The people here are very friendly and do their best to get you in a car with the best deal possible for you! My seller never pushed me into buying the car and I really like that because it feels like they are really there to help you through this new journey in your life. A friend recommended this place to me since he knew I had been treated very poorly in other dealerships before. Today I am a proud owner of a brand new car and it's all thanks to all the help I got from the people here!

I m a frequent customer and let me say that every time I go get an oil change something is literally wrong. Just yesterday I went in for an oil change & I had a zip tie that holds a pice of plastic near the oil plug that they had previously added. When My car was ready, the zip tie was removed and the piece of plastic was scraping the road all the way home & they did not let me know. I m only giving 1 star because the employees are nice.

I was on my way to the Hayes Dealership in Lawrenceville for an oil change when all of a sudden my tire popped. I pulled over to the side of the highway and called my insurance company. They sent someone but was unable to help me. However, he mentioned that there was a Hayes dealership about a mile down the road. Barely pushing through I drove my little car there. Terrified from the shaking of the rim. Once I got there, thanks to a wonderful police officer who made sure I got there safe, I was seen immediately and my tire was changed right away. The guys there were polite, understanding, and caring. I was even able to get my oil change there too. I won't be going to Lawrenceville anymore, you guys are my place from now on. Thank you all very much.

My husband and I were planning to get a 2nd vehicle - we needed a pre-owned one that we can afford, but we didn t know who we could rely on. Michelle at Hayes helped us find a vehicle that worked for us - we got to test drive the cars and she talked us through the purchasing and specs. Overall, super helpful, informative and friendly staff. We have our car for 2 days and so far it works. Highly recommend checking out this place to see more options. Prices are reasonable.
I had a great experience getting my car traded and getting my new one. My salesperson, Tracy Bryan, was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is my second car from Hayes and I recommend them all the time.
I waited for two plus hours for my car only to find out it had been ready for over an hour. I was waiting outside of the lobby and no one came to notify me or called me to say it was ready. Also, my headlight was burned out, but on their checklist they had "checked" it and marked it as working. How can I be sure you're doing a good job if you can't even get the simplest thing right?
From the very beginning Breana and Chris were terrific to work with. They were friendly and accommodating to all of our needs as we reviewed the cars and the numbers. Our finance manager Rueben was terrific as well. Can t say enough about the team at Hayes! I would trust them with any car purchase.
We had an awesome experience here, and Tyler is the BEST!! We traded in two vehicles, one was a leased vehicle that all other dealerships told us we were stuck with, but Hayes got it figured out for us and our payment is now lower. Tyler worked hard to get us to the payments we needed, and a few weeks later we brought a friend to the dealership that traded in his truck for one of theirs and he is very happy as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, and we have been to a TON of dealerships around the Mall of GA area, Hayes surpasses them all 1000x. We won't go anywhere else, we have found our dealership!

I had to have my wife's car towed into their shop. They did not follow up, I had to keep calling them. They told me that my transmission needed replacing, $4,520 but I took it to a transmission specialist who replaced one part, the whole job cost $319.

This was our first (but DEFINITELY NOT OUR LAST) time to purchase a vehicle from Hayes Chrysler Jeep of Gainesville!! Tyler Healan was a tremendous salesman, and had such patience!! He, along with Tim Hayes, answered all of our questions, and we drove away with a wonderful vehicle for my son.

They have a great service department I went in for an oil change. I didn't know that several components had a recall on them they brought the issues to my attention. They also found a oil leak. They ordered the part, made all the repairs arranged for a rental. I had my truck back by day 2. I'm just glad I purchased an extended warranty. Everything was covered.
I had an amazing experience. I had already looked around at a few other places but I couldn't find anything that I loved and some of the other places around were very pushy. When I got to Hayes, Tracy Bryan met me at the door and let me drive the car that I wanted. She didn't pressure me and really made me feel at ease about buying my first car. She walked me through the process of buying it and even helped me with finding a great person to do my insurance through. I will definitely come back when I am looking for a car in the future!

The body shop team provided excellent customer service. They took care of everything and even completed the repairs sooner than I had expected.
The repair they did was a good job, the pricing was not the rear heater core broke in my 2012 dodge journey and I was told it would be 1817.00$ to fix it.and I was shocked because when I looked this repair up online it was 750 to 1100$ so I called and asked why so much they then said oh that was wrong it will be 1600$. So I decided to call the Lawrenceville location and they said it was around 1100$. So I called back the the Gainesville location and they seemed upset that I am questioning the price and then they came back with 1,394 .00 so I was sick of the back and forth and no real reason explained to me why this happened. The two men I spoke to about this was not there at he time and some other person who had nothing to do with this tried to charge me 1500$ when I called to say I'm going to pick it up.So I had to tell him. I don't want to pay over 1100 but I was just sick of all this and wanted it to be over and I will not be back.

