First time at this location and my last. Front off...

First time at this location and my last. Front office staff is rude and unprofessional. Nursing assistant or medical assistant was rude and offensive as she was laughing with a coworker about my name. Only good thing was the ARNP was friendly and personable. I called back and let the office manager know what about my experience and she was professional and helpful. Too bad a first impression is lasting and made by front line workers, in this case, front desk and they dropped the ball. Hopefully at the new location it's better for customers.
