with plants selected to be resistant to arid climates.
Great for horticulturists but boring for us. No context on each plant, just the names. There's a science pyramid with a number of interesting details on plants in the Colorado region but if hadn't visited the mountains themselves, we would have struggled to appreciate it.
There's a lot of promise here, but we left in 2 hours because we found it boring staring cluelessly at plants. Why is this rated so high?
Beautiful plants in the tropical section. Lots of really cool paths
Beautiful place, even though many of the flowers and small plants had died or gone dormant for winter. I visited at the end of December and there had just been snow. I caught a glimpse of the light show as the sun began to go down. Many of the trees are fully lit with lights, a mystical and a magical sight. I'm sure when the flowers are out, the place would be even more magnificant!
Great fun and beautiful all year round. Their greenhouse is full of wonderful sights year round and their gardens are a peaceful place to wander if you need an escape from the city.
The lights were incredible and the manner in which it's handled makes it easy. One way paths so people aren't bumping each other and a limited number allowed in each hour.. Great all around experience!!
This is a great place. There is a lot of really cool stuff to see and fun stuff to do. There is a cool building with a learning center and interactive stuff for kids. The gardens are beautiful and there is a great restaurant with good food. I highly recommend this place.
Really beautiful indoor and outdoor exhibits. A great place to walk around on a nice day. The volunteer staff there really works hard to maintain the place and gives a great environment.
Outstanding. Snow on the ground outside and tropical rainforest inside.
Beautiful series of gardens, not too crowded. Love the many little paths to follow off to the sides.
One of the best in the country in my opinion. A lot of care and effort is put into this place and it shows. My wife and I try to go around 5 times throughout the year.
Fantastic light display! Live coming here during the holidays.
We had a private event. It was well catered and the casino games were amazing.
This is a must-visit stop when in Denver. There are seemingly miles of walking trails, unique buildings and so much to experience.
Nice place, but go early or late. The midday sun is brutal, even with the bits of shade offered by pergolas and trees.
Absolutely gorgeous, I would plan on being there for a few hours. We decided to bring VooDoo donuts and have a little picnic!
Belloooo !!!! But it needs more attention and they need more activities, since it is somewhat boring although we understand that we are in a Pandemic but even then it would need more attention and that the entry prices are cheaper for what they are providing at the moment.
Very nice variety of lights. The light show that people could manipulate was VERY cool
Lovely flowers & plants, interesting art sculptures, educational - great place to visit!!
Beautiful even in the winter. Warm with blooming flowers in the dome.
This place is really well taken care of. One of my must sees for people visiting.
Always amazed by how well they keep this place up. Very friendly volunteers and very accommodating for large school groups
The botanic gardens is a fantastic oasis among Denver. If you have little ones the Mordecai Children s Garden is awesome.
Always something new. Its huge and there are so many beautiful places to explore.
The place is on lockdown, but still neat to look at from the outside. I took pictures just on the sidewalk in mid March and they came out really well. Can't wait to go back when it's open.
The tropical garden was absolutely breath taking! I had the best time walking through everything it was just beautiful to say the least! It is a place that you do not want to miss out on in your life time! You want to come here while you have a chance because this place is mind blowing! It has a way of connecting you with nature like no other place I have ever been to before, I honestly do not even know what else to say other than if you have not visited this place yet you are highly missing out and I recommend you see when is the next soonest time you can go visit! Honestly this place is that amazing I m not over exaggerating or anything it actually is that great! This place has so many extra things that it s worth every single cent you pay for.For example they have a wonderful gift shop, a TWO story parking structure (most places only have one), and even a library that is so amazing and kid friendly that it actually educates kids and makes them excited to learn something new! Also if you enjoy it as much as I do or if you like to help the local community they do offer volunteer work just make sure to ask a manager and you can get the specific details!
Gorgeous flowers, wonderfully taken care of and best paths!
Simply stunning walk thru paradise in downtown Denver. Check out the extra venues while you are there. The gift shop is also full of unique gifts but at a premium. Membership is very affordable.
Our first visit to this place on a perfect fall day. Everywhere you looked, there were plants and flowers and trees of all varieties that were lovely and fascinating. We walked and walked and still could not take it all in. Well worth an afternoon or a whole day.
Beautiful place, educational, relaxing, stimulating
Beautiful design! Loved all parts of this wonderful place
Went to see The Calder sculptures. The greenhouse is wonderful. I do not like the pyramid science building. And I've heard they're going to put another building in the botanic gardens. All this is a bad idea the botanic gardens is supposed to be about plants not about buildings. A green house full of plants is different than a building with science explanations. I want my Botanic Gardens to be totally plants.
Nothing fantastic when I visited. However it is a good place to wedding ceremonies and reception during the summer. I was not thrilled by the plant selection.
I'm surprised how big this place is and the conservatory is really cool. Happened to be there when it was raining and it was like being in the rainforest, since the roof leaks.
Beautiful gardens. So much to see! Free parking! I would definitely go back
We loved our visit. Parking was a bit difficult around 10 am when we arrived, but once we found a spot and got inside, it was wonderful.
Christmas lights were awesome. Can't wait to see the place in the summer.
This is a world class botanical garden. Don't miss it.
The Gardens is well taken cared of and the staff is very friendly.
One of the best bio parks I've been to. If in town a must see
Very nice, but it was a warm 104 when we arrived so it was harder to enjoy. Plan to go on a cooler day so you can stay longer. Bring your camera!
Beautiful lights, great atmosphere, definitely get the special effects glasses for $2 worth the money ads to the experience
