When I called to make an appointment for an oil change, fluids checked, tires rotated and my car cleaned inside and out. I asked how long it would take because I'm disabled. I was told it would take like 45 minutes. My appointment was at 1pm. At 2pm an employee came into the waiting room and said that the guy that does the car washes has gone to lunch and had no idea when he would be back. When an appointment was made I believe the employee should check the schedule book before leaving for lunch. I had to wait a whole extra hour and was in horrible pain by the time my car was ready. On top of that they couldn't give me any kind of discount.

Hayes in Gainesville is a great place to buy a vehicle. Everyone is friendly and great to work with. Tracy was my sales person . She knew exactly what I would like and made the experience amazing.

I always get great service and you can tell they really care about your concerns. Highly recommend this place to service your vehicles!!!!

I've been a customer of Hayes Chrysler of Gainesville for a long time now. A year ago I moved to Alpharetta and still drive the extra distance to Hayes of Gainesville because they always go the extra mile for me!!
I highly recommend them for anything from an oil change to major engine repairs.
Bryan in the service dept and Sam on the mechanical side are top notch professionals who give great advice on what needs to be done and what will be coming up in the near future as well.
I never have to worry about being "talked into" work that my car just doesn't need at this time. I tell them that I'm there for general maintenance or that I'm going on one of my 7,000 mile trips around the country, and they take care of what needs to be done!!

Our salesperson was very attentive and helped us get the exact car we were looking for.

The entire team was simply like family. The moment our sales person said if we find something, great! If we don t, at least we know we tried., I knew she wasn t after our money. We worked with Jody and Ashley. They were both so so sweet and funny. They helped us get two cars the same day with no if s and s or but s. The finance team and everyone else treated us like friends. This experience was literally perfect, non stressful and didn t feel pressured. I would reccomend this place before checking anywhere else out. Hands down!

Service was friendly and quick. Parts are on back order for an issue with the driver side mirror slave/servo system.

I bought my car 2 yrs ago and have now am on my 3rd service manager. The first one I hope to NEVER have to deal with again! The second changed jobs. Now I am with Nick. Made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation and a recall that consisted of replacing a cover piece. Now since we never were able to get the detailing done when we bought the vehicle we asked again for this to be done. Oil change and other work was completed in 2 hours except checking the air in the tires that wasn t done. They said give them an hour and they would get it detailed. After 2 hours I called to check. They said it was being washed as I called give them another 1 1/4 hours. I went to get it 1 1/4 hours later and it was still sitting in the lot not touched. If I hadn t gone to check it may still be sitting not touched. Not happy to have wasted an entire day. And to the guy who said it is being washed now as we speak. You sir are a liar and I don t believe you checked as you could see it sitting in front of the building as you pulled into the dealership. I don t like being flat out lied to. I m almost tempted to take it somewhere else to see if the work you said was done was really done after the low tire warning came on this morning and all tires show different levels one is so low now I will have to take it somewhere. Not very happy or pleased with any of this.

Tim Ingles did a great job. Unfortunately I have two small issues with my truck. One was known to Tim when I purchased and that will now cost me money to fix. The other was not known. I still think Tim did a great job and would highly recommend him for his honesty.

Mr James Madison Met My wife Bobbie and myself at the door., and asked if he could help us. I told him what I wanted to look at, and he took us to see the vehicle. I knew it had over 100,000 miles and I was a little nervous about that. Then he showed us the 2011 Dodge caravan, and we both liked it, he said financing would not be a problem, and in just a few minutes, he told us we were approved and we could drive it home. James is very courteous,patient, and friendly. He didn't force us into something we didn't want .
I have already begun telling people to come to Hayes in Oakwood, and ask for Mr. James Madison. I will continue to do this.

Don't bother filling out information on the their website if you're interested in a vehicle. The listed price on their website is what what the actual price is. At least that was my experience. After stepping through the process, I received an email asking me to call regarding the vehicle. I called and spoke with Griffin Huntsinger. It was literally a 30 second conversation. I asked him what the price of the vehicle was. He states "It's what the price on the website is." ::long pause:: Me: uhmmmm ok... thanks. End of conversation. I guess it's good. Really does save time.

Took in Truck to Get Wheel alignment done 2 times and still didnt get it right . Wouldn't recommend going here.

Scheduled service online for next morning. After check in at 8am, my van was ready by 5pm after waterpump, belt, and oil change were done.

I was very impressed with the speed of my oil change, especially on a Friday afternoon!! They also remembered to reset my oil change interval timer, which a lot of places either forget to do, or just don t do. A lot of times when your vehicle comes back from an oil change, it will smell like sweaty mechanic, but I am happy to report that the smell was not present. Nice waiting room and free coffee as well, which is always a perk!

