The food is fairly good by chain hotel standards and the portions generous, though the pricing isn't cheap. The room decor is a little naff and could do with some modernising but is more than acceptable. They have an onsite gym and swimming pool too, in addition to free WiFi (I assume for all guests). Whilst the experience isn't "rock your socks off" it's up there with the better of similar hotels within the same price band. If I needed to stay in the area for the night, I'd be happy to stay here again.

Excellent staff. Welcomes immediately with my 3 children and made to feel very welcome. Staff were amazing with the kids and myself throughout the hotel. Littl ein the expensive side hur would still definitely recommend. Great sized rooms too. Home from home. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It's close to the airport, rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. Staff is very friendly and smiling at all times. The one thing which is very disappointing is unfortunately the food- not fresh, not tasty at all.

Stayed here prior to visiting Legoland - ideally placed and reasonably priced. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Pool and gym very good. Had food in the bar with two children in tow and both the service and food were great. Difficult to fault.

The room was mainly cold, had to leave heater on just to stay a little warm. The heater only warmed half the room, the main seating area was not getting much heat. I had to get second duvet around 3.30am, I woke up cold and had to wear woolly hat, jumper and bottoms in my room to stay warm. Leaving the heat on, meant the air con was on and breathing that in most of time did not feel comfortable. There was an extra door in the room, which is apparently connected to a meeting room; how unprofessional is that. In the morning I was hearing a lecture for a training session. This felt creepy, uneasy and didn't feel private; also cold on the touch of the door. Ive also noticed a broken socket which is open, close to the sofa and curtain causing a fire hazard. A fridge with no light working. For viewing, I've attached a picture of all the issues mentioned.

Marriott is not what it's reputation says it is. I couldn't stay comfortably all night and feel at unease being here.

So I can't tell you much about the hotel bit itself appart from the fact that the reception staff is very friendly. I only use the gym part of it as my company has a deal with them. The Gym is awesome, very clean and with very modern equipment. Clean locket rooms with everything you need AND individual showers. The gym is 10/10 for sure and I love using it.

Welcoming, clean, tidy, good food, nice staff, good enough for conferences and meetings with enough sugar at break times for a school of kids! The gym is good but could be modernised, pool isn't for keen swimmers as it is too small. I've stayed for 8 nights in the last month and I'd still come back.

the hotel is okay at best. the rooms are really small but quite old. there is nothing i mean nothing to do around this hotel. you even have to take a taxi to the metro in order to get to london!

Hotel is situated at quite and calm area, outside city. Hotel seems to be very nice but it's quite old and that is clearly visible through old and faulty lifts and interiors as well. While moving out of hotel premises in a car or a cab it's almost 1km circle around hotel before you can come out of hotel. Security seems to be very poor, anyone can reach to any room with no questions asked.

I don't usually review hotels but I think this one is worth a mention. Although I've never stayed here, I regularly user the conference facilities. The venue is well equipped, the staff friendly and extremely helpful - they really do go the extra mile! The food is fantastic and I always feel at home. Considered rocking up in my dressing gown at one point, but thought that may be unprofessional?!!
VERDICT: Definitely recommend!

Back in August I was with my family, we mist a connecting flight to JFK. British airways told us to stay in this hotel for a night, lemme tell u, this was the worst stay I ever had in a hotel. There was a spider above the hotel room door, there was a blood stain on the mattress, and the dinner was horrible, the breakfast was ok. I m never taking a connecting flight ever again!

We got a little upgrade to junior suite which is very spacious, a king and 2 double sofa. The reception staffs are very helpful and friendly. Not scoring full 5 star as it was let down by the restaurant serving crew, the service is close to rude if I would to put it. Hotel is a little dated and long due for update to match rest of other Marriott standard.

Stayed for 3 nights, service is excellent, hotel and restaurant is also very good, a bit pricey, but it's a London hotel. Only issue was the parking, get there early or you'll struggle to find a space, think a lot of the guests use it as airport parking. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms could use a renovation in some places. But otherwise clean and good service, always warm water, desk, free WiFi, swimming pool, sports hall, concierge service, safe and someone at the reception is available 24 hours a day and is always nice., In-room dinner on request. Own restaurant, but we always ate out of the house. Each room has air conditioning, but it was a bit noisy and the room service always set it back to 15 degrees.

The breakfast was excellent, pretty much every kind of breakfast was offered here, which should satisfy all nations.
Lots of choice of sausage and cheese, as well as various rolls, tost, croissant, jam, fruit. Eggs (cooked, scrambled eggs, fresh omelets), pancakes, waffles, muffins, beans, bratwurst, yogurt, fruit juices, ... and of course coffee and tea.

The rooms were very noisy, we heard every conversation in the neighboring room or in the hallway. Since the hotel is quite large and we only had a "neighbor" for one night, that was rare.

Oh and: There was no toilet brush in any bathroom.

We only stayed one night. The hotel could be maintained better. The bathrooms are not renovated. But the biggest problem we had was with the air conditioning. There was a constant rattling sound from the window. Our room remained hot all night plus the sound, we could not sleep at all. The bed was comfortable. We had to pay 15 GPD after parking at night. In other hotels in London they did not make us pay for parking.

This hotel could do with updating. I have stayed in Marriott Hotels world wide and this is probably the lowest standard I have experienced.
The staff are friendly and will do their best to accommodate your needs.

The hotel is located close to Windsor, but rather far from downtown. The staff are amazing: friendly, welcoming, and warm. The rooms are on the larger size and has all the amenities you may need.

Staff extremely helpful, room was clean, complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Room had a safe, fridge (MT), kettle and selection of coffee and tea's. Hair dryer was bolted to draw with limited length of power cord. TV, WiFi . Didn't use gym or pool etc. Breakfast selection was continental or full British, fruit cereal etc.....it will fill a space and convenient. Parking available around the hotel?
