Bought a 10L water heater in March. It was broken after two weeks. I called the customer service and they said that we need to book an appointment with their engineer. Unfortunately the engineer has personal problems so I needed to take half a day off my job in order to need the engineer needs. I waited at home two hours. The engineer never came. The customer service said that they made a mistake, they forgot that our guarantee doesn't have the engineer service and they apologized for wasting my time.
That's what you get with this company: a broken product and apologies.