Went in on a Friday and told them we wanted a Dodge Journey and showed them the internet price but we asked why the price of our journey was more than the other one that was a different color but same trim. And he said he didn't know and he asked the manager. He was able to give us price and payments that we wanted. Only was there for a little over an hour. Best dealership I've ever been too!! If you go to Hayes in Gainesville make sure to ask for Erik!! He works with you and dosnt pressure you into buying the car like other car salesmen

Going to dealerships can be very stressful and you can sometimes feel like you are being taken advantage of... However, when I go to this dealership I know my jeep will be handled with great care. Also, a special shout out to Nick as well as the entire service team for working 1 on 1 with me to make sure that I understand why parts need to be replaced and for always being friendly. It is the little things like the smiles and service members remembering your name that makes you feel like you re family. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone especially if you have a modified Vehicle.
Paid $400 to replace one stud even though it was barley out of warranty and a very common issue with the truck, the real problem being, while the truck was there, they also said I only had 3mm of brake pads left when that WAS not true. Roughly 50% of the pads were left, and begged me to do brake pads with them. Oh well. Typical Stealership!! If they tell you that your vehicle needs something, PLEASE check yourself or go get a second opinion.
I brought my truck in for a recall. The service writer had the VIN listed under the previous owner and said he needed to fix that. When I returned to pick up the truck,they couldn't locate it. They hadn't corrected the name.
I had to ask where the truck was and they sent out into the rain to the wrong parking lot. I was soaked when I found it out back by the fence.
Very disappointed!
I just bought a 2013 Durango from here this past Saturday, with a trade-in of my old 2004 Durango. Got a teriffic rate & good $$$ for my trade-in, very satisfied.

i recently went the Hayes to look into purchasing a used car. The sales people that I dealt with were polite and willing to help out, the reason for the one star is because of what happened while i test drove the car. I told the sales person that I liked the car and would PROBABLY take the car if it rode well and they were going to handle a few minor details that needed to be taken care of. While out on the test drive, the used car GM took it upon himself to go ahead and start shopping rates and sending in credit apps on me. My problem with this is, as stated above, I probably would take it if the car drive well and the minor details take care of. There wasn't a definite decision made. Upon return to the dealership a finance person was already there ready for me to sign the paperwork and didn't really understand why I wanted to look the car over once last time before I UlTIMATELY decided to take the car.
They ran 4 different credit apps on me. This caused my credit score to drop because of the different times they ran it. They ran my credit without my approval. I would suggest that you make it 1000% clear with them that you DO NOT want anything run on you until you are POSITIVE you are going to buy one of their cars.

I am happy I chose this dealership for my new car. Originally I was going to purchase a pre-owned vehicle because I wasn't sure I'd be approved for anything else. I then sent in my pre-approved application before even stepping foot at this dealership and they sent me multiple options as well as found me a really good deal on a brand new car! I am so thankful for Clinton Garrison he didn't waste my time by having me come in on a whim he made sure everything was secured first so I wouldn't have to take a chance during this Covid-19 outbreak and as an essential worker that meant alot to me.
They were not very interested in dealing with a woman, but we had already made up our minds to purchase the car or I would have walked away. Spoke to me like I was stupid.
My review is a little late, I bought my Grand Cherokee from John Wood at the Pre owned lot last month. He was very patient and helpful. I left and came back twice to shop around, but compared to other dealers, Hayes and John Wood always put my interest first unlike other dealers on Pleasant Hill Road. Still like my car, they told me everything I needed to no before I signed. Also John came in on his day off to make sure I got taken of. Thanks John!

ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!! We found a car at Hayes Chrysler through an online website. We worked with Jason Pirkle and when we had decided on purchasing a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee we called Jason and asked him if there were any scrapes or dents that were not shown in the picture. He said he would walk around the car on the phone and look. He said there was no scrapes or dents. We requested a pictures of the passenger side because there were no pictures shown of that side. When the pictures were sent there looked to be a VERY OBVIOUS DENT ON THE FRONT BUMPER. (Picture included in review) If someone was walking around specifically for dents and scrapes why wouldn't they have seen such an obvious dent??? So after seeing this dent we decided on a price.
This was Saturday.... We were going to go through our bank for the loan because we had a relationship with them and the APR was low. However, because it was Saturday we had to wait until Monday to sign everything. We asked Jason if we needed to put any money down to secure the Jeep. He said no and assured us the car was ours and told us he was emailing us the bill of sale. He didn't email us the bill of sale until Monday at 11am. As we were walking into the bank Monday, Jason called to let us know the Jeep had been sold to another customer and they were signing the papers. We had already provided proof of insurance and all we needed to do was sign the loan. We were lead on for 3 days, took off work, and rushed to get all requested paper work to them so we could get them the sale before the end of the month. We asked to speak to manager, Shawn Evans, and without the slightest sound of regret he informed us the vehicle was sold and basically told us because that because we didn't live there and weren't in the showroom, the car went to the other buyers. If looking to to purchase a car online I strongly suggest looking elsewhere they were not honest about what kind of shape the car was in and then after dragging us along they pulled the car out from under us.
The sales team was very helpful and considerate of our time. I was very pleased with my experience at this dealership.

