THEY SHUD LEAVE SOME DRINKING WATER IN THE ROOM. OTHER THAN THAT PRETTY GOOD
so many negative surprises.
- parking is an extra.charge
- booked a.room for a family trip.but told.me my kid need to pay for breakfast? even the reception said they have sort it out for me. doesnt seem different teams are communicating.
- booked for swimming pool but claiming i have cancelled it which is not true and subsequently say I booked.for 6 but turn up at 7, but failed to realise.it is their print out which was wrong.
Very convenient, Sainsbury a few kilos away & a 24hrs Tesco a few bus stops away. Friendly neighborhood.
Good hotel. Great snacks between breaks in meetings.
The rooms are big enough and for "English" conditions a super hotel
Lovely staff and always a great experience. Probably needs a bit of updating soon
Really nice room, nice furniture arrangement. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Very good place is clean the staffs are friendly and the food is good.
The interior is a little long on the tooth, but everything is super clean, and the gym is among the best in a hotel I ve seen, super complete machines, even rowers, dumbbells go up to 90kg, and there is a squat rack. The staff is great, too. Recommend.
Great hotel with the basic, the service from the staff is amazing and the food is superb.
Great Service.. I'm not the easiest of customers, so believe me when I say this is a great place! Food... Rooms... Drinks ..all get a 5 star rating!!
The hotel has seen some years passing by obviously. Nevertheless it's in acceptable condition for what you are charged.
Reception, lounge and tea room are nice and the waitors keep the snack buffet well equiped.
The restaurant is above average but the atmosphere is a little bit "stark"
No halal options privided all though there are about 50 rooms full of people wants halal food.
Friendly staff and a comfortable place to relax in.
Arriving late the staff were amazing entertaining the children. Room was great, beds comfortable.. perfect night before LEGOLand. Would highly recommend.
Had my first aid training here. The hotel is well equipped, friendly staff and fairly easy to get to.
Handy location. Good facilities. Solid event venue. Rooms were clean and comfortable, if a little dated. Breakfast was excellent, with wide choice and variety.
Very friendly the staff are exlent the rooms are clean all people are welcome
Hotel was excellent for my family over 2 nights staying in over 12 rooms including family & access to all rooms. Nothing was any trouble. Breakfast and other meals were fantastic good choice for all dietary requirements Can highly recommend
Without knocking this sad, dated and oppressive building down altogether and starting again, it's hard to see how they could improve this classic Heathrow airport hotel more than they have.
I've stayed there a few times over the last decade or so, and it is now better than it has ever been. Very efficient reception, a much cooler cafe/bar (with table service!) and improved rooms.
Excellent value for park and fly, but as we found out, not so great for terminals 2 to 4 as the shuttle only goes to T5.
Excellent bedroom breakfast was amazing great choice
Has pool too did have time to use it
The best pizza thanks to a brilliant Italian pizza chef
Good service from thr staff, starting to look tired though.
Very close to Heathrow airport with easy travel. Rooms were very nice with helpful service.
Worn down, old hotel with friendly staff. Rust in bathroom and dust in ventilation valves that show it has not been opened and cleaned properly in years.
Very good place to stay the best night before flying & leave your car there (package price).
Nice place for a stopover with great friendly staff
Ideal for Heathrow. The stay and park option is perfect and cheaper than many Heathrow car parks. Friendly staff in reception and restaurant, good buffet style breakfast.
Very tired and old hotel. Rooms worn. Needs to be gutted and revamped.
Not as handy to LegoLand as you might think. Head on to Windsor. Lovely village / town
excellent hotel very friendly staff breakfast was fantastic
beautiful hotel, room very spacious ,hotel spotless and staff very helpful and cheery on arrival, keep up the good work .
Quite place for short meeting. I visited to the cafe in lobby and the atmosphere is quite calm. Thank you for your service
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE DISABLED, they have 315 rooms but only 1 room wheelchair accessible !! The reception knew weeks in advance I was disabled and needed an appropriate room, nevertheless they gave me a room on the 5th floor with 2 steps down the corridor to the room. When my son and I went back to reception I couldn't believe the attuide of the manager, who wanted me to share a double bed with my 30yr old son, because he didn't have a room with a shower and twin beds, totally UNACCEPTABLE. We ended up in a ground floor room with a bed and sofa bed and a bath that I couln't use. The room was very dated and had cobwebs on the ceiling and wall, just very grubby in general. Breakfast was embarrassing I had to sit at a single table at the front of the dining room and have food brought to me as there were steps to the food and seating area which I couldn't access in the wheelchair. Total DISCRIMINATION and HUMILIATION. I was treated like a leper.
