Sold us a faulty 'new' Electromax 180/9 in Decembe...

Sold us a faulty 'new' Electromax 180/9 in December 2018. Your engineers have visited 4 times since January. We still have no hot water and now the boiler is making a lot of noise every 20-30min. The final engineer found the issue, a diverter valve & something else. They said you would order the spare parts to fix the faulty product you sold us asap. Since then we have had no further contact. We were on the phone with your customer services for over 1hr only to be told they have no idea when you will order the spare parts... leaving us with a faulty product. To all who wish to buy a boiler, AVOID at all costs.
