The interior is a little long on the tooth, but everything is super clean, and the gym is among the best in a hotel I ve seen, super complete machines, even rowers, dumbbells go up to 90kg, and there is a squat rack. The staff is great, too. Recommend.

The hotel has seen some years passing by obviously. Nevertheless it's in acceptable condition for what you are charged.
Reception, lounge and tea room are nice and the waitors keep the snack buffet well equiped.
The restaurant is above average but the atmosphere is a little bit "stark"

Hotel was excellent for my family over 2 nights staying in over 12 rooms including family & access to all rooms. Nothing was any trouble. Breakfast and other meals were fantastic good choice for all dietary requirements Can highly recommend

Without knocking this sad, dated and oppressive building down altogether and starting again, it's hard to see how they could improve this classic Heathrow airport hotel more than they have.
I've stayed there a few times over the last decade or so, and it is now better than it has ever been. Very efficient reception, a much cooler cafe/bar (with table service!) and improved rooms.
Excellent value for park and fly, but as we found out, not so great for terminals 2 to 4 as the shuttle only goes to T5.

Nice

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE DISABLED, they have 315 rooms but only 1 room wheelchair accessible !! The reception knew weeks in advance I was disabled and needed an appropriate room, nevertheless they gave me a room on the 5th floor with 2 steps down the corridor to the room. When my son and I went back to reception I couldn't believe the attuide of the manager, who wanted me to share a double bed with my 30yr old son, because he didn't have a room with a shower and twin beds, totally UNACCEPTABLE. We ended up in a ground floor room with a bed and sofa bed and a bath that I couln't use. The room was very dated and had cobwebs on the ceiling and wall, just very grubby in general. Breakfast was embarrassing I had to sit at a single table at the front of the dining room and have food brought to me as there were steps to the food and seating area which I couldn't access in the wheelchair. Total DISCRIMINATION and HUMILIATION. I was treated like a leper.

As far as airport hotels this was fantastic. Service was above and beyond. Patricia the manager was super helpful in a bad I had gotten myself into. She went out of her way to fix a mistake I had made. Since I was leaving the country I was unable to do it myself. Breakfast fast was great and staff in the restaurant was very good. Room was big and clean. The pool was very well maintained and super clean.

We stayed one night for a wedding and had a mixed experience. The room was reasonably big, the TV had a screen mirroring device for smart devices and, importantly, it was quiet considering it's close to Heathrow airport. The service we received at breakfast was also very good.

Good for a quick over night stay but wouldn't want to much longer as it's a very busy hotel.

Like all Marriotts this is a beautifully presented hotel with clean rooms and well trained staff. So why 3 stars. Well simply it is the abuse of cost. Charging 12 pounds a night for car parking is offensive in a hotel where a basic room costs over 150 a night. And then there is the WiFi. 12 pounds basic and 24 pounds for full WiFi is beyond reprehensible in 2016. Clearly a hotel that likes to abuse business and Heathrow travellers. I stayed as a last minute deal with no alternative. I will always consider the hidden charges if staying again.

5 stars because of the upgrade. I m a platinum member and I got a nice room. However I saw my colleagues rooms and they were pretty small... The gym is outstanding for a hotel one. Bar is ok and breakfast is average.

This Hotel is about 15min by car from the Airport. There is also a regular Shuttle. The food in the Restaurant is good. The beds are comfortable. All in all is this a place which needed to be completely refurbished already 20 years ago. The Conference rooms are outdated and only half of the sockets are working. The bar food didn't taste. My room was smelly.

Would not ever use their leisure club service again. I went to the gym only a handful of times and EVERY single time I received a parking fine on my car as my vehicle 'apparently' wasn't registered despite the fact that I registered with gym staff at reception. I have spent ridiculous amounts of time having to appeal these fines only to have them rejected and paid stupid amounts of money for a fault that wasn't mine. The fault lies with the gym staff. Absolutely incompetent.
