Good facilities and conference rooms. Friendly staff who were very helpful.
Nice hotel and friendly staff as well.
Neat and clean rooms. Large bed and good food as well.
Used a couple of times for client meetings in cafe and very convenient. No problems with service levels.
This is the best English hotel I've ever been in. A very nice clean and pleasant hotel. Staff are extremely friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was huge!. Best of all i had 4 pillows to prop up on and were so fluffy!!! All in all the nicest hotel I've ever been in.
Very nice hotel and breakfast was very good indeed.
Staff were great sorting out a parking issue I had. Lovely pool area and gym with a very spacious mens locker room. Lots of parking available and easy location for getting g to Heathrow
It has slightly dated decor, but great service, and large clean rooms, would stay here again
Basic hotel. Has what you need. Like 10 to 15 mins. Drive drom the airport. The famous very comfortable Marriott bed is assured!! Has Starbucks inside. Free wifi on lobby. Near a Mcdo.
Not a great service, arrived in d room for family of five, with 4months old baby,we were given a very not comfortable travel cot,not even a cold water in d fridge to settle down with,we were left with a. bowl to clean baby utensils, sorry not a family friendly hotel.
Far from being a posh place but If you take what it is then it is good:) friendly staff and great location for the airport
Enjoyed 5 nights at this hotel while on business and had a great stay. The staff make it, always polite and friendly. Check-in and out were smooth with no issues at all. This would be 5/5 but there's a few niggling problems with the layout of the rooms. For example there are no plugs beside the bed and with no alarm clock, having to leave my phone across the room on charge was a bit of a worry for my wake-up. The toilet also sits right up against the wall on the right side so every time you to wipe, you smash your elbow into the wall. Breakfast was tasty and the dinners also good, I don't really agree with automatically adding 12.5% service charges buy default but I can see why they do it.
A nice hotel close to the Heathrow airport. Air conditioned rooms, and a big screen tv. The lounge is reasonably priced for a hotel, and the food is good. I did not get room service so I cannot comment about that at this time. Would recommend this place if travelling to London but would like to spend a night or two closer to the airport first.
Good size family room. We upgraded to a suite with access to the lounge. The lounge is not accessible for kids. Adults only which was a set back. We didn t get to use it eventually. Parking is not free. The place is a very dated and the service of the staff at the restaurant was really poor. Felt like they didn t want to work when they see customers coming in. The reception staff were excellent though. Kids were given a kids pack with a VIP passport to discover the hotel and they get a star for every place they discovered. 2 of them were in a restaurant and they walked in to get the stickers but were turned down. The staff were really rude almost shouting at the kids saying that they can t get the stickers because they did not dine there in a very rude tone! It was not very pleasant and should not have given the kids a treasure hunt card to explore the hotel without stating or mentioning anywhere that you have to dine at the restaurant to get the sticker! It was just a little star sticker which they exchanged it at the reception at the end of their stay to get one cheap sweet! I wouldn t recommend this hotel.
From the moment we arrived we knew we had selected the right hotel for the night. The staff made a fuss of our two young boys as they quickly and efficiently checked us in. The rooms were great, with comfy beds as you would expect. The real bonus was the high quality of the breakfast with a wide variety of food and drinks. We will return.
Very comfortable bed and pillows, very friendly staff at the reception and breakfast
Excellent hotel. spotlessly clean. excellent rooms. good hot food of everything you wanted. staff very friendly and polite. And the fact that the staff were smartly dressed and had time to talk to you instead of being overworked. It is a credit to marriott that they treat their staff well.
The hotel was amazing the location was in near the airport and staff was really nice
Great location to Twickenham and good accommodation as always with Marriott
Brilliant hotel. Close to legoland Windsor and great service.
Nice place with good food and lots of parking. Very easy to get to as well.
the bar food isn't that great and too pricey
not much choice for vegetarians
I was staying in this hotel as part of a trip that I did with my friends. We had one of the suite, that was very big and awesome to have everything was very clean and nice. The bed was a little hard but still good. The service, could of been a little better as we did a request to have an item delivered to our room and it never came. But overall good experience at this hotel.
Really good location to meet up with colleagues. Refreshments not too expensive and parking reasonably priced for the area you are in.
Food was good but accommodation require improvement
For an airport hotel, this is a great choice. Restaurant/Bar with great food selection, I'd suggest the pizza. They do move at a very slow pace. The front desk is very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There are also stores in walking distance.
Bed was comfortable however bar staff is trying to be more friendly than they should be.
