Excellent work on the repair of our vehicle after a collision. Can t tell it was ever damaged! They also cleaned the inside of van afterwards and worked with us on when to pick it up. Would have appreciated better updates on progress, but overall a great experience with Hayes!

I have purchased 4 cars and my parents purchased 2 cars form Hayes dealerships. Each car purchase went smoothly, no gimics or hassles. I felt like a very valued customer and was treated with respect. Ruben the finance guru in Oakwood manged to score us great finance rates. I will only go to hayes from now on. The auto body department in Oakwood repaired some major body damage to my husbands truck. It looked perfect. I will not go anywhere else.

We were talking about trading in our Lincoln MKX for a new vehicle. We had narrowed it down to another Lincoln or a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited as we had previously owned two. We decided on the spur of the moment to stop in at Hayes of Gainesville. We met Ryan Dove as we started to look around the lot for our desired vehicle. Ryan asked what type of car we wanted and quickly searched the inventory telling us of all the choices. The first vehicle was a Slate Blue Grand Cherokee. It was the perfect car for us. The negation for the vehicle was easy and smooth with no pressure. We told Ryan what was wanted for our Lincoln. He relayed all the information quickly and efficiently. We made one comment on the deal and Ryan Dove got the issue solved to our satisfaction. We drove out a couple of hours later in a new Grand Cherokee after stopping in only to look. We are extremely happy with Ryan Dove and the dealership.

We have searched for the perfect vehicle. We visited many dealerships and conducted online research - which took us 2 hours from our home to Hayes Dodge. There we were greeted by Tracy Bryan. She was extremely helpful and completely focused on ensuring we got the vehicle we wanted at the price we needed. Not AT ALL the experience I normally have with car salespersons. We left Hayes to go to another dealership as they had a similar vehicle at what appeared to be a lower price. I knew within 5 minutes of entering the lot that we had made a mistake. The salesman wouldn't directly answer my questions regarding price and then brought his manager in - who was even more evasive. The manager insisted we take a test drive and demonstration of features before they gave us a price. When I refused and pushed for a price, they provided one "IF we qualified for all the rebates and offers." Thankfully, I had done my research and asked if the rebates included those for military personnel and bad credit - as I knew we wouldn't get either. Ends up that the "cheaper" price wasn't that at all! As the manager and salesman kept trying to persuade us to take a test drive, I knew it was time to head back to Tracy at Hayes. We texted her to say we were coming back. She drove an hour to bring the car we wanted, that was on another Hayes lot, to the Gainesville lot. She was incredibly helpful and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. Best car buying experience ever - thanks to Tracy Bryan!

I am happy with the work they did on my car, after discovering a problem that they willingly corrected and provided a rental car while they took care of it. Highly professional and friendly staff. Hopefully I won t need to return to a body shop for my car, but if I do, I would be happy to take it to Hayes of Gainesville.

Came here previously to get my ram truck serviced.. was not happy at all with the service department. But then I came and purchased a new truck from the dealership and it was a pretty smooth process and I got one of the best deals that I ve ever had on financing a Vehicle.

We talked back and forth for about 2 weeks and I never felt like I was an inconvenience or being pressured to buy before I made the drive over from Alabama to make the purchase. This was probably the easiest hassle free buying experience I've ever had and will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Update: Reduced to 1 Star because I found a screwdriver laying on my battery when I popped the hood.

Service department is subpar to say the least. I go to Hayes to get my oil changed because it is within walking distance to my school and 4 oil changes for $65 is a pretty good deal. However, the few times I have been there I would've thought they didn't want to make any money (especially considering service advisors are paid on commission). Almost every time I go there, I stand awkwardly in their terribly designed service department waiting for someone to greet me, because I honestly have no idea where I am supposed to go to get help, and rarely is there someone to greet me).

Last time I went for the oil change they told me I needed tires and to replace a part of my suspension when I came to pick up the car. They didn't give me a quote on anything, so I went somewhere else to spend my $450 on tires. Hayes even have the advantage of convenience over other places since I can just drop it while I go to school, but do nothing with it. I actually did call to get quotes after I left but they never called back with prices.

Today I dropped it to get the oil changed while I got lunch. I seemed like a secondary priority when I arrived (heard the bell when I ran over the air hose and it still took him a while to realize I was there waiting), and I didn't even get his name. He asked me to wait in the Customer Lounge whlie I waited, but I told him to give me call when it was done. I stopped by the "Lounge" on my way out to discover a room with nothing but a TV. Literally nothing, no furniture, water, nothing. I'm not sure if that's a temporary deal or what but needs to be addressed. So, two hours and no phone call later, I go back to see if it's done and I see my car out front and the keys on the guy's desk with my paperwork under it. Glad it was ready, but still never got a phone call. On my paperwork, it says a courtesy inspection was filled out, but I didn't have any paperwork about it, so I doubt they checked anything (probably could have sold me windshield wipers at least, maybe air filter of cabin filter too).

