After two hours of waiting for an oil change, I walked around and found my car sitting in the parking lot. No one had come to tell me it was done. I paid for the service. Again no one told me where my car was. The only way I knew where it was is because I went looking for it. The plastic was still on the seat and paper on floor. This was by far the worst service I have received since purchasing my rogue.
