Located right between Slough and Heathrow airport....

Located right between Slough and Heathrow airport. Busy and lively hotel. Probably because there are always a lot of airline crew staying in. Rooms are small but well equipped. Don't like the fact the bathroom door can't stay opened and there is no electrical outlet next to the bed. Bed is good, duvet is in the thin side I think. There is bar that shows sports on a large screen and serves a large variety of food. From snacks to meals. Breakfast buffet is very nice. Although quite busy as well. All staff are friendly and helpful.

I must have WiFi. It is confusing to enable it. It appears that each and every device requires paying for access, even though it was supposed to be free. Also, a lot of staff members do not have strong English skills resulting in poor communication. Otherwise this is a nice place. Good firm bed.

We are staying for one night and leaving our car here while we are on holiday, then staying the night on our return, as we felt we would be too tired to drive home from Heathrow airport. The hotel is easy to find lots of parking available and the shuttle takes you to the airport every 30mins.

The staff are very nice and helpful. It's lovely and quite with very nice rooms with large televison, settee, fridge and desk.

We went out for a meal up the road. There is a Toby carvery and a Harvester a few minutes walk away. We chose the Harvester which was good value and tasty meal with nice staff. My husband had a drink at the bar, the prices were reasonable for a hotel and saw the meals people were having and said our were bigger and better value at the Harvester.

This hotel is also used by the airline staff, so it must be good.

There are cameras on the car park and the cars are surrounded by trees and and fence so you feel you car will be in safe hands.

So Disgusted

So Disgusted

There was 8 of us using the bar at the hotel so spent a lot having drinks and food it was not as though we just parked and did not use the hotel facilities.
Unless we as the Public do not put a Stop to these Private Company s charging the earth they will continue making money out of us.
The Hotel too should take some responsibility to have clear signs by the door to stay it s a Pay and Display Car Park.
Tired to contact the company they did not care why should they!!!!!!!! Disgraceful why is there no Law to stop these companies making so much money out of the public......

I just arrived to stay at the hotel...A lady by the name of Ruby who later introduced herself as reception manager ,saw us and went behind the office , although we were standing at the desk for 25 minuets to check in. The concierge went and called her out to attend to customers.
She came and talking to us while chewing her food. Rudely and coldly told us that we need to go out and come back for check in at 3pm.
At no point she ever presented any basic customers skills ,as in advising us where the lounge is or whether she would be able to offer us a room earlier, etc.
We have never encountered such terrible attitude from a front of house person and such a lack of courtesy ,especially in a Marriott hotel.
This lady could definitely do with more customers service training!

The staff were very friendly. The rooms lovely and clean. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. I would recommend this hotel especially as a deal to LEGOLAND. The journey there and back took 15 minutes Brilliant!

Staff very friendly and clean rooms. Large TV with screen mirroring capabilities and WiFi was available, however the WiFi wasn't free. Beds and showers more than adequate. Nearby to Heathrow with transport options just outside the door (bus to terminal 5). Park and fly available which is very useful as many people will be going to Heathrow airport. All round quite recommended.

The compound was huge, which gave the idea that I was at the right place but the moment I entered , it was hard to believe it was Marriott... The staff, ambience, lobby and over all service made me check thrice with my husband and he said this indeed is Marriott, .. It felt like a two star hotel .. the next stop was our room, which was just ok infact my stay at premier inn a month back was better.... Dinner was the worst and it was not just me, people around me were also annoyed as someone got incorrect order and as table of four was waiting for starters for over an hour... The food when arrived was so bad that I had to complain... It felt stale , not something you expect at a reputed hotel... My advice.... Find a restaurant nearby... Saving Grace was the breakfast... They had lovely variety, everything was fresh and a lot of options were available for both veg and non veg... They have a shuttle to Heathrow airport which makes it a good option for people traveling.... I was staying for Ascot and I could do better than that....

Just an ok place. Some of our keys didn't work to get into our rooms. The beds are very stuff and hard...not comfortable at all for my preference. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. The location was convenient. Sorry Marriot, not one of my favorites.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very personable and the included breakfast was eveything one could hope for. If you are going into London the 702 line bus picks up at the corner and is 22 gbp for the round trip. Overall very pleased with our accommodations anf stay.

Very nice place to stay, really enjoyed the King size bed during our travels as most places only had a double. The room service we had was lovely, plenty of food and options provided.

Overall a pretty nice place at a pretty reasonable price.

I attended a scientific workshop in Heathrow/Windsor Marriott Hotel that has a very good location for meeting (it is at only 8 minutes by bus from heathrow terminals). The hotel has a very good restaurant and a very nice structure.

The makings of a great place!

The makings of a great place!
If you could move it to a better location. The area is residential and typical of a neighborhood. The first time I stayed there was an event and 2 men were literally fighting right in front of me. I stayed at this hotel because of my company selection.
The hotel and facilities are very decent. Last year there was a flood and it left the hotel in bad place. The smell of mold was very hard for me with my allergies.
The staff was friendly to us and before the flood, there was a state of the art work out facility, pool with wet and dry sauna. The only complaint would be the neighborhood use of the facilities, so often crowded and the pool area with loads of children.
This would be an idea hotel if visiting Lego Land UK. This hotel does cater to children.

Fast efficient check in for what is essentially a one nighter airport hotel. Staff very professional, rooms were clean but perhaps in need of a refresh. Cooked breakfast was great, they do top notch hash browns.

Superb location near Heathrow. Easy to find and get to. Parking is chargeable but roads around hotel are free to park.
Apart from a few issues with the key card system everything else is great. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Service was great but the hotel itself was old and dingy. The beds were not the standard comfortable Marriott bed that I'm used to. Everything was fine but if I had it to do over again I'd try someplace else.

The staff were outstanding and I do mean that. They were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The conference facilities were excellent and the food laid on was fantastic. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished and equipped. Why four stars? Mainly because the place is a little tired, needs a refurb. Having said that, I would have no hesitation telling you to stay there.
