I was there to take a look at the 1 Series BMW in real life, to look at some equipment features live instead of just using the online configurator. I was welcomed in a friendly manner and even after a few moments I had my contact person, with whom I then went through the models and the different equipment. He took a lot of time to answer all of my questions. I was then given a spontaneous test drive because a vehicle with almost my configuration was available. After a few days, they checked whether there were still open questions or whether I could still be supported in some way. That's what I call service and I definitely want to highlight it. So if you are looking for a BMW, I warmly recommend the dealership to you.
