I would defiantly recommend Heatrae Sadia to anyone who is in the market for hot water storage or boiling water products. They are a very professional team of people to match a variety of great products and sales backup!

The worst product we have ever used and the worst customer service i have ever come across! Emailed them to tell them we have had a terrible experience and they can't even be bothered to email back.
We were told the water heater we purchased had been installed incorrectly and was being used too much so they weren't prepared to help any further!
PLEASE PLEASE do NOT purchase these products, it will cost you a fortune in the long run with no back up from the company.

I worked for Heatrae for 18 years and was very proud of the company and its high quality products.
Sadly 4 years ago Heatrae sadia joined the Baxi group,one of the worst companies in heating products. For example, they lost a 35000 unit contract with British gas, because their equipment was so badly made. The units regularly fail inside their warranty period, driving customers berserk. Baxi now run the company like a "sweat shop",with no interest whatsoever in a skilled workforce.
The new Baxi management is aggressive and uncaring,they now look for unquestioning, unskilled zombies to work there, focusing only on quantity not quality.Sadly they are trying to cut their overheads by cutting their full time skilled workforce in favour of zero hours contract staff and consequently I fear on quality and reliability
There are many installer forums( eg trustpilot) on the internet that will back my accusations of Baxi

We purchased a Premier Heat electric Flow Boiler radiator version in 2016 for our holiday home in Scotland. It broke down in March 2017, after 8 months. I spoke to their technical department and was able to have a NEW replacement PCB under warranty.
However, it broke down again while we were out of the country...on our arrival in Scotland in April, we found the house freezing with no heating.
Apparently the boiler we purchased is only under warranty for 2 years!!!! Reading details on their site it mentions that all parts have a warranty of 2 years. Apparently they lied. New parts actually are only guaranteed for the length of the warranty on the appliance. Our new part broke down after less than a year but by the time we realized it was a week or so over the 2 years from when we purchased the appliance, but only a year since the part was replaced with a new one.
I have managed to get a replacement as a " good will " gesture but am disgusted that they are allowed to get away with this.
I got in touch with Consumer advice and they agreed that the boiler was "not fit for purpose " but that I should go to the trader where we bought the appliance from. I didn't want to do this as I feel it isn't his fault but a manufacturing fault with the company .
DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HEATRAE SADIA unless you only want a boiler to last for two years....maybe. The cost of continual breakdowns will far outweigh the purchase of a new heating system. We are getting another form of heating put in to protect our house during the Scottish winters.
It's a disgrace that they can get away with selling rubbish. Surely everyone would expect a heating system to last more than 2 years?

I would happily recommend Heatrae Sadia products for either business or to friends and family. My experiences have always been positive. The products are innovative and market leading and the first place I would look for anything to do with water heating. I don't think any of the competition can match their product warranties and really that just speaks for itself.

I have worked and been associated with Heatrae Sadia now for over 16 years and have nothing but the greatest of respect for them. I know through experience that the products and after sales are second to none. This is backed up by the exceptionally long warranties on the products which unlike many others include both parts & labour. Many will not be aware that Heatrae Sadia is almost 100 years old and gives testament to the quality of the products they make.

Sold us a faulty 'new' Electromax 180/9 in December 2018. Your engineers have visited 4 times since January. We still have no hot water and now the boiler is making a lot of noise every 20-30min. The final engineer found the issue, a diverter valve & something else. They said you would order the spare parts to fix the faulty product you sold us asap. Since then we have had no further contact. We were on the phone with your customer services for over 1hr only to be told they have no idea when you will order the spare parts... leaving us with a faulty product. To all who wish to buy a boiler, AVOID at all costs.

Definitely the worst customer experience team I have ever come across. So poor and not attentive, left me holding on the line for over 2 hours collectively over the course of a couple of failed calls. Disgraceful customer experience

Two installations for two different national companies and both appliances have failed within days of installation. Customer service is appalling with no sense of urgency, long wait for warranty engineers. Both occasions warranty engineer did not carry out remedial works same day and had to wait days again for return visit. The quality of these products is poor and we will no longer be using them.

Heatrae Sadia manufacture Megaflo which are the best unvented hot water cylinders in the market place and the only products I fit for my customers. They also offer a great installer loyalty scheme offering many perks to make my job easier and my customers life more comfortable should they need any service support. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have had a kettle tap in our office, installed in 2018. We had to have the unit replaced after 2 months due to it going faulty. The new unit has developed a fault, we are on the 3rd engineers visit for this fault. At the point of writing this review it remains faulty. I cannot recommend this product at all and have been totally unimpressed by Heatrae Sadia's Service department in my dealings with them.

Don't waste your mone and time.
It's easier to go for a walk on the moon than get them to respond for a warranty service. emails will be not replied, phone calls will be no replied. Good luck if you choose them and it's go wrong.

Bought a 10L water heater in March. It was broken after two weeks. I called the customer service and they said that we need to book an appointment with their engineer. Unfortunately the engineer has personal problems so I needed to take half a day off my job in order to need the engineer needs. I waited at home two hours. The engineer never came. The customer service said that they made a mistake, they forgot that our guarantee doesn't have the engineer service and they apologized for wasting my time.
That's what you get with this company: a broken product and apologies.

This is the worst comapny ever, when it comes to customer service.
My Amptec boiler broke down again and needs changing under warranty.
3 weeks later still freezing and no sign of replacment as they are waiting for a supervisor to sign it off!
Try ringing the customer services number,,,never gets answered in less than 15 mins. Shocking company, avoid at all costs.