I used to be a service advisor, and I understand the difficulties that come along with the job, it's probably the most stressful job in the dealership. However, that doesn't excuse the lack of communication I've experienced with every visit. I mean, why why not call me and tell me I need tires and give me a quote. I might say "Okay, go ahead and do it now since we have the car in already." That saves the customer, the mechanic, and the service advisor time, not to mention makes you more money!!! I was also disappointed that they do not have anywhere to fill out a survey after the visit online or otherwise, so I had to turn here. I hope they see this and work on some of the things I've pointed out.

They are spared a one star score because their prices aren't bad, are reasonably timely, and the female advisor (forgot her name) is friendly.

Steer clear of Vivek Patel, he is a used car sales...

Steer clear of Vivek Patel, he is a used car salesman that is very pushy and will not haggle one bit. I came in there twice today and tonight I had the intentions of buying a vehicle however, he pushed me away. I understand they have deals they have to make, but my expectations were not unreasonable.

Vivek is a rude person and kept wanting me to sign documents which included him writing his statement and drawing a line. I guess his moto is that it's Christmas time and I'll make another sale.

The only reason for three stars is because the used car sales manager was very respectful the first time I came in this afternoon.

I will leave my previous review up there but, tonight on 12/5/2019 I came into the dealership and my expectations were met by both Steve and the finance lady.

I had exceptional service, and tonight was the second time I dealt with Steve, Hayes is blessed to have him because he really cares about his clients and will go above and beyond, he made me feel like a king tonight and exceeded my expectations up to and including the payment I was looking for!

Don was also a pleasure to deal with, but I didn't have a whole lot of time with him.

A few months ago I came to our local dealer for service, despite previous warnings about the service department, and had a surprisingly pleasant visit. The service writer was both knowledgeable and friendly. The diagnosis for my 200 c was a malfunctioning radiator fan and cracked hose totaling somewhere north of $1,500.00 in repairs. We were cautioned that the repair needed to be made soon as it was not covered in our power train warranty and could adversely affect our aluminum head. This warning was also provided with understanding that this would be a large amount to pay for an unexpected repair. Again, our service writer was awesome. Upon a second opinion it was determined that the fan, the priciest part of the quote, was fully operational and that a hose to the radiator needed to be replaced. It was completed for $300.00 USD. Had I over extended myself, I would have paid over $1,200 for an unnecessary repair. I do not recommend this service department for your car care. I will discourage friends and family who own Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler brand vehicles from doing business at this dealership for fear of them being taken advantage of.

Seriously buying a car whether it's a new one or new used is a big deal! At least to our family! And they take it seriously and make sure you are well taken care of! You won't be disappointed!

Purchased a used 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander from Hayes in Gainesville Ga.

It was truly a great buying experience. From the salesperson texting me in advance of my arrival to the very good and detailed walk around, test drive and final deal we felt professionally treated during the entire experience. The vehicle was delivered in meticulous condition with the sales person, the preowned dealership manager and the final paperwork person doing a remarkable job to get us through the buying process with all our questions answered. I would definitely purchase another preowned vehicle from Hayes, something I have never really said in all of my many past experiences. Thanks.

12-7-17 @9:45am Update: The sales manager Steven spoke to me this morning and assured me that this was being handled by the top management of the dealership and corrective action would be taken. That is the kind of service I would expect from a dealer this size and reputation. I was dissatisfied but it is nice to see they actually care about this feedback and even though I didn t buy from them this time in light of this I would give Hayes another shot at the right deal in the future! Unprofessional is an understatement. Salesman Erik Mitchel was very rude to me via text. I text him back after he emailed me some cars to tell him I found a deal at Troncalli in cumming (a dealer that actually cares about its patrons) and explain the deal to him. He proceeded to tell me about how his cars that were over 10k more expensive were a better deal and I told him if you had said I am going to waste 30 minutes of my time telling me about the same cars I already said no too I would have saved my time. He called me a dummy and said if I was successful I would have bought a new car. This is the worst kind if person he is jealous that he lost a 21k sale and takes it out on the consumer instead of trying to take a hit on commission and make the deal build a reputation. He is the guy that sits on his but waiting for an easy target to make his measly pay so he can go home to his dump of a house and eat his ramen noodles. Congrats I'm a dummy and you lost a 21k sale.