Good place, take the truck in for service there all the time. But they do delay quite a bit to get anything fixed. I stayed there all day from 9am to closing time, they kept offering me to get a rental but I also kept being told the truck would be done in the next hour, then when the hour passed. The truck wasn t done yet and they kept saying oh this is wrong and they have to fix so and so, so then closing time came so that s when I went to get a rental since they waited last minute to tell me it ll be done the next day around noon. Maybe if some of those workers didn t goof off and horseplay in the back not only my truck but other people s vehicles would ve been fixed as well. I know a few people who work there, and I see what they post online and all it is, is them horse playing. While there s 5-7 cars lined up in the shop.
But really in all the service advisors and staff are all friendly, it s just the time it takes to get it serviced and some of the mechanics are the problem.
My first visit to Hayes. The experience couldn t have been better. They even gave advice to my mechanic! Worth the 30 minute drive. EVERYONE was helpful and courteous.

Let me tell you I have bought a van (2010) and a truck (2006) from the gainesville office NEVER NEVER will I do that again!!!! Ruben is a lair and cheat!!! I bought a powertrain warranty and Gap from them on my van and when I went to trade it (14 months later) for something smaller I got back only 33% of the $2,000 I paid for it! Because he put in the mileage from when I bought the van not the actual miles that I put on it!! HARDY Chevrolet did me right all the way!

Left lug nuts off my vehicle during tire rotation much damage to the brakes Hayes fixed what they broke but didn't even acknowledge the inconvenience and did not even comp for the oil change and tire rotation car was in shop 5 days I will use up my oil changed and find a place with better customer service

Took our Cherokee in for computer update that wouldn't take. They had to redo it three times to get it to take but they got it.

The sales representatives were friendly and informative but not pushy. The cars were well maintained. A variety of makes and models were available to view and test drive. I was even allowed to test drive my top choices twice. The purchasing process was as painless as purchasing a car can be. Their warranties are exceptional. Concerns are quickly addressed. (I had a concern about having 3 new tires instead of 4 (the previous owner had only changed 3), and they agreed to provide a new 4th tire as well.) After buying, they made sure I remembered how to use the features. I was hesitant about buying a used car, but it was a great choice. I am thrilled with my 2012 Dodge Journey. (Purchased 3/23/14)
Not a good experience bought used car 2017 been told car had no accidents , to find out 2 weeks later the car was actually hit , went back to fix it , they made it worse now they are telling us that we have to deal with it.I know everybody has a different experience ours was a Sad one .

I wish everybody can read my comment. Before this dealership, I thought I will not be able to get a car before the end of the year. But they made it possible. They will work with you. No joke, they are fast in the process and Even on the phone. Just call them.
Decent service, we have had a long time issue with our vehicle and after a year of shotgunning parts at it they fixed the issue. Which is what we were told last summer for the same issue. Even though there was documented proof this was a known issue none of the diagnostics or repair was under warranty. Yaaay.
Worst over priced place, not worth your time folks, for a quarter size spot on my door, these crooks wanted $750.00 to repair it, when there isnt 50.00 in material.

I am beyond satisfied with the service and maintenance on my 2013 Dodge Journey at Hayes. I went in hesitant, because I didn t want to hear that my vehicle needed any major repairs $$$. I was quickly greeted by several staff, and had my car scanned for any codes. The codes cake back and I was informed thoroughly on what the codes meant and was given a plan for repair in order of importance. The major code that needed to be fixed was able to be done the day of. I don t have any other source of transportation, and the Hayes team assisted me with their shuttle service to make sure I had a way home while my vehicle was being serviced. Thank you so much to the Hayes team! My business will always start here from now on. My vehicle rides like a dream and safely!
I found my vehicle online and was very impressed with the way Jerry White committed himself to getting me where I wanted and at the deal I got it. Most of the dealing was over the phone, so once I got there and figured out exactly what I wanted, the process was actually fairly quick. Thank you for the help Hayes!

I ran into an issue with my 2014 Ram 1500 and needed to get it fixed ASAP to pass emissions. I was able to get a next day appointment to have the issue resolved. Nick and everyone there was very helpful and I will definitely be going back there when it s time to get a new vehicle.
Sales dept. and Finance were awesome when I bought my Ram. I give those departments 5 stars. The issue I have is with the service dept. Every time I come in for an oil change it takes up to 2 hours. There is nothing EXPRESS about it. Most of the time now I go to a different dealership for service.