Dirty. Had to change rooms. No pressure in the shower. Not Marriott standard
As far as airport hotels this was fantastic. Service was above and beyond. Patricia the manager was super helpful in a bad I had gotten myself into. She went out of her way to fix a mistake I had made. Since I was leaving the country I was unable to do it myself. Breakfast fast was great and staff in the restaurant was very good. Room was big and clean. The pool was very well maintained and super clean.
Had a minor issue with the parking company on site which was quickly resolved my the management at Marriott.
Nice hotel .. nice big rooms unless the usual dump holes you find in UK hotels
Service is excellent, just the location not very convenient and it's a bit old.
We stayed one night for a wedding and had a mixed experience. The room was reasonably big, the TV had a screen mirroring device for smart devices and, importantly, it was quiet considering it's close to Heathrow airport. The service we received at breakfast was also very good.
Good for a quick over night stay but wouldn't want to much longer as it's a very busy hotel.
Visited a guest. Very polite staff. Hospitality in bar excellent. Rooms very satisfactory.
Outdated, hotel is like a maze. Reasonable value for money
Here for a conference; clean and comfortable with good facilities. Easy access from the motorway.
Typical old fashion UK style hotel. This place needs an upgrade to 2018
Amazing service that lasts throughout the whole stay with great view and lots to do around the hotel, swimming, bar and a restaurant for food and an all-you-can-eat bar for breakfast.
Great customer service. There isnt anything too much for them. Lovely stay. Lovely food
Nice and clean, helpful staff and lots of parking spaces available
Like all Marriotts this is a beautifully presented hotel with clean rooms and well trained staff. So why 3 stars. Well simply it is the abuse of cost. Charging 12 pounds a night for car parking is offensive in a hotel where a basic room costs over 150 a night. And then there is the WiFi. 12 pounds basic and 24 pounds for full WiFi is beyond reprehensible in 2016. Clearly a hotel that likes to abuse business and Heathrow travellers. I stayed as a last minute deal with no alternative. I will always consider the hidden charges if staying again.
Like most Airport Marriot Hotels, serves the purpose, good quality furnishing, clean throughout. Food is of good standard. No complaints.
Nice hotel pity car park is 15 pounds a night also WiFi same price
Nice hotel with attentive staff. Good breakfast. Other good expensive for what it is. Toby across road for cheap carvery.
one of my best experice really nice and clean room perfect atmosphere .
Great meeting place for business, I find. Easy from M4, M25. Lots of tables and coffee bar area. Lunch is good too.
Really nice hotel, not keen on the way the bathroom is done tho
I had a great experience here attending a wedding reception. The staff was great, the ambiance was really good. I would visit it again.
5 stars because of the upgrade. I m a platinum member and I got a nice room. However I saw my colleagues rooms and they were pretty small... The gym is outstanding for a hotel one. Bar is ok and breakfast is average.
This Hotel is about 15min by car from the Airport. There is also a regular Shuttle. The food in the Restaurant is good. The beds are comfortable. All in all is this a place which needed to be completely refurbished already 20 years ago. The Conference rooms are outdated and only half of the sockets are working. The bar food didn't taste. My room was smelly.
Overall a very good hotel. Rooms are modern and staff were very helpful in getting a few toiletries I d forgotten.
Would not ever use their leisure club service again. I went to the gym only a handful of times and EVERY single time I received a parking fine on my car as my vehicle 'apparently' wasn't registered despite the fact that I registered with gym staff at reception. I have spent ridiculous amounts of time having to appeal these fines only to have them rejected and paid stupid amounts of money for a fault that wasn't mine. The fault lies with the gym staff. Absolutely incompetent.
Lovely hotel very friendly and clean just check if your on ground floor your patio doors are locked as ours and another family members wasnt