So my husband and I went into the dealership looking to trade my 4Runner in for a used 2018 Chrysler 300. Yes we knew we had negative equity in the car and yes we knew it would have to carry over. The problem was it didn t seem like they wanted to sale is the one we wanted as we kept getting offered a newer base model for the same price as the used one. There was at least 3 times that we said that s fine and was going to leave but the sales rep ( who I can t complain about because he was nice) said let me talk with my finance. After a while of sitting there the finance person comes over gives us a price if approved from the loan company they use. We said we could put some money down and asked if that would help. He said the company was out west and it would take a while for them to get back and said they would call us once they heard. We never received a phone call back and my husband had to reach out today and said they couldn t do it as it was rejected because of the negative equity, but could on the new 2019 model at the same price as the pre-owned that had everything we wanted.

We felt like the finance person only walked over as a way to get us out the door, which we had already tried to leave. We felt like because the 2018 had more options that they wanted to try to keep it to sale it for more. The whole experience just felt wrong.

Went in without intending to buy, at least not today, but Vince "Santa" Mercandante showed us a couple of new cars on the lot and then showed us some of the used inventory. He found a used one at a really nice price, but I then thanked him and told him we had some more research to do. My initial plan was to then go and scope out options at CarMax, but when I looked at the inventory online both locally and within 50 miles, all of their inventory had more miles and were higher priced. I then called Vince (we had gone home instead of CarMax based on the limited alternatives that I saw on the internet) and, not wanting to risk losing the one, used car at the great price, told him we'd take it. Took a few hours to get our minivan ready just in case trading it in was a viable option, an it turned out to be a good move for us and about nine hours after "just going in to take a look," we're the owners of a slightly-used, but much better than our previous, Dodge Grand Caravan. Would definitely recommend Vince for sales and "John Q" for discussing financing options.

Erik Mitchell was very patient with me as I reviewed all my options and even after my purchase was made he continued to see that every thing was addressed accordingly.
I never felt pressured or as if I was be coaxed into the purchase. This makes for a very comfortable transition.

Left Atlanta after a wonderful vacation. On the road less than an hour when the car started making a horrible noise then the battery light came on. Car was towed to Hayes and we got a room at the Quality Inn. Early the next morning we learned my sister in Maryland had suddenly passed away. Rick in your service department is a keeper! After explaining to him our situation he told me the car would be ready around noon which it was. He even sent a shuttle to the Quality Inn to pick us up and take us to Hayes. I am very impressed with the service and very thankful to Rick who went above and beyond the call of duty.

He refused to negotiate on price, and offered nothing as compensation for price inflexibility. He only wanted to talk about his problems... I would not recommend this dealership to my friends.

I met Ritch Wharton while shopping for a vehicle for my wife on Black Friday. Although she decided on another make due to needing a smaller sized truck. I kept Ritch's card. Of all the salesmen, I met or talked to during her shopping (about a dozen) Ritch at Hayes was the only one, I'd care to even call again. Just one month later, having my old vehicle go belly up AND Hayes having some great deals going on with end-of-the-year discounts, I couldn't pass up the great deal. Searching their site, I found the perfect Laramie Eco Diesel Ram 1500. As the vehicle was at their Lawrenceville dealership, I asked if Ritch could get it for me. By the time I reached the dealership, he was just returning with the truck. Very knowledgeable about the product and a pleasure to talk to. Fantastic salesman and sales experience!

The business office was efficient and did not even try to add or sell me on package-this or opportunity-that. The numbers came out just as I expected with no hidden "features".

In the following weeks, they added options that I wanted (spray in bed liner, side steps and built-in trailer brake controller). All went smoothly! Nick Colburn in service was a pleasure to work with and promptly called me when parts were in.

The last, surprising experience - My Ram Box lights and lock wouldn't work on one side. I mentioned it to Ritch while Steven McDonald was within listening distance and he came over and after probing around and actually crawling under the truck (in his formal attire - no less) found the offending connector was not connected... End of problem. Where do you find a manager willing and ABLE to do that? Hayes Ram in Gainesville!

We left one dealership in a vehicle that we were going to take home for the night, with a test drive tag still on it and came to Hayes. We met up with Griffin on the lot and from the very first moment had a completely different experience than the previous dealership. It was easy, pleasant, and stress free. There was no pressure. We told him what our goals were and he and the finance department met our needs easily. It was a breath of fresh air in comparison to the other dealership. We now have a vehicle we love, for a price and payment that we love. Our salesman was amazing! We feel confident in our decision to purchase this vehicle at this dealership. I can't sing their praises enough! I HIGHLY recommend Hayes!

Hayes Chrysler Dodge of Oakwood, Ga is a fair and honest dealership. I purchased a Ram 2500 from them way back in 2008. I still have the truck today, and Hayes performs the service repairs for me. If an issue ever comes up, their service department is able to quickly resolve it. I do call around, so I can honestly say that their prices are very fair. I will continue to do business with them.