Careless with your PERSONAL INFORMATION!! Family dealership is better ??? We drove an SUV, they ran my daughters credit, filled out the paper work. Had an apt after she got off work, and they sold it to another person. They told us that they paid more money! But we had more SUVS coming. Never heard from them again. Ran credit thru several banks and I guess her budget of $20k was not enough for them! Went to Don Jackson North and had a great experience. The policies that come with a bigger company sometimes are better for us as the consumer, and protect us and our personal info. At the end of the day someone got greedy, and tossed my daughter aside for another $500 in profit with no concern for the process they had started with her personal and financial information.

I went to sell a car at Hayes Chrysler of Gainesville from a instant cash offer from auto trade. First thing I received a email from James Madison a few hours after putting info in auto trade about how they would love to buy the car and he was off today but would contact me the following day. Next day he call and we setup a time. James made this process so easy from the start the car industry needs more people like this.

We were in and out in less than 3 hours, which is MaJOR at a dealership! We got what we wanted for our trade-in and the right payment to fit OUR needs.

Not very helpful and just dont care. Paid for tire rotation to find they had not been rotated at all.

Vehicle wasnt finished on time. Noone bothered to call me. Closed most of the dealership early. Lights out doors locked. 8 wouldnt say they were rude but they weren't happy i showed up at 6:19 pm . Will not go back. I dont have time to deal with that lack of communication . Either with each other or me.

Good service, could at times be a bit more personable and friendly but they ve taken pretty good care of me thus far. Been taking my Ram 1500 there for regular oil changes and maintanance inspections for nearly 2 years now and haven t had any issues. Purchased my Trail Tek Jeep and was sold on the "lifetime warranty" offered by the finance department. When it came time for what should be covered by the warranty to be done, I was told the warranty was not valid due to the upgrades I had done to the Jeep. I explained to them I didn't do any upgrades and that was how the Jeep was sold to me, they told me the warranty should of never been sold to me. I called the dealership and spoke to Shawn Evans who told me to get the work done and that Hayes would reimbursement me. Hearing this I paid the 1800.00 dollars and sent him the receipt. A few days go by and nothing, then a week I call and ask him what is going on and he tells me the check should be coming to me. I then ask him how is that? Because he never even took my address even though I explained to him initially that I am active duty and do not reside in GA any longer. This was my sixth and very last Jeep, go buy a GMC.

There was a recall that needed to be addressed and what was thought to take 3 hours was done in under one hour. The service representative was very friendly, polite and helpful. Great service!

Body Shop customer service was Not very good. From the onset of this repair appointment, it took over two - three weeks to get the an appointment.

It was emphatically conveyed to the service advisor, the truck cannot be in the shop beyond Friday. The truck was dropped off Sunday night, so the repairs can be commenced right away on Monday morning.

Needless to say - The repairs took over 7 days, when it was promised within 5 days if the truck was in the shop Monday morning.

I did Not receive a courtesy update call for Tuesday nor Thursday, which was promised by the service advisor. I called Thursday afternoon for an update and the service advisor promised the truck repairs would be completed the next day (Friday afternoon) between 2-4:00 pm.

I called Friday afternoon at 3:00 pm and was informed by a different service advisor that the repairs would Not be complete until Monday - because "we don't work Saturdays".

I called on Monday afternoon because I again, did not get a courtesy update. Finally, I picked up the truck Monday afternoon - 4:00 pm

Total Disappointment - There was a complete lack of communication and concern for the customer.

BTW. The body shop repairs Workmanship seems to be proper and adequate at first glance.

The service department is a well oiled machine! (no pun intended!)

Needed an oil change and tires rotated. Scheduled an appointment and was glad I did. Put me at the front of the line. Also needed help putting up the top on my Wrangler and securing the back seat. I had a great experience. Ryan Dove was my salesperson, and he was extremely informative in showing me many of the features on the Grand Cherokee Overland I was interested in. The bank this dealership finances through give the dealership $1,000 every time a customer finances through the bank, and if the customer pays up front, there's a $1,000 upcharge over the listed price.

The people who work here are perfectly decent, but this practice is not.

I recently purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 crew cab from Hayes in Oakwood. I bought one from them in 2005 , so went back and was treated very well. My sales lady was Erika and she went above and beyond in my opinion. She never pressured me but answered all my questions. She even personally went to another location to get the truck i wanted. Well where to start with this place Shawn the "manager" tells me and my wife he doesn't miss truck deals. However when it came to getting the financing done the deal just couldn't get done by there finance department for the terms I wanted. Therefore I went to my credit union and got the deal done. My credit union cuts a check for 40k for the 2017 RAM 1500. The check is sent over night and the day I get the check I get told we can't give more for your trade to eat up the remaining balance. I tell my salesman that I will go to my credit union to get it increased to cover more so if I needed to by out of pocket 1k I would be fine. I get that all done and processed with my credit union and they are sending another check to cover the full amount that was on the purchase order. I get a call from my salesman telling me that we are still 2k off on the balance because the incentives are for using their financing. Shawn couldn't give the incentives because I didn't use their high interest financing. Good job Shawn you let a Truck deal go because you didn't want to give me the incentives.
