First time coming her for my mothers appointment and was impressed visually.Nicely done interior design; The chairs are comfy and the place is clean with great lighting. I sat with my mom to wait to be called and her appointment was a certain time but we ended up waiting longer than usual. We had to ask up front that she was supposed to be called by now. They were a bit disorganized with the check Ins but there's someone who helped sort things out. The care and treatment was professionally done and everyone seems nice and respectful. Plenty of people who speaks Spanish here. Ocala lacks Bilingual Healthcare workers and in here you got a better chance of getting the care you need without miscommunication.