Went to buy a new ram. I was never in the military but the salesman kept insisting on giving me a military discount. I have found the sales department with most Dodge dealerships to be very dishonest in their practices and Hayes was by far the worst. Most of their salespeople are unhappy with management practices.

I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 from Hayes yesterday. Ramone Rowe was my salesperson. I could not be more happy with the experience! I knew what I wanted when I walked in, and they made it seamless. I felt no pressure at all during the entire transaction. This is the third vehicle I ve bought from Hayes and it has always been a great experience. I added an extended warranty as well. I have already recommended Hayes and Ramone to my father and my brother in law, who are both in the market for a new truck. Now, about the truck. I am completely blown away by the quality in every inch of the new Ram. The ride is better than my wife s 2015 Expedition, the kids love the RECLINING REAR SEATS and the room they have in the crew cab. I love the entertainment system and the Alpine audio system is awesome! There are pockets and cup holders and storage and power outlets EVERYWHERE in this truck. There s even a somewhat hidden glove box in the dash that s perfect for my pistol. If you haven t driven a 2019 Ram, you really need to!

Took van in for an oil change and ask for a price on tires and also to check on the sliding doors because they were making a lot of noise when you open them. They every now an then keep banging against the open stop. The rep also indicated that the oil changes are only necessary every 8 k miles. When I checked out there was no mention of any price for tires, there was no mention of looking at the side doors and the oil change frequency was still at 3k miles. Why bother with explaining any issuses if you aren't going to address them.

Bought a brand new 2014 Challenger R/T. I'm very detail oriented and really appreciated them answering all of my endless questions. Did 75% of the negotiations over text/e-mail which worked well for me. Robert(Bob) Sierra was awesome. They overnighted the contract, I drove from NC the next day and was in the dealership only 30 minutes. They were fair, not pushy, and pleasant to work with. Will definitely be working with them in the future. Best prices within 500 miles of where I was living, by a significant amount. Great dealership.

My wife and I had a great experience at Hayes! We were greeted warmly and assisted by Stephen McDonald. Our salesman Kurt Lewis was also as professional as he could be. I had spoken with Stephen on the phone several times and I took care of everything online which helped make the deal go quickly. Once I got to the dealership, Stephen had everything ready for me and all I had to do was sign and do a test drive. We walked out the door happy with the experience and would not hesitate to use the team at Hayes for future vehicle purchases.

I left my Ram truck for over a week there to be to...

I left my Ram truck for over a week there to be told by the dealership that the item I primarily brought the truck in for was not a covered warranty item. Water condensation in the headlamp assembly causing the LED turn signals to fail. Ram trucks have proven to have faulty ventilation system/seals for the headlight assemblies, which contain the LED circuitry for the turn signals. However, since the assembly is faulty and either allows water to intrude within it, or to be created within it through water vapor (heating and cooling of the air by the light bulbs) the moisture causes the LED turn signal circuitry to fail. Moisture and electronics don't typically mix well.

When I questioned the how the dealer came to the determination for the item to be excluded from warranty coverage, I was told that the dealer stated the failed part to be due to water "intrusion". When I questioned how the technician determined that water "intruded" the assembly and exactly where the water was entering the assembly and what part of the seal or ventilation system failed, (versus being created within it due to warming the cool air and then cooling again creating vapor and the vapor not being allowed to dissipate with adequate ventilation), I was told the diagnosis was made by simply viewing the condensation within the assembly. And that the assembly had never been removed to be inspected for proper seal and or ventilation.

Hayes reported to Chrysler MVP (Mopar Vehicle Protection) who administers the warranty that water intrusion was the cause, although there was never any troubleshooting or "real work" done to determine the diagnosis that Hayes provided to MVP. And ultimately the reporting to MVP that "water intrusion" was the cause of failure, is the sole reason MVP denied the coverage on an otherwise covered part via the contract.

After multiple calls and messages left to Regional Rep (Bob View) with no response and Multiple calls to MVP and MVP being adamant to follow the dealership's position of "water intrusion" the Chrysler organization including Hayes has lost a customer/client forever.

What Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram may not see, is that although I am only one person and to lose the business of one individual may never impact a large company like Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram and their business, I also am a fleet manager for a corporation that purchased 4 Chrysler vehicles in the last 8 months. And they (Hayes and Chrysler) can ensure themselves that the company I work for and direct the purchasing for our fleet vehicles, will no longer be considering CDJR for our fleet.

So while CDJR and MVP and Hayes may have saved a few hundred dollars on this particular situation, the loss of all future business that I can be of any impact will continue for years and tears to come.
